The manager rearranged an appointment with a different nail technician, seemingly to accommodate a younger client. We had to request that nails be trimmed shorter on three separate occasions. The foot massage was underwhelming, and upon completing the service, the technician did not assist in removing the flip-flops provided which was needed. We found the overall experience to be disappointing and rude. Consequently, we intend on take our "old *ss elsewhere in the future"- following on others reviews, the skill level is suspect at this location with an overwhelming lack of professionalism. I guess they did not expect anyone to speak up but people should know how they will be treated going here esp if you even remotely look over 50. Which is odd, since anyone over 50, getting nails done, actually have money to spend. read more

The worst part about this post is that I went back in TWO days after to get them fixed and they charged me AGAIN (these photos were taken two days after / spending 2 and half hours in their salon). I got a gel pedicure for $48. they are pretty good but it's hard to mess up a plain white nail. they turned on the massager and it was shaking me like crazy. the massage was not too bad but there was a massager on the butt and it was like going in my butthole which is weird cause who wants there butt massaged. and my guy didn't even get my calluses off which is the best part. and I noticed they do not put the bags in the feet bath which is kind of nasty so I hope they clean them good. read more

I had a new set of nails put on, and they kept lifting. Each time, I had to pay to have them fixed. After my fill they practically lifted again within a week. When I went back to have them fixed, Christine told me they couldn't fix them; so I had to get a new set. Christine asked what shape i told her I wanted the exact same way (coffin shaped), and she made them square. I will never go back there again! Another thing I noticed, they pick and choose who they greet when you walk in. I would not recommend this place to no one if you expect professional service. read more

I wanted to try this place since it's close to my house and fairly new, went there for mani & pedi on Friday afternoon. No wait time. When I asked them how much is for mani& pedi he said $50.00 then I found it says $40.00 on the wall. So I asked is it 40.00? Then he said if it's gel it's $15.00 more. No clue where the $50.00 came from... anyways I told him I'd like regular mani & pedi. He already looked little bit frustrated and told me to pick colors and went somewhere. After I picked the colors I was not sure where to go, so I asked a lady where to go then figured out. He was quiet almost whole time so I felt like he was mad? I am not sure. Anyways his job was ok. Cash only? Yes..cash only..BUT, you only find out AFTER the manicure is done before you get the polish put on. We have been coming here for years. Tips in cash have always been requested. But cash for service has never been demanded. The choices given to us were to go find an ATM or go to your bank, get cash and then they would finish the job. I've now been here twice. Just so you know, bring cash for a tip. They can't accept one when you pay by card and don't accept a tip with checks. I didn't have cash the first time I went so I more than made up for it the second time I went. I wish they would add a tip line on their credit cards because so many people didn't have cash to tip while I was there. I felt horrible about it. I asked if they took card before I began and they just told me yes, so I didn't run back out to get any cash or cash back at Kroger because I assumed incorrectly that meant tip too. It might be beneficial for them to use a service like Venmo for tipping. I feel bad I didn't have enough cash on me to tip as much as I'd like to, because the man who did my nails did a great job. I normally go to Nail pro in Clarksville and this time i decided to go to the one in Jeffersonville. I showed them my design (medium length French tip with the tip pink). The employee said she would be able to do this for me. While she was beginning she stated i would actually have to choose a new color, so i did. And when it came time to do the French she explained she couldn't do the tip the way i wanted it. This was frustrating because at this point she was 3/4 of the way done and i just wanted to leave. My point is- if she knew she couldn't do the design i asked for, i would have expected her to say "no i can't do that design" before starting so i would know to go elsewhere. But she lied and said she could do it, knowing it wouldn't be done the way I asked. Don't go there if you want any type of design on your nails! read more

Signed in at 11:09. Waited approximately 4-5 min for a seat to open up. (No problem, that's a usual thing, especially on saturdays) she rushed through my gel manicure. She had me done and paying at 11:38, so 20 min for a soak off, paint, and hand massage. Polish isn't even close to my cuticles on some nails and all my nails were filed leaning towards the right. At checkout I mentioned they shouldn't take people if they don't have the time to do it properly. She took me back, rough filed all the nails without looking to make sure they were straight, (many of which are still leaning) brushed my hands and sent me on my way. No top coat to prevent peeling, so by the time I got home I have a tip peeling and it's only been 30 min since manicure. Terrible, rushed and felt like I was burdening her by being there. read more

I got a pedicure and fill in today and they did a really great job! I've been going to the location in Clarksville for some time and I decided to try this one out. The decor in this salon is beautiful. I really like the one in Clarksville but this one is on a whole different level. They've got this cloud painting on the ceiling, stone walls, and white paint. It looks a lot more modern. I love their color selection! I always have. They have a little bit of everything. And the people there are so nice and patient. I've been going here for a long time for dip. They always do a great job. Then, out of the blue, they put gel on top of the dip at the end and used the light. As soon as they started using the gel top coat and light, I asked them why they were doing this and they said that is the way for shiny colors. The top coat began peeling later that day. I went back 6 days later to have 5 of my nails repaired because the top coat was peeling. I asked them if this is the new way because I've never had this before and she just acted like she didn't hear my question. The next day, the top coat is peeling. I won't go back. This is unfortunate because I could go during my lunch and get in and out quickly. They even took appointments. This was the best deal around because there is a discount for cash payments. read more

It is extremely painful and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. If you do attend this place only allow the women and Paul to do your nails, otherwise you will NOT be pleased.
