First timer here. The appointment setting process was easy. I was able to make an appointment for the next day and showed up and few hours early and they were very accommodating. I expected to have to wait, but did not have to. I really was pleased with my pedicure. I read of issues with other services. While I was there, a lady came on complaining of chipped nails after two days. She was getting it done over. I would return for a pedicure again, and would like to try waxing next time. I helped my girlfriend plan a nail date with her grandmother. In the process there was miscommunication and correction on their behalf that wasn't understood as well as the owner being very rude to my girlfriend. her grandmother tried to describe that one of the employees messed up on one of her nails (gel) & they were to correct it no charge. Sadly this establishment has declined on the good service end. My fave tech Jenny is no longer there. I arrived today only 3 gentleman were working none of which spoke English. So a barrier was there. The man who did my toes shaped them whichever way he wanted. I had to go home to cut and file them to make them even and not sharp on the edges. I was the only guest so he was not rushing by any means. His massage sucked and he cut one of my toes while doing cuticle care. I drive 30 minutes to get self care time and not one bit was relaxing. Horrible service. Twice I got a pedicure and both time I had to complain about the way they refused to pay attention to the heel. This time last year the service was magnificent but lately it has gone downhill. They throw a bunch of lotion and oil on your feet and send you on your way. Inside was pretty and had a lot of chairs and space. However, there were only 4 people working with about 10-15 clients trying to get their nails done. When I finally was getting my manicure, they rushed and did an extremely sloppy job. Tools weren't cleaned between clients. I watched them use them on someone else than me. My gel manicure cost so much money for such a sloppy job. Update: One day later and I am at urgent care with a big toe infection. Its throbbing and bright red. I have to go on antibiotics and keep my toe wrapped. So disappointing. Would not recommend this place AT ALL. read more

I went here for a pedicure on Mother's Day (my usual spot EB nails is closed on Sundays) and I did not have a great experience. The nail tech refused to put lotion on my feet after the service! I have never been to a nail salon that didn't put lotion or oil on my feet after a pedicure. I asked him and he said that I had to put it on myself. Another nail tech heard the conversation and put oil on my feet. He also did not give a massage or scrub my feet with the pedicure file which is standard for a pedicure. When he did my moms feet she had to ask for lotion as well. When we asked him about it while ringing us up he said that they don't put lotion on after the pedicure. He refused to admit he didn't give me a massage! Me nor my mother will ever be back!! read more

I went here to get a fill in because it was nearby & I needed my nails done for my birthday & photo shoot, i was charged $76 for a gel fill in. I was uncomfortable the entire time in those chairs. Once i left the shop within 24 hours 2 of nails broke right in half, the guy who did them drilled off so much acrylic off making them paper thin. (I never experienced this much drilling while get a fill in. After they broke off i went back to have them fixed. Crazy part is when they broke i didn't even feel them come off. Which was weird. He charged me $16 for the repair as if it was my fault they broke. Literally as soon as i got home another nail on my other hand broke, SAME WAY, right in half, didn't feel it. I went back they replaced it & said i should be more careful. Later that day I was at work & another nail broke, same way. At this point 4 nails has broken in 48 hours. As of today 3 more has broken. 7 nails total & it hasn't even been a week. The nails they fixed the acrylic was laid much thicker & lasted. The lady was the one who laid the acrylic when i went back for a repair. I will NEVER go here. This has never happened to me, ever & I've been getting my nails done for YEARS!!! read more

Been here twice; each time with a different daughter. They were happy with their dips and they seemed to last a while. I had a basic manicure and each visit; it seemed like they didn't have time to give me their time. I received one manicure in the pedi-chair reaching over myself instead of at the manicure "bar" or at a table like the first time. Weird right? Also, Jenny was ROUGH with cutting my big toe nail on the side (rouge nail). I asked her to stop and she didn't her next move was a DEEP clip. My toe bled until I left. Maybe that's why she wanted me to stay in the chair during my mani; she didn't want a bio hazard walking through the store! Go here if you have nothing else to do the rest of the day (takes forever), like to pay for hit or miss service. Don't get Jenny.... She didn't even say oops or sorry. read more

