However I visited recently and just had a simple polish done on my nails: The nail tech shaped my nails and cleaned them up, before she applied the actual polish to my nails, she asked me if I could pay at that time before she applied the polish. I gave her my credit card and she then asked was I going to put my tip on the card and how much? To me that was not good customer service and I feel stereotyped. Again I've been here previously and I've never had to pay half way thru. I noticed a woman that had her nails completed before me, wasn't asked to pay until she was actually done with her nails and leaving. I understand there is some shady people that are looking to rip businesses off, but that is a risk you take as a business. This nail salon is the worst in Las Vegas. They don't let you put less than one star, but they owe us stars. This place hurt my wife, not once, but twice while removing her acrylics. First, the lady helping her was using deep cutters to remove the acrylic. Never in my wife's 15 years of getting her nails done has this process been done like that. There is a right way, safe and painless, to remove acrylics. This place has no idea what they are doing. Even after it was done, when talking to the owner to explain the problem and show her that there is still acrylic left on the nails, she just yelled at us that was how they do it and to just leave. The salon itself was clean and up to the standard I look for when going to a nail salon. Prices are a little more than I expected but with the way inflation has been lately it felt still in the realm of reasonable. $45 for deluxe pedicure and it was $60 total including gel. Second time coming here as a walk-in. Waiting time wasn't too bad compared to other places, however they also take appointments as well in case that's more fitting for you. Place is decently cleaned and the woman who did my nails was very friendly and nice. Explained that it would be better for a coat of the purple I got under the sparkle gel as the sparkle alone would be too opaque. I am docking 1 star mainly because as I was waiting one of the other employees was with a client and was arguing with her as she was trying to ask for her nails to be a certain way to which the employee responded something along the lines of, "I do nails, I know what's better. You don't know anything about how nails are done." I understand they do nails for a living and know more than some clients, but there are definitely better ways to communicate about it than arguing. Ms Tiffany... My husband waited 4 years to get a pedicure... and it showed! We made the mistake of coming at about 5:30pm (they close at 6pm) but took us in for the Deluxe pedicure. It took Ms Tiffany a good 20mins on each foot before moisturizing and the stone massage. She did her due diligence and didn't wince or complain one bit. That is one strong little lady. Went in and got sat down fast and i showed her the nails that i want (1st pic the nude with glitters one) and she said she can do it. But nope. It's far from it. I wanted a triangle glitter tip and she said she can do it. But by the time she's working on it, it doesn't look good at all. I even ask her if she could do it with tape or something so ill be even or something but she refused. She knows that I don't like what she's doing it i keep on suggesting things just for it to look close or something she keeps on saying they don't have the glitters, they don't have tape etc. she should have told me before starting. Awful! Fingers are hurting as I type this. I called yesterday to ask, "Do I need to make an appointment just for a soak-off?" and was told yes. I asked how much it would be just for that, was told $15. I said okay, put me down for tomorrow morning. I show up today and the nail tech gave me the MEANEST look when she realized I wasn't getting a full mani-pedi! I was very apologetic and said "Sorry, I asked for a soak-off only, I only brought $20," then she began muttering under her breath and sent me over to another tech halfway through! I have an appointment at another nail salon next week and I was just wanting to get my nails trimmed and the gel polish soaked off-- hence why I ASKED for a soak off!! Linh and her team do an amazing job of making sure that you were taken care of. Plus they do some really great designs.. I highly recommend them. I am on vacation in Vegas & last night I damaged the white section of the French gel manicure on a new set of tips days prior to leaving NY. I called this salon at 1:05PM and I asked if the white area could be fixed. Was told to arrive at 2:00PM and was there on time. The owner said that they were busy then said to have a seat. I waited about 5 minutes which wasn't a problem. The owner was nice enough at first and proceeded to drill off the white area, then filled in only half of the tip area with powder. After filling she put on the white gel polish and the area had a dip. I showed her and she wiped off the polish, filed a little then was going to polish again when I stated that it wasn't even. She said that she couldn't work on my nail and told me to leave. I asked her to please finish the nail which she refused to do. I asked that she at least polish the white area which she did sloppy and crooked. I have never in all my years of going to nail salons, met such a NASTY individual. I went to CVS and bought white & clear gel polish to do the job myself. I wouldn't recommend this horrible business to anyone. Stay away!!! read more

I had an appointment for a gel manicure and a regular pedi and what I got was a butchering of my nails and an ask to leave because I got angry that the owner Vee cut off all my nails and then brought out tips (that I didn't ask for) . I made it perfectly clear that I wanted gel on my nails and a regular pedicure. I asked if she was going to cut my cuticles before she went to add filler to my nails because as I stated she cut off all my nails down to nubs. She got mad and refused to complete the service. The first time I went to them they did a good job, but the tech I had before no longer works there and you would think the owner would know how to do a proper manicure. There was no bowl of soapy water to put my hand into, no cuticles trimmed and the owner was rude and unprofessional. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE!!! I am reporting them to the BBB. read more

