As always I have come for many years. They do updates continually. The owners are cool and relaxed. I have a couple of people that I will go to but continue with Kim. Its best to get an appt for your favorite nail specialist. However, that doesnt mean you will be seen during your scheduled time. I almost never am seen during my time. Today I came in as I needed my nail repaired and was in a crunch so I had an appt. I was seen but it took some time as the clients prior was late and had 2 long slots but were late. She took me while having to push them afterwards. She still took the other clients and not have them reschedule. I used to patron this nail salon years ago until the person who cared for my nails left. I decided to stop in since in the past I had no issues. I arrived at 4:30 pm and stated I wanted a fill-in. I waited approximately 40 minutes after being told someone would be with me shortly. After becoming a bit bothered by waiting, the manager noticed and asked me to go to #5. I was greeted and as the tech began to remove my polish, she advised I needed a new set. I explained to her I would go to my usual tech to have it done but at that moment I only wanted a "fill." After she clipped the sides (shown in picture) another customer comes in (possibly one of her "regulars), tech #5 leaves me to work on the customer's nails without as much as I'll be back, someone will take over..nothing! So now, I'm annoyed. I sat another 10 minutes and glared into the eyes of the manager/owner. The piercing look I gave him had to have reached the core of his inner being for he quickly said, "he's getting ready to help you!" Tech #6 was finishing up the client beside me nails. He subsequently got up, looked at my nails and mumbled something in his language to my original tech (#5). If I wasn't fuming before, this was surely about to make me lose every ounce of religion I had. Tech #6 puts the clear coat on the client's nails and just when I think he's sliding over to me, he walks away to do a pedicure on said client! WHAT IN THE WHOLE HELL WAS GOING ON!! I had to be on an episode of PUNK'D and Ashton Kutcher was about to jump out from somewhere with cameras because this was insane! I'm sure if you are still reading my post, you are thinking I left! Sighhh! I didn't! I literally sat there 10 MORE MINUTES. When I glanced at the clock, it was now 6pm. As I angrily got up, tech #5 yells, "he coming now, he finished!" I responded "I won't be here!" As I passed the owner on my left, with clenched lips I said, "it's after 6pm, I've been here well over an hour!" Readers, I was waiting for him to tell me I owed money. #boiling Soooo, I leave with my nails looking worse from when I arrived, time I could not make up, and overall, frustrated.... Read my next post for it has a happy ending at another location. OAN: I was told by someone close that this seems to be the new thing with Asian nail salons. If you are not a regular customer, they will purposely start your nails and then work on other customers with the belief that you as the "non regular" will not leave because your nails are not complete! Don't recommend going to this place. i had went in it was fine at first and then i had a guy take care of to do my toes and he was very aggressive and my toes were very thick , he kept repeating it was because of the acrylic but when it comes to acrylic i believe it should be very smooth. read more

As an 11-year loyal customer, I have noticed a steady increase in the prices of gel polish nail fill-ins and gel polish pedicures. Post-pandemic and amid the pandemic, I gave them a "courtesy" pass considering how long they were mandated to stay closed. However, what bothers me the most is the lack of communication from Nail Pro (technician Kim) when these price hikes occur. It would be great if they informed "me" the "loyal long-term" customer in advance so that we can plan accordingly. Today's charge is $91. I'm researching another nail spa, please God let me find a reputable quality nail spa sooner rather than later . read more

This place is horrible!!! They gave me an old lady that could barely see to paint my toes!! She almost hurt my nails when she was trying to take off the old one. Not professional at all. I've been going to this nail salon for years. I give it 4 stars because VI is the absolute best with eyebrows and mani and pedis. I ONLY trust her to do my eyebrows. Even though I only give this place 3 stars I always seem to go back. I've been coming here for years because they are super convenient. They open at 9 and are open 7 days a week. They also stay open late. If you come in 20 minutes before they close they will still allow you to get a manicure and a pedicure. If more people come they will usually keep accepting people. I do feel like the shop is outdated and they make more than enough money to upgrade. The owners aren't always the friendliest and lately they've only been accepting cash. Overall I'll go again when I need quick service at convenient times. read more

I like this place. It isn't super fancy but they get the work done. And quickly but not rushed. I just needed a pedi during lunch. If you just need a quicky, this place has your back. Will return for more quickies lol. read more

A friend recommended this place, I read the reviews and was skeptical but decided to try them anyway because my friends nails looked good. Made an appt with Lee, I told him I wanted a french manicure w/ dipping powder. He immediately starts doing a fill-in. I said this is NOT what I ask for and again told him french manicure and ask that he take the old dipping powder off...He starts to take old powder off forcefully...then he starts doing my nails ombre...I then said can I have another nail tech because he obviously wasn't going to do the manicure right..he starts yelling in his language. I then said ok there are a lot of other nail salons in the area, I don't need this...His colleague steps in and said he would give me a french manicure but it wouldn't be dipping powder, i said fine make it gel then (don't know why it was a problem other places have done it but ok cool) why couldn't Lee tell me this....Then when it came time to pay, they do NOT charge you the prices listed on the wall. The cashier tarts making up prices..WTH... DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!! They are rude to customers...I see why people don't want to deal with salons...AWFUL experience!! read more

This place is prime example of ignorance. We first get there without any greetings what's so ever except nasty looks. Past that i just needed my nails taken off & when taking off acrylic nails everyone know you have to be delicate with the real nail underneath except they were not. Tina did a wonderful job in every way shape or form except she butchered my nail !! After prying it off with a nail she finally tried to take it off with the solution the went on to do another client. I then had a Male nail tech doing my nails which he continued to butcher my nail. Terrible service. I went in for an eyebrow wax and the man was very rough. He took off all of my eyebrows and they weren't even. They didn't even apologize. I like coming here to get my eyebrows done because they really do a good job. They take their time and really clean them up. However, it can be hit or miss (depending on who is working) and how busy it is. I've gotten a pedicure here once and I didn't like it because they just rushed through it and did a messy job. But anyways, I really recommend this place for your eyebrows. Try going in the daytime on a weekday and you will not be disappointed! read more

Can in on Saturday to get fill in and pedicure. My daughter nail chipped! We came back three days later and the Male tech put glue over her nail and filed it down. That is NOT how you do a repair! Don't ever go here. I usually go to tips toes tan on lakeside but they weren't open yet so I settled. I had to wait forever, not cause it was busy but because none of the technicians were there on time!! They got there 35 mins after it opened. One girl started doing mine, she was fine, but then this guy took over and was rough and rude. He went way too quickly. Horrible! Unprofessional atmosphere, dirty, cheap nail polishes. Great appearance from the outside but don't waste your time. My mani began to chip within 24 hrs (I was doing no manual labor at that) and by day 3 I had to go to a different salon for a polish change.
