Will not ever go back not even to have them fixed. 1.) it's gross and dirty. They used the same nail buffer and file they use on a bunch of other people. 2.) didn't care about health of my nail just aggressively ripped my old acrylics off which hurt a lot. I was cut numerous times and bleeding 3.) never had me wash my nails after filing before applying paint so my color is chunky then gaslit me about saying I hit them in the dryer. 4.) I got clumps of acrylic under my nails and they didn't coat my entire nail with polish I have chunks of acrylic just pealing off my nails and it's not even fully hard so my nails are still a little gummy. My daughter came in today and was excited to get her nails done for Christmas, that excitement quickly turned into a let down for her after it was done. Her nails look awful, not even close to what a professional would be happy with, the gentleman that did her nails made it super uncomfortable for her and she was afraid to say anything to him about the unhappiness with her nails . I went there today, i got a pedicure as well as a manicure with Dip. Now the pedicure was wonderful. When they switched me off to someone else to do my dip I waited 45 minutes, plus she cut me multiple times and made me bleed.... When it came time to pay she forced me to give each of them a 15.00 dollar tip? my understanding is you tip what you feel like and how you felt the service was? Instead she made the choice for me. On Aug 28, 2023 went here for a basic pedicure. While the woman did a nice job, I contracted nail fungus which I've never had before. I recently noticed that my toenails were all smokey white and discolored instead of the healthy pinkish color they normally are. I saw my doctor today and she told me my nails are smokey white and discolored because there is a fungus. I am really irritated because everybody I've ever known that had nail fungus says you can never get rid of it and everybody I've known has told me they've contracted it after getting a pedicure. I have never had that experience until now and so I am not recommending this place because their nail polishes which they use on people's nails are then used on the next people's nails which means every nail polish in that establishment is most likely infected with fungus because they don't give you the bottle when you're done and they don't throw it away after they use it on your feet or somebody else's feet. They offer a great selection of shellac (gel polish) and tons of color for regular polish. You are serviced quickly and efficiently. And you will leave feeling refreshed and taken care of. They offer packages and upgraded options for each of your services. In addition to nail services, waxing is also provided. I also had a lip wax during my visit which was executed flawlessly. I asked for marble and they said what I wanted wasn't marble And it was supposed to be marble. My amazing man brought me here for a surprise to be pampered. Unfortunately getting my first full set in a while I had a awful experience. An older guy was my nail tech, he didn't say two words to me just sat down and grabbed my hands. He didn't ask if I wanted a Color or French tip just tossed on white tips. Didn't ask length or shape, they are not evenly shaved down, they aren't evenly put on, but he did keep trying to talk to One girl there who ignored him like he did me. He charged $10 More than the price in the wall and never asked if the nails looked ok. I will never go here again, no customer service and my nails look like poo and aren't what I wanted at all and we were overcharged, Probably so he could get a $10 tip he didn't deserve. read more

The technician did not care how they looked and barely payed attention while doing my nails. I showed a picture of thin French tips, and he just put a white nail tip on instead of clear then painting it. I've been to many nail salons throughout the US and this may be the worst yet. The lady did not even look at my nails while working with them. She cut me three times, did not cure the acrylic, and was very aggressive with the nail file. I wasn't really impressed after I left Nail Tix. My cuticles were very sore and a couple of them were red and irritated. I went on a Thursday and by Saturday two of my nails had chipped. Also, my nails were so rough around the edges that they kept catching on material. By the following Thursday two more had chipped. The tech seemed nice enough but didn't ask any questions like what shaped I wanted and I felt like she rushed the job. I do not recommend this salon. read more

Nails were rushed (only 30min) and not even 2 hours later the gel was peeling. They are known for making people bleed and not cleaning tools. Nails also had hairs stuck in them, were all different lengths and kept catching on everything so I had to file myself . Definitely not going back. No refunds- they just said they would fix. I originally only went here because my boyfriend bought me a gift card for a set price and at the time my nails were fairly long and healthy but I decided why not and I gave one of them to my friend and kept the other- we both got our nails done, sure the first time I guess they looked fine my boyfriend liked them so I didn't complain but the experience was a little painful for me but I figured "hey, that just must be what us girls go through?" I go in again to get them filled, sure the experience was OK obviously there was no conversation but I was in and out and I liked it because I have a dog at home but they did end up charging me an extra five dollars and I wasn't sure why. AnyWho some time goes by I don't feel like spending the money on myself so I let them grow out then The acrylic starts to peel off of my actual nail and by now my nails are fairly long and this is painful so I decide whatever I'll go and I'll give them the money to use the acetone and all that so I don't hurt myself and ruin my pretty long nails trying to rip this off. So I go in and the man that I get this time is chasing his child around, whatever I get it it's a pretty laid-back job it was a pretty dead day I'm not complaining about that I understand parenthood is a challenge all on its own but then he starts to just pry the acrylic off of my nails which hurts and rips my nail right in half so I no longer have a long nail. I say "ouch, this does kind of hurt, would you mind using the acetone that I was thinking I was paying you for" he grabs the bowl puts my hands in it then I'm sitting there for 15 minutes he's on his phone and chasing around the kid. I typically switch between the this salon and the one in the Lewiston mall depending on the wait. Today I went to Nail Trix today simply wanting a full set of acrylics with a pink polish (pretty simple if you ask me). I went with a friend and the owner told me it would be a 15 minute wait, she sat us down at 2 chairs and I waited there for a good half hour. The lady who came over to do my nails for one was very rough with my nails. She filed them really hard. She took out her drill and burned each of my fingers and cutting my skin around the cuticle. After putting the acrylics on she went back in and used her drill and burned me multiple times. She applied the polish then goes back in and files my nails down on the sides...taking off the polish on each finger on the sides!! I was thinking to myself the entire time like what is going on.....needless to say I will look elsewhere to get my nails done from now on, I didn't even feel like I should've paid because I was just so shocked at what my nails looked like. I recommend to never EVER visit Nail Trix in the Auburn Mall. I was treated SO incredibly rudely tonight. I asked my nail stylist to correct one black speck and he wipes the polish off, then realizes it's under the gel. He lets out this HUGE sigh, literally YANKS on my hand to see it closer, and then goes through the process of correcting it, after snapping at me: "Next time you're in here, you have her do your nails, okay??"....I was shocked!!
