I went in for brand new full set. The owner, Nicky, did my nails. I showed him two inspiration photos. He said no problem. When I tried to show him the photos again, he said there was no need to look at them again. He got it and he pointed to his head that it was in his mind already. The acrylic is lumpy in lots of places from not being completely filed. The polish job is very sloppy, the lines don't match up and aren't straight and there are several areas of each finger on both sides where there's no topcoat or base color. When he was done, he asked me how I liked them. I told him that I did not like them, and that they were nothing like the inspiration photos, and that what he gave me was more nautical themed than country western. He chuckled and told me go back to the country. He told me that I had to pay for my nails, whether I liked them or not. If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. read more

Asked for a regular pedicure package. $35 cost. I just wanted the polish removed and no polish. They sat me immediately, soaking my feet for over 45 minutes, the water got so cold I had to pull my feet out. I was about to walk out & someone brought me a water & cracker so I stayed because I felt bad if I were to leave. The tech finally came over, had to be waiting for over an hr, and she tried to removed my Gel polish with cuticle trimmers, I immediately said no, this is gel in needs to be soaked. You could tell from looking it was Gel BTW. So she finally finished and the leg "message, hot stone & hot towel" all combined was no longer than 10 minutes. I expected more especially since I didn't want any type of polish or even clear coat on my toes. I get to register & she said $40. She said it's $5 for gel polish removal which was an unexpected charge and not stated that from beginning of service. As soon as I got in my car my feet were on fire & extremely itchy. I will not be returning. & I did not leave a tip. read more

Ive gave this place a try after reading reviews, I gave one star ( would have given no stars if possible) because $110 for a basic pedi and dip set was NOT worth the price. First off, dip was all lumpy! And nails are did not have the best shape. Second, half way thru doing my nails the wife stopped and said husband would finish my nails because she was hungry as soon as husband started to do my nails she started to pack up and left ( mind you I booked my appt with her) Third, gel polish is already peeling was done on 3/4/22 and it started peeling the very next day!! , not to mentioned I needed to use a bandaid on my thumb I took of bandaid and gel polish came off right with it!!!! Very frustrating especially after paying so much! Fourth, owners were very talkative which is nice if that's what your there for, owners were definitely nice but did not provide professional work. I felt rushed and they didn't do a very good job. And my nails were not cut straight. Plus they don't clean their tools between clients. Found that out the hard way. I personally have never received any services from this salon, but have had interactions with the older "male" whom I believe is the owner. Due to the things he has said to me, I felt it was necessary to warn others of his vocabulary n behavior. I work at a nearby business. He came in one night to place an order. When I told him his total, he became very angry n started yelling at me saying that I was charging him too much cuz he didn't pay that amount last time. He proceeded to show me his old receipt. I apologized to him about the difference in price n let him know it was because the special he ordered his previous visit is an online special which means the order must be placed online via the app or website. He kept on yelling so I told him I would make an exception this time only, however for future orders in order to receive the special pricing that he must place his order online. About a month later, he came in to place an order. Again, when I told him his total he became extremely irate, yelling n cursing at me, calling me outta my name. I reminded him how I had explained to him to be able to receive any of the online special deals, that the order must be placed online. He continued yelling n saying very out of line things to me. He even said I deserved to die! Well last night he came in again. When he saw me he began yelling at me saying how he's not ordering with me n he'll only order with someone else. I let him know that I have confirmed with my superiors, n had even just that very day, as to what deals we're allowed to ring up instore. Of course he continued with the yelling n vulgar name calling until he just finally left. I'm sorry but as any employee n if in fact he is the owner of a business, he knows there is rules to be followed. To treat anyone as he did me n to keep calling me outta my name n to say the nasty things he did is completely wrong! To even tell me to die! All because he wanted to pay a less amount. So does that mean any customer can walk into his business n tell him how much they want to pay n he'll just go along with it? I'm sure not! He could give me all of my services for free n I would still never step foot in his salon! I just wanted others to be aware of his actions, behavior, n vocabulary. Honestly, I kinda knew what I was getting my self into, since the first time I was here and one of the "nail technicians" told me to "Go to Mexico" if I wanted a simple french tip design. Decided to give them another try and oh boy. . . Worst part is I felt bad for the guy but honestly, they don't even put the effort in doing a good Job.