I usually always come here when I need my nails done and they're very close to my house which is convenient for me, but this time I'm disappointed. The guy who used to do my nails his name was Kim he was excellent!!! Took his time, if there was a mistake he would fix it, he wouldn't harass me on buying something I didn't want. I was in here on Tuesday actually and I got my nails fixed a couple fell off and I needed a fill. I called first and I was told that it was going to be $21 and when I was finished the lady told me $30. I was quite confused. She also kept harassing me to get gel and to get a pedicure which I didn't want or need. There was also another older lady sitting beside her and she kept telling me I was beautiful and that beautiful girls should have gel nails. It's only $10 more. I'm sorry but if I wanted that I would of said I wanted that. The people who work here especially the ladies are very rude they give a lot of attitude and have a lot of criticism towards there customers. Anyways, she did a half asked job. Two nails are crooked and its not because my fingers are like that. It already looks like I need to get a fill and I was just in there!! Made an appointment for 4 acrylic full sets over an hour ahead of time and they said come at 3. Our first person wasn't seen till 415 the fourth person was going to be seen at 530. By that time we had been there for over 2 1/2 hours. When asked if they can compensate the time that it took to wait, they said no. It's poor customer service, poor appointment setting and poor business manners & management. 3 of the 4 girls got their nails done. While waiting another customer was told no more service after she had already made her appointment. She left upset and no tip to the nail techs. Will never try to come here again!! read more

The best experience I have had with getting my nails done, courteous, nice massage chairs that recline, thorough care, very nice nail drying station- first time I have ever left a salon with my nails completely dry and no accidental smears or accidents that occur after the nails are done being painted. The staff seemed to have good relationships with their clients and I saw a few clients hug some of the employees at the salon. Great experience. read more

The story behind this ridiculous excuse of a business is really one for the books. I've never in my life stepped into a nail salon with such terrible customer service. My instructions were clear - I wanted the acrylics I had on removed, and a gel french manicure applied. Upon inspection of my nails the manicurist (by the name of Cathy) said that the better option was to leave the acrylics on and put gel over it because it was better for the health of your nails. Fine. Just kidding, not fine. So she went ahead and did that - and also went ahead and removed the pedicure I'd had on previously. Performing a manicure on my finger nails and causing my middle finger on my right hand to bleed. I understand this happens, however... Not only did she not apologize but she merely slapped on a piece of paper towel and rubbing alcohol and walked away. She then proceeded to come back 10 minutes later and try to super glue the skin together, which I learned is also a common technique - and then subsequently super glued my fingers together. Finishing off the gel set, I told the manicurist I was unsatisfied with how they looked and she began to argue with me that she only put on one coat of each and that that's how it was supposed to look. So in total I paid $48.50 for some shovel nails and an unpleasant time. Having had the most abhorrent experience I went home and told my sister how I felt. Being a cosmetologist herself she found it absolutely ridiculous that this lady even took my money with me clearly explaining that I was unsatisfied. We went back to the place no more than 15 minutes later to ask for a refund - and in Cathy's defense she did offer to help fix it. But there was no way I was letting some lady who just cut me and glued my fingers together to go anywhere near my nails. So we continued to argue and her accused manager escalated the situation beyond necessary means and called the COPS?! Like... what?! Over fifty dollars? YES, YES GIRL. Do not expect good service at this place. Avoid it at all costs. Just don't do it. read more

I never do this and I hate having to be a "karen" when it comes to reviews but this place was just so horrible I had to..if you ever want to experience a nail nightmare, then this would be the only reason I'd recommend this place. I'm extremely disappointed because they do AMAZING eye brow waxing but the nails just aren't the same experience. the lady who did my nails did a different technique I've never experienced before where she applied nail glue to the tip and then proceeded to dip it in nail polish remover which caused a chemical reaction when placed on my nails, they were burning and my cuticles were bleeding resulting in scabs around every one of my nails. not to mention the ladies were trying to pick out what to do on MY nails as if I didn't explain what I wanted done and they were being incredibly forceful trying to make me get a pedicure as well even though I didn't need nor ask for one. I even went back the next day so they could fix my nails because it's not what I wanted and they told me to come back the next day which is totally understandable due to everything that's going on right now. I came back so they could fix my nails and they turned out even worse than the first time (mind you I had to repay for the service even though I spent $70 + a tip the day prior for a service I didn't receive) I just know if I had a business and my customer/client wasn't pleased, I would complete the service they paid & asked for. 6 of my nails have popped off when I only had them for 4 days. moral of the story, I ended up having to go to a different salon where they could treat my nails from chemical burns and give me a new full set. I wish I had something better to say but unfortunately, I don't. I'm so disappointed in this place that even if they reached out and offered a free service due to such a horrible experience, I would reject it and would only consider receiving a refund for inconvenience. read more

I should have checked Yelp before going anywhere for a mani/pedi. This place was nice enough when I walked in. The manicurist (Hoe, vietnamese guy) was pleasant if not a bit too chatty. The end product was horrible and disgusting! He drew blood, my nails were jagged, the mani developed bubbles and the pedi top coat was made with crazy glue (6 hours after the pedi it was collecting dust and fuzz)! I could not have known about the glue on my toenails and the bubbles developed when the polish dried, after I was already miles away. When I called to complain, they hung up on me after telling me "too bad". I will never, ever go to a new place (I was only visiting Las Vegas) without checking Yelp first. T read more

Most the ladies were sweet. However, the lady I had, third station was rude. I do my own nails so I know how it should look, I didn't have time to do them myself so I thought I'd treat myself and get them done while on vacation. She rushed me, I would try and look at what she did and she would tap the uv light aggressively to put my hand in while I was looking to see if I liked them before I put in my hand or not. Then when I complained about some bubbles she had the audacity to get mad at me and tell me it's fine or she didn't see anything. I have 20/20 I can see perfectly fine and that you messed up. Would definitely not recommend her she rushes, she's rude, and she won't even own up to her mistakes. If she made mistakes but she took her time and tried I wouldn't have even minded but the fact she RUSHED me and wouldn't let me look at my nails to see if I was happy with them or not from the beginning pissed me off.
