Nice nail places but not a good service. They were not busy so it was quick walk in. Didn't know if they will file nails as well, so added basic manicure. It was a waste of time as barely after few hours nail polish chipped and looks bad. Obviously not good products. Sadly, too many nail places, but everyone instead of focussing on basics, & customer service, tries to sell costly services, like, acrylic, dip powder or gel. So I haven't been to this salon since 2017/2018. I didn't like my experience with the old owner so I stopped coming. Today was the 4th of July and I'm leaving town tomorrow and desperately was needing my nails done. I made an appt for 11:30 and showed up. I picked my color and waited a bit since I was early for my appt. Man the service was so quick and efficient! I got a shellac refill on my hands, and a color change on my feet. This usually takes me 1.5-2 hours anywhere else. I was done within 45-50 minutes here and was absolutely amazed. Andy was great, so quick, accommodating and did exactly what I wanted. It was 4th of July and I had the day off, so I decided to get a mani/pedi but no one was open. I called all the places I might visit near my house but no one answered or I drove by and they all had signs on the door they were closed. Which is fine everyone needs a day off in the service industry. I was pleasantly surprised when Nail Royale answered their phone and was able to take me in 15 min. I drove 25 minutes away from my house but it was worth it! had enough time to relax in their clean environment get a mani/pedi and be on my way to pick up my son from camp. ~Sigh~ Why can't everything good last forever? So, the salon has changed ownership and I now only go for pedicures. I visit a different salon to have my hands done. The pedicures are still outta sight but there's definitely a different vibe in the shop. The new owner isn't always personable and nice and if they are busy, they have NO problems telling you they can't get to you (which I actually appreciate over letting me sit for 30+minutes). I absolutely love this nail salon. I have only been here twice but they always have an exceptional customer service. I believe the owner is also always there and she is very kind. I got my nails done by lily and the one thing I loved about her is that she is chatty. She maintained a good conversation with me and also complimented me a lot. I was on the hunt for a nail salon in the area that stayed open past 7PM as my nails were looking extra ratchet, and I couldn't wait another day. With how many nail salons there are, this was the only one that closes at 7:30PM. I rushed there, and made it there at 7PM, not sure if I'd get turned away. I was greeted very well, and communicated that I wanted a dip manicure, and regular pedicure. My pedicure was done VERY quick. It wasn't anything special, but it got the job done. I was satisfied. I'm unsure about how I feel about my manicure. While I appreciate SO much that the lady stayed 30 minutes after closing to do my manicure (added an extra star for this), I was disappointed that the only thing my manicure included is taking off what I currently had, and adding a dip. I really wanted my cuticles trimmed, etc. I'm not sure if it's the norm to just do a dip and call it a day as this was my first time getting a dip manicure. Normally when I do shellac, my nails are cleaned up really nicely before the application, so I was expecting the same results. First off, they promote a happy hour with cheaper pedicures but all they add is hot stones. I complained to management about how terrible my nails and toes looked and all she did was add another clear coat. I paid $63 plus I gave a $5 tip and the nail job was so terrible. Sister, niece and I needed our nails done the Friday after Thanksgiving. Shop in front of the neighborhood was closed, so I suggested coming here.... Sooo glad I made the suggestion!! Even though the tech that did my sisters nails was rude as hell, overall our experience was great. I forgot the guys name, but he took his time and was gentle with my niece. Yesterday was my first time coming to this nail salon and the experience was great! I called in around 5:30 to ask if they take walk-ins. The man on the phone was very polite and nice. I ended up making an appointment for my sister and me that same day for 6:15. When we got there we were greeted and welcomed. The manager, I'm guessing he was the man on the phone, is very enthusiastic and friendly! Great customer service. They offered us beverages and made it so that we were taken care of right away. I was worried that since it was so late and almost closing time they would be rushing, but that wasn't the case. My nails and my sister's nails came out pretty, and the technicians took time to make sure we got what we wanted. In the end, I paid 80 dollars, with a student discount, for a full set of acrylics, and another full set of acrylics with shellac and cute designs :) Try this place out! read more

