I asked stated I wanted Dip service on my nails that were strong and naturally long and had been since Thanksgiving'25. Katy serviced my pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was nice. I wondered why the service was performed out of order from what I've normally received from my normal shop, but this was a new place, so I just relaxed for the 45 min classic pedicure. I also noticed the tools are not pre-packaged for sanitation purposes which worries me. Katy then took me to the nail station and ask again does she remove the Dip from my naturally long nails and appeared confused on how to perform that service. I noticed she wondered how to warm the acetone whether she should use hot stones or microwave to warm the acetone another tech (He) was visibly agitated told her to use a warm towel. All of this was spoken in their language...As I'm nervously watching their actions. Katy proceeded to dip my hands in the bowl with the warm towel for less than 5 minutes, she then took the drill to remove the Dip Acrylic from my nails...she appeared confused and then took the big clippers and clipped my pinky nail to the nip. I screamed NO!!! these are my REAL NAILS!!! She fumbled saying I ask you was that ok. I SAID NO, I CANT UNDERSTAND YOU!!! Another tech (I believe Rose was her name) took over to attempt "fix" this issue by continuing to soak off the Dip Acrylic and attempting to trim my remaing nails stating "we can add tips" I looked at her and stated "I didn't need tips" until Katy and YOU ruined my natural nails. I left the nail station. The "head" nail tech Lynn tried to "calm" or pacify the situation by showing me Her work and giving me 20% off on my pedicure and offering me a Free nail design on my next visit. I will never walk through those doors again. The lack of accountability, the lack of compassion for their inability to do the job along with Katy and Rose laughing about the situation with a lack luster apology for this was traumatizing and unacceptable. These shops pop-up with inexperienced individuals should be a warning And the actual manager never showed his face again.

I assumed Nina would be the best, but she managed to cut my skin and cause me to bleed multiple times. Three days later, I had a nail fall off and another on the way out. Pictures below show 3 days old wounds, while the last one was the new wound after it was fixed. Not only that, I asked for French tips with a specific color. She started going up my nail bed with the paint in which I asked her if that was the final product or was she going to do a clean up. She told me that if I wanted "classic" French tips I should've said that because she assumed I wanted curvy (?). I had to show her a picture of what French tips were because she claimed to have no idea what I was talking about. As someone that has gotten my nails done for over 10 years, I've only ever had to ask for French tips. I've actually never heard of curvy French tips and idk why someone would assume otherwise. She didn't pay attention to which foot she had done what on, so one of my feet was only in the water for less than 1 minute while the other was in for almost 5 minutes. The same thing happened with the hot towels. The entire pedicure was done in 30 minutes, this wasn't a basic pedicure. I even inquired when I checked out how long the pedicures generally take and was told this one usually takes 45 minutes to an hour depending on the tech and polish.
