This was my first and LAST TIME ever going to this nail salon! I thought that the owner who provided my service was tremendously rude. She did not ask me what I wanted, but proceeded to clip my toenails and file them the way that she wanted. After she finished, I could not believe how awful the pedicure looked. The polish was old and lumpy. She did not make sure to cover the entire nail bed. I pointed out several mistakes and asked her to fix. She blamed me, saying I have dry skin - I was floored! I'm just shocked that she continued to charge me $45 for such a terrible job! It's supposed to be a 55min pedicure, she was done in 35-40min and it showed. I should've known better because when I walked into the salon, there was not one other customer in there. Never again! I ABSOLUTELY do not recommend this nail salon. read more

I came to get a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. My pedicure was overall okay. He did a good job painting them. My manicure however was very unsatisfactory. I chose a light yellow color so I understand the color is not going to have best coverage however with each coat it became more and more clumpy. The polish spilled over onto my skin and he just filed over it and used the cuticle picker to remove it. I had a manicure three weeks before this one at a different salon, and my nail shape was still intact. However, when he did my manicure at the salon, my shape is now not as nice as my grown out shape. Overall I was disappointed since I came here a few years ago and had a good service then. The provider was kind and talkative and generally a nice person but the service was not great. read more

I have been going to this salon well over 10 years before it changed to Nail Trix The last time I was there I got a Pedicure with gel polish for $50 I wasn't told how much EXTRA this would be so I was a bit sticker shocked. Today I got a basic pedicure $32 not on the special spa "menu" and when I went to pay was told I had to pay another $5 to remove gel polish???? What??? They did not use alcohol and foul but used the dremel Tool my entire time there less than 30 minutes and was the worst pedicure I ever got. The girl was rough and punched me twice with tooo and files my skin. Needless to say they lost a long time customer and they have been outrageous in prices after the pandemic! No manager to speak to just take your money. Nail salons are a dime a dozen and they will never get another dime from me! Highly recommend!! This was my first time every getting my nails done professionally and I was nervous, but the team at Nail Trix & Spa were so amazing and made me feel so comfortable! The location was nice and clean and I felt so relaxed the entire time I was there. Jolie did such an amazing job with the design and gave me the most adorable tulip garden. My mom told me about this place a while ago because she would only come here for David. I started coming here and seeing Jolie, then started getting pedicures from her mother. I came here for my nails before a big upcoming wedding, and Jolie went above and beyond with quality, designs, and just overall amazing customer service. That first set of nails was the best dip powder and tip set i'd ever gotten prior, so I will never go anywhere else now. Made an appointment for 4pm. When we walked in they told us to wait until 4:30 because a new girl had messed up the scheduling. After returning at 4:30 we were completely ignored until I asked if they were ready to take us. They told us 15 minutes. At 4:45 after asking again and being ignored we got up and left. Horrible experience. If you know you are running behind, call your appointments before they waste their time and show up as scheduled. read more