I will never go back to the place. Staff was rude and couldn't wait to push me out. I had a pedicure and manicure - I think the entire service for the manicure took 20 mins - she never used cuticle softener or oil. She barely took 30 seconds to put lotion on. To top it off the polish application was terrible. I will never go back - the manicure was just as bad, it was fine by someone else, the owner. She also never used any cuticle cream or oil - terrible place of business. My son had another woman that was great. Too bad. When I told the owner about the horrible service she really didn't care. It was about getting me out as fast as possible. I have had other pedicures in the area that were far better but I couldn't get an appointment. Now I know why they had availability. This place looks nice to the eye, but I can't agree with the service. Apart from them being over priced, they lacked empathy and equality. While I was there a young women of color was denied service due to not having an appointment but not even 5 min after, 2 white women were sat down without an appointment. During my pedicure the worker stopped repeatedly for long periods of time to take appointments, she also didn't give me the full pedicure that I paid for. It was basically half assed. They charge an extra $20 if you decide to get gel but don't tell you ahead of time...I won't be returning here again. read more

I called and asked for an SNS (dip powder) set with extensions and they were able to fit me in within the hour. I showed my nail tech an image of the look and color I wanted and she matched it perfectly! My nails look incredible and she finished in less than an hour. I'm very impressed with their ability to squeeze me in and also do a great job. read more

It is clear to me that Jenny, who seems to be in charge of the nail salon, doesn't like Black Women. I went over the weekend, which was my second visit to this establishment, and watch her openly demonstrate her disdain. The first visit, she made a Black woman sit in the waiting area while my cousins and I (4 White Women) were highly attended to. Jenny and staffed laughed and talked with us, complimented our color selections, and gushed over the outcomes. Oh and did I mention, she walked in before we did and we did NOT have appointments. I would have certainly complained and walked out. It was only after we were served someone addressed that woman. This weekend, the same thing from Jenny. I was getting a pedicure and another Black Woman entered. She stated she did not have an appointment and didn't mind if there was a wait. Despite the woman's gentleness, Jenny was extremely rude and abrasive about her not having an appointment. Of note, I was also a walk-in and was immediately seated without any aggression. The woman waited for some time before being called to the counter. Jenny and the other staff (a younger male) talked in their native language and laughed as the woman approached the counter. Jenny who did even serve the woman, roughly grabbed her hand, looked at her existing nails, then made another comment in their native language and laughed with the woman right in front of her. Jenny dropped her hand and told her the other staff would do it, "go pick a color". I could see the embarrassment on the woman's face as she walked by. I was mortified for her. I will not return to this shop nor will I recommend it to family or friends. I hope those thinking about going to this place read this comment and others here and choose another nail shop. It matters how we are all treated. We should not tolerate the unfair treatment of ourselves or others. It is so very unnecessary. read more

Low rating because I'm never coming back. I arrived at 9 am but the doors were locked. When I called, a staff member said they were on the way. Four staff members walked through the doors at 915 am. Despite being one of the first people through the doors, the staff seated all the other customers in chairs and waited on them. I asked when I would be waited on and they told me 1/2 hour. What bs! If you don't have enough staff, then don't take 6 customers at 9 am! This is not customer service. I should have paid attention to the other poor reviews. A waste of my time. read more

Well...I have been to lots of nails salons, but I have never been to a salon as dirty as this one. I had an emergency to have a manicure done before a trip, therefore here I am trying to get a decent service. First, the place is really messy and dirty. Second, the nail technicians are disrespectful and not professional. I had to ask many times to correct the shape of my nails, as they looked crooked....the nail technician had to be replaced by "Helen" who took over to finish my manicure. To top it all out, after 1 week, the Gel polish came off my index finger!!!! This never happened to me in 10 years since I started to do Gel manicures. I went back to the salon to have the nail fixed, and "Helen" told me to come back in 3 days!!! I pointed out is her mistake this had happened and she started to yell at me that is not her mistake. They charge top dollars for services below average!!! Please stay away from this place...is a rip-off, disrespectful, dirty, and low-quality service. read more