I'm so disappointed in Tina. I usually go to Remy, but he was out of town a couple weeks ago. I decided to go to Tina, as she's done my nails before. I was getting a pedicure at the same time. She asked me to turn my massage off because I was moving too much, understandable. Her and Holly(excellent at pedicures) were talking to whole time, doesn't really matter to me. What matters is when you're paying more attention conversing and not to my nails. Long story short. Loved my nails in the beginning. 4 DAYS LATER, the end of my nail started to lift as if I've had them for 4 weeks. It was getting caught into my hair again and again. I also noticed the end of my peach nails turned yellow. That's happened to me twice before at an outdated salon, so that's why I came here. I'm assuming she used an old top coat?? I usually go to Sienna Nail and I had actually made an appointment earlier today and got tired of waiting because I had made an appointment and was tired of waiting so I got up and left to Nail Royale instead. Right when I walked in I was greeted immediately and was seen by Judy. She was really welcoming and didn't talk too much which I prefer. I got a regular pedicure which was $23 and she did a great job. She massaged my legs/feet for a long while too and it felt nice the entire time. I also liked that although there was a good amount of people in the salon for a Friday afternoon it wasn't too loud. The workers weren't shouting in Vietnamese to each other. I'll be back! read more

My nail technician Tina was wonderful and the owner(I'm assuming) was very sweet and happy!Therefore, it's sad for me to give such a horrible review. And I never write reviews. I wrote this review while getting my nails done because I was so upset. Apparently, I don't look Vietnamese so every time I go to a nail salon, I wonder if they'll talk about me or anyone else. NEVER have I ever had a bad experience with the technicians saying anything bad until today. Let me say that Tina was really sweet and careful while doing my nails. She took her time and made them look perfect. HOWEVER, there was a technician next to me, I think her name was Amanda. She was an older lady and (ALL OF THIS IN VIETNAMESE btw) she was saying how my nails won't last long(even tho she could've been more polite and advised me on my nails). She also asked why her customer would even get long nails since they can't even do anything with it. And then she said to another older lady that the person who booked my appointment put me with tina because I'm a new customer. And apparently he gives all the new clients to Tina because "you know" then started laughing. then she kept saying how SHE knew how to do the dipping powder and she's already done that 15 years ago. It's just really upsetting because even though no one can understand, it's common courtesy to not talk about your customers when you work in the service industry because everyone always wonders what they're talking about. read more

I came in the day before Christmas Eve and it was a madhouse. I literally waited an hour before getting serviced. The guy at the front was so nice! He really did his best to make sure everyone was comfortable and was honest to everyone who came in about the wait. He kept really good track of who came in first and who would be next for whatever services. I noticed there are a lot of regulars here but he didn't play any favorites and remained very fair towards everyone. I forgot the girl who did my nails but she really nice and definitely understood what I wanted. I had nexgen on my nails and I let her know she had to remove everything and start fresh. She wasn't familiar with nexgen but she listened and did a great job removing all of the previous product off. They offer so many acrylic colors! I love how they have so many shades of nude! My girl was quick but she was careful and never threw an attitude when I told her to correct something. My nails were $40 and that wasn't too bad. I wouldn't mind coming back for sure. read more

Getting your nails done is suppose to be relaxing but I was tense and uncomfortable the ENTIRE time! This was my first time going and I went with mom my because she said they were good. LIES!! The guy that did my nails seemed like he was annoyed I wanted a full set and not a refill. He even tried to convince me to get power instead of gel polish. He rushed through everything and the finished product was not even good. I had nails that weren't straight and uneven. This guy even had the nerve to watch and see if I would tip him. I got my nails done three weeks ago at Nail Royale, the place was nice, and the staff was very friendly. I tried dipping powder for the first time, it was beautiful! I'm the type of person that mess up my nails within a few days, even shellac didn't work didn't work well on me, but the dipping powder has last me for three weeks and it helped my nails grow out longer! The dipping powder feels like acrylic nails, but much thinner and just as strong, if feels much more natural also! I'm about to get them redone, I'm so excited! I am being extremely generous with 2 stars here. The service was great, and my nail technician was extremely friendly and accommodating. However, 7 days after I got my shellac done, it looks pretty terrible...see photo. It's peeling on 8/10 of my nails. Unfortunately, this place comes highly recommended, but I won't be returning. $63 is too expensive for a pedicure and shellac manicure is far too expensive for it to only have lasted about 3 days without peeling.
