Honestly I'm probably being too nice giving 3 stars. I came in here one Friday right when they opened as a walk in looking for a pedicure. Most of the staff was just sitting around. The guy said "Let me see if we have time to take you" Uh okay? He finally came back and said yes. Sadly, the person I got just flat-out did not do a good job. Top-of-the-line pedicure! This nail spa is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully decorated. Everything is brand new. The pedicure massage chairs are exquisite and so relaxing. I did the level 3 pedicure with a gel polish which is usually $68, but we received 20% off. Even then I would be comfortable paying the $68 because of what a great service we received. It was so clean and the nail tech did such an amazing job, such a care to detail and it was so relaxing and luxurious. Absolutely 100% recommend. read more

The salon is a lot bigger than it looks from the outside and well decorated. I was greeted when I entered and was promptly led to a chair after picking my nail color. I counted at least 20 pedi massage chairs - 8 in one big room and pods of 4 in other smaller rooms. I got the second level pedi (I don't remember what the pedis were named, but there were at least four levels) but wish I had time for a longer service. Lily was awesome and made me feel so relaxed that dozed for bit during my massage. I m so glad this place opened and will be back to try other services. read more

Amazing atmosphere ~ one of the owners best yet! I had an amazing pedicure with my sister, it was super professional and luxurious. Multiple Private room spaces makes it feel like a spa experience. On my second visit, I needed a fill. I have been getting acrylic nails for years and my normal tech at a different place was gone, so I made an appointment with LaLa. She was amazing! I have been going there since they opened and before they opened I would have gone to their other two locations in the area, Nail Retreat or Nail Chateau. I always call to make an appointment with Sara. She is amazing. Two times in the last few months I have made appointments and they didn't make them with Sara or screwed up my appointment. The second time it happened Kim called me right away offered to give me a free manicure (which i scheduled for the next day) and was very kind of them to do this. I do live a bit away so i thought this was a nice gesture. When i went in Cindy had come over during my appointment with Sara and apologized again and stated they were going to "take care of me". Even Sara had said that it was going to be no charge for the appointment. When i went to pay the woman was going to charge me full price and Sara had said no call Kim. When they called Kim she said they could only give me 20% off. Which is still generous but if that was the intention from the beginning they should have never told me three times that the service was going to be complementary. Then today, I had an appointment for a gel X manicure and pedicure at 5:30. At 5:02 they called and said that the manager had called a all staff meeting and needed to cancel my appointment and get me rescheduled. So i made an appointment for tomorrow. I had promised the family Bento Box for dinner so I went down to pick up dinner at 6:00 and guess what..... the whole place was filled with people getting services done and i could see Sara was also with a client. So they bold face lied to me. I called to ask why i was rescheduled and she said the manager had called a meeting, when i told her i just walked by and saw everyone in there and Sara was working on someone then she back peddled and said they had called a last minute meeting and cancelled all appointments and then cancelled the meeting last minute. With so many nail places in the area i will find a salon that will respect me and my time just as much as i respect theirs and most importantly not lie to me. read more

I've been to many different salons across California and really appreciate the meticulous attention to detail Holly provided in removing my soft gel extensions, cleaning up my cuticles, and shaping my nails. I had a wonderful manicure and pedicure today with Lucy, such a lovely and inviting nail salon. I must also also say that Cindy handled a terrible situation in the utmost professional manner. There was some crazy lady that appears to make a habit out of visiting salons, throwing a fit to get free services. She was screaming nonsense, making a huge scene for absolutely no reason. We were looking forward to a relaxing day and instead this nutcase decided she wanted to make everyone miserable. I would have sent her out the door quickly if it were my salon but Cindy sat and took the abuse for close to a half of an hour. If you have some redheaded dufus show up to your salon ( driving a white Mercedes SUV) I recommend denying her service, a real loser. If you want outstanding customer service in a beautiful salon, then go check out the Nail resort. read more

This place is wonderful! They had good reviews already after just opening two months ago so I figured I'd give them a visit and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere is light hearted and welcoming, super clean and beautiful! Each employee I spoke with was extremely kind. I am 6 months pregnant and the pedicure was just what I needed. This place felt like luxury and was one of the nicer Sacramento area nail salons I have been to. Even gave me a neck warmer to use while I got my pedicure. I will definitely be back! read more

Do not recommend! Horrible customer service. First of all Kim you weren't there when I had my horrible experience so plz don't describe the incident like you witnessed it. I was there for a dip redo and yes one of my nails had a chip what does that have to do with anything??? For a dip we all know you have to take off the top layer and restart. So with that being said since Steven was performing a very poor job I nicely was commenting and asking questions since his technique was kinda poor. I immediately knew I didn't like the way he was doing the job so I communicated with him how I like my nails to be sone. He kept ignoring and did his own way till I ASKED HIM TO STOP. I was the one that didn't want to continue not him. Check your cameras you will see. then Cindy you manager came over and saw what a crappy job he had done and started apologizing and said she was going to fix it. Another gal also came and saw the crappy job and took over my other hand and cindy on the other and everyone was talking vietnamese which made it very uncomfortable. I asked cindy that its been 2 hrs and I have an appointment and have to leave but she was holding on my hand by force and would not let me go and that made me upset and asked her to stop. She kept incisting she wants to fix it and thats when I started asking first the supervisor. I even told her you don't need to fix it I need to leave and may come back in the afternoon after my appointment. That is when she got real upset and started raising her voice at me. You should never hold on to a clients hand by force and should never physically and forcefully demand something. I file charges against just for doing that! So plz spare me the he did she did he said she said. As a business owner you shoule have a closer observation on you're employees behaviour and performance. Be open to feedback as I told Cindy but neither one of you can take it apparently. Accept the fact that tou have an employee that needs more training. Be open to your clients needs and wishes and this would never happen. Horrible business management!!!! read more

Went here today to treat myself to a relaxing mani/pedi after a stressful week and it did not disappoint. It was my first time as I was hunting for a new salon and it will definitely not be my last! I called to see when they had availability and the gentleman said I can come right away, and right away was I seated and ready to go! That's a rarity. Great wall of color selection and beautiful store with chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. It felt pretty luxurious. It's sectioned off into smaller quarters within an open area so there's more privacy and you aren't forced to stare straight at strangers. What was also amazing was how swiftly I was transitioned from person to person seamlessly. The manager really kept things in check and everyone knew what they were doing without commotion. Mani/pedi was done by Sandy and Lien or Hien and they did a fantastic job at shaping, cleaning my skin and cutting cuticles, making sure I was comfortable. I had their attention the entire time which was nice. Chairs are new and massage options great! Without hesitation they took my preferences into consideration when I asked to cut my nails shorter and got me a pillow for my back as it was aching. Overall this was an A+ experience and I definitely will be returning. read more
