I'm giving this place one star because, in May, I left my sandals here by mistake after receiving a pedicure. I went home wearing flip-flops and forgot them. Now they are gone. The staff member knew me and said that I left them a couple of weeks before but she threw them away! They are ECCO sandals and I'm sure they were not thrown away. She recanted her memory of me and my shoes but they are now gone and I have to replace these $140 sandals. I expected more from this place. I won't be visiting here again! read more

This place is expensive but close to my home and I found a tech who did my nails well so I've stayed loyal. I made an appointments and got there on time today. I was taken promptly to my seat after I picked my color. However 10 minutes into my appointment, I was still waiting. When I went to the front to see how long it would be, they said the tech I scheduled with would be another 10-15 minutes because the appointment in front of me came late. There is no excuse for starting a nail salon appointment 25 minutes late. The worst part is that there were no updates made to me until I asked and no apologies offered - only excuses. There wasn't an attempt to offer me another nail tech. Working in a service industry myself, I know a little humility goes a long way and I wasn't shown any. Plenty of OPI polish options and, when you add the $3 extra for the parafin wax pedicure they add in a hot stone massage, which I didn't realize before but is wonderful! Mid way through my service all the electricity went out, so we all got out our cell phones for lights and the girls continued providing service. After being very unsuccessful in finding a quality nail salon in Rosenberg, I decided to look closer to where I work and I came across this place and decided to give them a try. I went in around 9:30 on a Saturday morning and it seemed very calm and relaxed. There weren't a ton of customers and the women weren't yelling at each other in Vietnamese. I decided to get a full set with Shellac polish. (A regular full set is $33; $37 for Shellac) Hannah was the one to do my nails and I love the way they turned out! I highly recommend her. She was very sweet and did a quick, but efficient job! She also waxed my eyebrows and they look fabulous! This will definitely be my new go-to place! read more

Went in for a mani and pedi. Usually this is looked at as a relaxing experience. This was the most painful mani pedi I have ever had and bled 3 different times. Just hoping for no infection. Did not do my nails as asked even tho several times I pointed out this was not how it is usually done. Not a pleasant experience for sure. Pedi massage was like someone washing your legs, no pressure whatsoever. Nails were $13 more than the price the girl told me it would be. And how a $35 pedi goes up to $58 with no upgrades is beyond my understanding. Must charge extra for pain. When the main lady asked if I liked and I said this wasn't what I asked for on nails she said it will last longer. I didn't ask for lasting longer and Great so now I get to have nails that I don't like even longer.... I'll be going somewhere else next time. read more

Since coming here I have had so many compliments on my nails. Went in to get gel nails refilled and saw the place was clean and well organized. There was a slight hiccup as the color I selected was not the one inn the container she pulled out. However, she mixed the gel and used a paper towel to check the color. Even though it wasn't my first choice, I liked it even better. My technician was very careful not to grind my natural nail too much- they are quite thin. For the first time, they were not sore from just being done. I cannot really review for the pedicure since I don't like having my feet touched, but many of their clients were getting mani/pedis and looked quite happy with the results. If I could give this place no stars I would! This is by far the worst place I've ever been in a while! The service was below mediocre, the staff unprofessional and quite rude. As a visitor in the area I wouldn't think such establishment would even last here! My nails were poorly polished, and very much rushed. The manicurist changed prices during my service! And the Manager went as far as "declining" my debit card... To only call the bank (B.O.A) and find that there were no declined transactions or merchants! She never charged the card but manually declined it, stating you must not have any money! WTH! The eyebrow waxing service wasn't up to par, and I felt so uncomfortable that I ask her to only clean around the eyebrow (to be sure she wouldn't mess them up intentionally)! Geez! I truly hope that if your in the sugarland area, choose another salon! I wouldn't patronize this place! Hope this helps! read more

