She's been doing my nails for the past five years, which basically means wherever she goes... I go. So when she started working here in Pasadena, I happily followed. This nail salon is spacious, clean, and the customer service is always top-notch. The owner, Giang, is wonderful. If I ever call and miss her, she always calls back quickly. Both she and her husband are incredibly kind, welcoming, and make you feel like a valued customer every time you walk in. All the staff here are friendly and professional. Even though I personally stick with my girl Hanna, I constantly hear great things about the other nail techs as well. Parking-wise, there are a few curb spots right in front, but if those are taken, there's plenty of parking in the plaza next to Domino's, which makes it easy. Highly recommend the $45 deluxe pedicure for the callus remover, hot paraffin wax, long massage, including hot stones! With regular manicure, my total was $65, not including tip. I found the shop not to be to Black friendly I've noticed that they treat the other guests totally different than they do me, I made an appointment and was 5 minutes late and they told me that they couldn't take me however they take walk-ins make that make sense. they will have you waiting 10 to 20 minutes but if you're 5 minutes late then they tell you you have to reschedule. overall I just think that they didn't want my company . Jenny the owner needs to train her staff better and she needs to start being polite to other ethnicities maybe she has forgotten she's in the United States there are many other cultures than Korean . On 3/1/25 I was very excited to try out this nail salon since it was recommended to me. But unfortunately I did not have a good first impression. I wanna start off by saying I had an appointment at 11 but was advised to wait for an additional 20 minutes. I originally wanted hard gel and gel x removal. But I was cut through my actual nail exposing my nail-bed. Jenny unfortunately carelessly clipped my actual nail while trying to take off the charm I had on my pinkie. There was no apology made by her and I still had to pay for this service.I'm so disappointed and sad since now since I dont know if I can possibly contract an infection due to this. I have been going to this salon over 10 years. Just recently it was sold to a new owner about six months ago. Today was my second and last negative experience at this establishment. I've always had a standing appointment with the same nail technician. However this new owner is very controlling and treats her employees as slaves. She doesn't allow the employees to have control over their schedule. I made my appointment three weeks ago with the owner. I witness her make my appointment. Only to arrive today and was told I didn't have my appointment. The owner immediately took on a hostel and defensive tone. She made no attempt to take accountability or apologize to me, as I left work early to make this appointment. It's not so much that there was a mistake in their scheduling it was the attitude and being unapologetic about the situation that turned me off. Since the new ownership has taken over, the customer service has deteriorated. They almost bully you into using Zelle or cash and don't take credit cards. I had my nails done today by a new tech named Nicole. Nicole was very nice, friendly, attentive and detail oriented. She took her time from start to finish to give me a beautiful dip manicure. First of all, I go here all the time for the same things, and the total is always 20$ but today it was 24$ which I didn't really care. today I learned that the girl doesn't work there anymore who used to do a amazing job for my eyebrows. Well priced and very meticulous nail service. Appointments are a good idea, but they do handle walk-ins within a reasonable time.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! I don't even know where to begin. I booked my appointment for 3 PM and they told me that they had available times at 3 PM for me to get my nails done. I got here at 2:45 PM and wait in the waiting room I am waiting there and get seated at 3:30. I am already upset because I have somewhere to be after my appointment and I'm being seated 30 minutes after my appointment was supposed to begin , then once I am seated, I am not seen by one of the ladies that worked there by one of their husbands. This man is shaking and he is trying to remove my gel, but doesn't know how to do it. I have been to many salons and gotten my gel removed many times and it takes about two minutes to do both hands to file off the gel before putting it in the acetone. It took this man I kid not 10 minutes to barely file off the top layer of my gel and he cut my finger in the process. After those 10 minutes, I was finally seen at 3:40 to put my gel X on. I showed the lady her name is Jenny three pictures of the shape and length I want of the nail. I made it very clear that I need short nails because I play a sport. She proceeded to give me medium length coffin nails when I asked for short almond nails. By this point because of how slow Jenny and this man worked, it was 4:15 PM. I need to leave this place at four to get to my other destination on time. I was so frustrated and I kindly asked her to remove the nails so I can leave and get them done another time at a different place. She responded very rudely and said well. You still need to pay $60 for the nails she had no intention of accommodating to my needs, she started 30 minutes late on my nails and gave me something I did not ask for. please save your time and do not come here. The service is terrible and the color options are very limited. They work so slow save your time. read more

I loved this place until they lost all the old girls and brought in new ones. I recently had a gal finish the cuticle and filing part of my pedicure in literally 5 minutes...I was shocked that she was getting ready to do the massage already and told her a good cuticle job takes longer. She said "Ok, ok, I do more," and went back to it grudgingly. Jenny, the new owner just smiled and didn't seem to think this was a problem. Plus it wasn't even busy so I saw no reason for the rush.
