I went back for removal and my experience was completely different. My nails have never looked worse. I'm pretty sure my nails were filed down too much and they look damaged in some areas. Also, i now understand that the removal service doesn't include a manicure but a bare minimum of shaping doesn't seem like a reach. All my nails had different "shapes" some were left very square while others were more rounded. I do a better job when i cut my nails myself! I'm not going back to this salon, especially since a friend in NY told me she pays $5-$10 for removal when i paid $25 + tips

I have been to a few other places and ended up with rashes or issues from pedicure services. That is not an issue at aria. CONS: I do not want or can afford to get my nails done weekly. Generally I go a month to 6wks. I cannot do that with the service I get at Aria. The pics I included are after a week. With the way they look right now I need to have them redone. This is after I went back for a chip on my left hand 2 days after having them done. Next that green was not even close to the color I picked. I picked an olive color. That color on my nails is not the same color as the book. Also they ran out of the matching gel polish for the cream color and substituted white for my toes. My bad for not noticing till it was mostly done. Overall I am done with Aria. It's a shame because it was a nice place to go.

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon today…read more I came in for a pedicure and a gel manicure with extensions, and unfortunately, things started going wrong almost immediately. During the pedicure, I realized they don't include cuticle care unless you pay an extra $10. That wasn't explained clearly, and I was surprised because basic cuticle cleanup is something I expect during a pedicure. The polish color I chose also ended up looking almost completely transparent, like I hadn't had my nails done at all. For the manicure, I was moved to another station. Instead of starting with a traditional manicure by cleaning the nails, trimming the cuticles, and preparing the nail properly, they immediately began filing my natural nails with an electric drill before applying the gel. The gel ended up extremely thick. I told them several times that I didn't like how bulky my nails looked. They filed them down a bit, but they still looked puffy and uneven. I asked for a square shape, but every nail ended up looking different. My nails weren't extremely short when we started, but they filed them down so much that there was barely any shape left. I also had to change my polish color three times because they didn't have the colors I wanted. I paid nearly $70 for my manicure and another nearly $70 for my pedicure. After seeing the final result, I told them I was unhappy with my manicure. They said they couldn't reshape them the way I wanted, and I didn't want them to keep working on my nails because I had already lost confidence in the service. I requested a refund. The only way they would refund the manicure was by removing the gel they had just applied, which meant my natural nails had to go through another removal process the same day. That added another hour to my visit. They did process the refund, but I was told it would take 5-7 business days to appear. The staff was polite, but the overall service did not meet my expectations. I also noticed there was no hand massage, lotion, or finishing care after the manicure, which made the experience feel rushed and incomplete. Unfortunately, I can't post photos because the manicure was removed before I left. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon if you're looking for a traditional manicure with proper nail preparation and cuticle care. I left very disappointed.

Yikes. I wanted a simple ombre pink and white dip powder full set. It was my first time here…read more My nail tech-Amy- seemed to be a bit flustered, stressed, irritated, and unknowledgeable with the process or at least that's how it seemed. Even though she tried not to show it. I told her the issue I would like to avoid- the edges always chip and lift after a week and I would like to get another week out of them if possible. When gluing the tips on she rushed through it, didn't size them appropriately, and only applied glue to the middle and didn't ensure the nails were completely glued on the edges. She stopped and left the station multiple times to gather different things and a certain point it seemed she chose to stop the process entirely to just finish with a rushed airbrushed version that looks terrible. She didn't communicate with me about her struggle to complete my request for dip ombré nails, or ask me if I would be ok with an airbrushed result. She just did it, leaving white paint all over my hands that would not come off for over an hour. I expected to pay around $60-65 max. So when I was told 74.00. I walked out paying 84.00 after tip for SIMPLE dip nails that were unprofessionally done with a stressed/unknowledgeable tech. I don't know if it was me, the day, the customer before me or what happened to make me receive the experience I did but I won't be back for a fill repair or replacement , just to pay overblown prices and walk out with nails I'm not happy with. It's been three days since getting them done and of course the edges are cracking, peeling and lifting. it's now very obvious she did not ensure quality of the tip fit or anything else as it looks like I need a fill, and repair, but probably better off with a full replacement of all nails....after 3 days. But like I said, Im not going back just to pay the same amount for poor results again.
