Gave 1 star because there's no zero star option. Filthy place with an even filthier staff. Went to simply have my powder gel removed, which should typically be done by soaking a filing. I had just recently given birth and couldn't be too far from my baby and this place is right down the street from where I live. Otherwise I would've gone to my normal place. She proceeded to aggressively PEEL AND CLIP off the powder with a large nail clipper (the ones intended for toes). I tried to stop her and ask to soak instead because what she was doing was damaging my already very frail nails. She ignored me. I continued asking why she was clipping them off. She ignored me. I should've pulled my hands away and walked out at that point. Finally when she was done clipping and pulling them off, she proceeded to tell me she was done. My nails were horrendous. So many layers of my nails were ripped off to the point when my nail beds felt raw. She did so much damage. Additionally, she left the nails as is. After 4 weeks of growth! No filing/cutting the nails down, smoothing/buffing the nail bed, or any type of care. Finally when it came time to pay, I refused to leave without an answer to my question, WHY DIDN'T YOU SOAK THEM? She actually had the audacity to answer "because that takes too much time". This place needs to be reported to the BBB. read more

After four days, my gel nail polish is already chipping and cracking. I don't know if it was due to heavy-handed application or the quality of the polish used. Regardless, these nails have lasted less long than when I paint them with regular nail polish at home! They are liars and crooks. I went there a few weeks ago to get a gel set. She put it on so thick but I let that slide. I went to another salon to remove them today it took him over an hour and told me they were not gel at all and some kind of acrylic used in construction! this place is the burger king of nail salons. cheap, dirty, and rude service. the nail techs watch shows on their phones underneath the counter the entire time they're doing your nails, half the time clipping a cuticle and making you bleed. i waited an hour and a half for a fill in today and the girl waiting next to me waited an hour to get her eyebrows done. the whole time you wait the ladies don't look up to tell you how long it will be or ask if they can make u more comfortable or nothing like that. they're in their own world and don't care because they know people come back for the fill in prices. the lady today ran my amex card, i didn't read the sign that said no amex; and AFTER she swiped it she said oh now i have to charge you a $25 dollar service fee. no i don't play like that. i won't be returning. you've been warned read more

First of all, let me say that I gave this place one star because there is no option to not give any stars at all. It's very seldom that I write reviews but, after my experience at this"Nail Salon" I had to. When I walked through the door I was not greeted. I said "hello" and I didn't get a response. I brushed it off and picked out a color from their oldddddddd polish collection. They had to have that polish since they first opened. After I picked my color I sat in the chair patiently as they sat behind a laptop talking and laughing as if I weren't sitting there. I knew I should've got up and left out but I really needed my nails for an event that night. Once the girl came over she rolled her eyes and sighed while doing my nails as if she had better things to do. I've never been to this "Nail salon " before so I didn't understand why I was being treated so badly. When another customer walked in they didn't speak to her either. These people are not friendly at all!! My nails came out ok so I decided to tip her. Hold on to your seat guys!! This is the kicker!! I handed her the money, and said thank you! She looked at me took the money and finished her conversation with the other girl. No "Thank You!" "Have A nice day!" "Come again" nothing!!! I was flabbergasted!