Whilst visiting my mother there in Texas for an early birthday celebration we decided to get our nails done without an appointment. We walked in to a completely packed place on a Saturday morning with workers scrambling everywhere to take care of customers. We both got the deluxe mani-pedi which included lots of amazing massages and experiences. It was less than well received as we felt rushed and completely crunched. They had no problem working with the nail polish we brought in for the both of us and managed to get us painted and out in a matter of less than an hour. That would have been wonderful if time was a problem but it definitely was not. I believe that if they weren't so busy the deluxe package would have been well worth the money. They include lovely massages on legs and arms. They also include the wax and a hot stone massage on the legs. My spa water was not warm at all and the massage chair kept turning off after 5 minutes. The wax was boiling hot and after mentioning so they slipped it on my feet anyways. The manicure was painted nicely but they didn't do anything with my nails as far as trimming. They simply sanded then down super fast then painted. I would have liked them to be trimmed down but I was too busy paying attention to the lady who was doing my toes. Yes, that's right, I had one lady doing my toes while another was doing my fingers at the same time. Talk about a messy, rushed experience. I'm really sad to give such a low star review for such a great deal that would have been much better if they didn't take so many customers at one time and paced themselves. While I am well painted on both hands and feet, I am sad to say the experience was anything but enjoyable. I recommend booking when you least expect people to be there. I don't even think it matters if you make an appointment at this place! read more

This is definitely one of the best nail salons I've been to. I got the deluxe pedicure and lemme tell you - that was the bomb dot com. We had just done a 12 mile hike in San Francisco two days ago and having the deluxe pedi was much needed. I gave this review two stars because my pedicure which was a deluxe pedicure was amazing. The girl who took care of me did a great job massaging my feet, massaging my legs, and she even did it for an extra 10 minutes of course paid for it but it was great. My manicure on the other hand was the worst I have ever had! My nails look awful, there uneven, messy, and the color does not even completely cover the tip of my nails. I paid extra to have the powder color put on and it was not worth it. When I pointed out to the owner of the business how bad my nails looked he became unhappy that I was telling him how bad they look, he tried telling me if I looked at them from the other angle they didn't look bad. The ends of my nails are uneven, rough and different lengths. The girl that did my nails attempted to fix 2 of them and did not do a very good job. The owner was annoyed that she even attempted to fix the mess on my nails. I will not ever be returning to this place and I will tell every one that asks me to recommend a nail place to not go there for sure. read more

One of the worst mani/pedi I've ever gotten. I just moved into the area, so I thought I would give it a try. I just wanted mani/pedi, but they were on a mission to make it cost me $80 before I got out of there...rocks, paraffin, massage, design, shellac, etc.... They need to spend more time learning how to apply basic polish and less time upselling customers. My cuticles are a mess and in the sun you can see where the goop of top coat was applied and where it was missed. Wont be going back. read more

Got a shellac manicure which honestly didn't come out great at all, but it's a nice color so it's not as noticeable. The lady who had me also shaped my nails really weird after I told her I just wanted my natural shape. The short: I give them a 4 because they are my go-to and FAVORITE place to get a pedicure; however, they always give me a sloppy shellac manicure. The details: Love, love, love their spa pedicures! They are inexpensive (the one with hot stones, wax and scrub is only $35), & they always make my feet feel great and my toe nails look perfect! Highly recommend this place for pedicures. Unfortunately, I've gotten several shellac manicures here (because it's so much more convenient to get your fingers and toes done at the same time) and it is consistently a sloppy job. This was just a horrid experience for me I got a manicure and a pedicure my toes are amazing I love them on my manicure on the other hand for one the lady (she was the youngest one I think) didn't let me move to the nail table she did my nails in the chair that's bad enough then I asked her for her designs chart she said they don't have one look on the internet and give her a style and she will do it ok I gave he one the first thing is the work is really sloppy I asked for a color she put on the color then she put a pink on top and put on the purple again so now it's already thick on top of that Then she started the design again sloppy work on my pinky she was so-post to put white arrows she put pink an I asked her to change it and she said she can't so whatever the manager got her to fix it and she did VERRY angrily and she did I to top of the clear coat bad enough while the paint is wet she put on the clear coat saw that it was messed up and went on still bad on top of that I had another aro pointing towards the right she put that on ok but smeared it and instead of taking it off she just continued on doing my nail messed it up 2 more time an put on the clear coat making I look bad even worse she put that in pink to and it was so post to be in white complains to the manager again had her fix it piles that on top with out cleaning it to and smeared it worst I just ignored it and them the work just got worse an worse it was Just sad. Now I got messed up nails for my parents WEDDING and I told her this from the beginning now on top o all this I'm going to the rehearsals and open the car door the thick part of the nail peels off and falls but the Polish is so think it pulled of down to the pink (3rd layer from the bottom up) and it looks bad an the weddings tomorrow this is terrible I wish I never went there I wish I could show pictures to show how bad it looks I hate this and they have a before party so I don't have time to go get that fixed I don't recommend this at all go to the near by wall mart to Reagan nails there no the best but they are AWSOME!!!
