I decided I needed a last minute manicure and stumbled into this place. I ended up thankful that they accept walk ins. Prices are in line with other places. The store looks run down and there was a chemical smell in the air which probably means poor ventilation. My therapist was good but I ended up with two cuts, one normally being acceptable, none being really good. Parking is not a problem here and they accept credit cards, you can also leave your tip via credit card. I felt that the job was a bit rushed but it was adequate. read more

Being new to the Ft. Lauderdale area I was in search for Nail Salon that didn't require same day appointments. Thanks to the lovely reviews on YELP, I was able to find this place. It has some decent reviews and is close to my home so I decided to go with the flow. Let me just say that I got the BEST pedicure ever hands down. I have been to fancy places, upscale, low scale you get the point but I have never gotten a pedicure the way that I did that day. I walked in without an appointment mid day Friday for two of us and they didn't hesitate to fit us in, we waited 10 min tops. I got a wonderful manicure but the pedicure was life. I like beauticians that actually "go in" on my feet. Not that they're in bad shape but feet are feet and sometimes they need work. She took her time and cleaned and prepped my nails very well, gave me a nice massage and painted them to perfection. Let's not forget the hot towel placed over my feet..yessss! All this on a spa chair giving me a nice back massage at the same time. The staff was very nice. Only thing I don't like and I'm sure I'm not the only one but I don't like people speaking a different language (Vietnamese) in front of non speakers. Makes you wonder what they are saying but above that, the service was very good and I didn't get a weird feeling at any time. They are located tucked away in a shopping plaza with free parking. A basic manicure and pedicure is $30, French manicure & pedicure $50. They offer other services like eyebrows and I think waxing. I will be coming back for sure! read more

I needed a Mani/Pedi and didn't feel like going too far so I ended up here as it was super close to where I was. Let me say this first The Manager or Owner seemed super nice and good at what she does. Can't say the same for the workers. My Pedicure was OK enough but my Manicure was a nightmare. I paid an extra $15 just to get gel nail polish which sounded kinda ridiculous. $15 more for gel polish on my fingers only? But the job was just bad. I felt kinda sour while I was paying. It's been 2 days and it was a complete was of money. The polish on my toes is lumpy. The $15 extra gel nail polish is peeling off after 2 DAYS. Plus the job on my fingers was just sloppy as heck around the edges and my cuticles we're cut back way too far. I mean she tried I guess. I'm sooooo sorry that I didn't listen to the other reviews about people getting their fingers chopped. WHAT THE HELL. I just thought ok it was THAT lady with THAT customer. Yeah, I got butchered. Nail Passion is a butcher shop and the lady that "took care" of me acted like I forgot to pay my bill the last time or something. SUPER rough. My ankle is bleeding. My middle finger stings. Usually when people flinch from their cuticle burning, it only takes one time for the person to realize and be carfeful. Nope. The butchery continued. Instead of leaving in the middle of this like I should have, I decided not to "be rude or extra" and I stayed bc IM DUMB. I stayed bc it was 4:30 and I knew it would take me a minute to drive somewhere else and be taken right away. DUUUUUUUMB. I came in and asked for a pedicure and gel acrylic on my own nails the lady told me okay. She then told me to pick my color i picked over 9 colors and they didnt have any of them. Now its time for my nails she said you want me to shape them i said yes as she doing my nails she cut them down turned around and polish them i asked her where is the gel acrylic she said your nails look better like this i get mad because im the one paying for it so im like forget it i have to go. I left called back up there and spoke to the manager she said she sorry come back tomorrow and i will fix it i said okay she said call before you come i said okay. I called the next day and she said come in at 1020 i said okay only to find out she wasnt there then i sat and waited the male nail tech was talking to her on the phone it was on speaker phone she spoke in chinese but said manicure in english then he asked someone to polish his customer and asked me to come over i came and he said your credit is 15.00 you would have to pay the difference i told him i shouldnt have to pay for a job that she messed up i disnt walk out without paying i paid after the fact she messed up my nails. But the manager was still on the phone then the guy said maybe she didnt understand you oh now she dont speak english really. Bad place to go scam there customers and there manager apologize so much to turn around and disappear to tell a lie bad company.
