If you're saying anything nice about this nail salon, you must have not experienced getting a professional nail job, so you would not know exactly what to expect from the time you walk in. Great Salon! Prices are fair and shop is very clean! always many nail techs working so I never have to wait a long time. Always get what I want when I attend this salon. Ann did my pedi and Jose did my fill-in with gel polish. Both nail techs did an excellent job! Jose laughed and talked with me and gave me a hand massage (which some techs forget to do) I really appreciate his pleasant attitude and when I accidently hit my nail, he was soooo friendly about fixing it and didn't make me feel bad. They absolutely have rookies doing nails here. Not professional appearing AT ALL. I picked out a clear pink polish prior to him starting my nails. I had cracked acrylic and some lifting. he didn't clip the lifting parts and just slapped acrylic on top haphazardly. I had to tell him to go back on on of the nails because my real nail was still showing. Shaping is terrible. And my greatest annoyance is that the lines where the nail was refilled was visible on all my nails. He barely filed around the cuticles so it doesn't look natural at all. Will not be returning. I had to coach the one tech on cleaning up my cuticles (no massage received ) Management changed prices but failed to update all of their prices in the brochures . DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would! I went here on my birthday & got my nails & eyebrows done. I paid (with a $10 tip) $73 in total! FOUR DAYS LATER FOUR of my nails broke!!! One from just pulling a seat belt across my lap! The tips of my nails were entirely way too thin! I come to this nail salon every 2 weeks. I only make appts with one nail tech Andy. Andy gets 5 stars not the salon. Andy is very professional and I never have a complaint when he do my nails and my daughters nails. No one else can do my nails. I have given other techs a chance but no one compares to Andy. Aside from the gentleman picking up someone's dirty tissue and proceeding to touch my hands, he did a horrible job on my nails. Out of all the nail places I been here in Baltimore, by far Nail Pro has been the best. The only nail tech that has done my nails has been a gentlemen by the name Jimmy. I can not speak for the rest of the staff as far as the quality or customer service. I did see a couple of the technicians turn people down (due to a long waiting list) without being apologetic which I thought was a bit rude. Like most Foreigners, they do not have the best customer service perhaps due to the language barrier, or lack of knowledge of the importance of customer service in this country. So I really wanna give this place 5 stars but I can't... they're very often short staffed. You would think that on weekends they would have more staff but there is usually a long wait. This is not the kind of place where you go during a lunch break cause you'll be late going back. I continue going because they do a good job and usually don't try to sell you extra services. They also have a $20 basic pedicure which is unusual (at least places I've been before). I will continue coming here until I can find another shop that I like. read more

If I could give it -0 stars I would. For starters my daughter went to Diane who sits in the front that suppose to specialize in all services. This is my second time trying to give this salon a try. My daughter requested coffin shape nails and was give an uneven rushed job. Diane got mad and wouldn't fix the concerns of the shape and immediate wanted to soak off the nails. After waiting an entire hour after already being there 1 1/2 hours my daughter ended up removing her own nails. I also received service from the young girl who sit nexts to Diane. I was ok with her service my only complaint with her is to clean up around the hands after a polish job and to lotion my hands. The only thing good about this shop was the price for service but you get wtf you pay for which was bullshit service. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone ever. read more

My nail tech did a fantastic job on my toe nails. We showed up with four of us wanting pedicures and they had plenty of room! The technician put special oils in the foot bath, used a scrub to exfoliate my foot and legs, massaged my feet and legs, and used a hot towel. I haven't found many places in this area that do it all so I was pleasantly surprised. They also used new toe separators for each customer. He did a great job with the polish and was very meticulous with the cuticles. I hope all the techs are this good! The pedicure was $20 which is there best deal I've found around this area. read more

For example, stopping in the middle of your work to wax or paint toes. No, that's rude. You need to finish one then move on to the next client. ALSO, I've been there for 5 hours! Being bounced around. There's no patience or understanding how and what to do anything professionally, like cutting cuticles, designs, or fixing nails. You have to tell them how to do something so they don't just try to push you out the door with junk. And when's it's brought up they say "they can't help" or "I don't understand" and then your waiting for the next tech. Then they're always changing prices, for example all basic polish is no extra charge except for gel.. Which everyone knows. With that being said, now a different type of bottle has a different price.. -_- Just to get more money when they know they're not getting a tip for they're horrible service. Smh. Consider that extra charge your tip now. Overall they're very unorganized, rude, and slow. How hard is it to correctly do a fill in and shape?! I didn't even want a design or anything extra like eyebrows and toes anymore. Smh. This is the worst nail salan that I have had services at. The management is extremely rude. The manager (the only one that does lashes) had me return at 6:30 pm. She had me sitting for at least 30 min. while she conversed with several employees.The conversation that they were having was not job related because it was a lot of laughter. I had eyelash strips put on my lashes at about 7 pm today. It is now 12:30 am and one lash dropped off in my bed. There is not an air of friendliness when you enter the establishment. Actually, I get the feeling that the technicians prefer not to have any thing to do with people of color. I noticed how friendly and conversational they are to other races. I have toleratesd this location for about a year, but I am DONE with them.
