Additional charges for paint, length, etc etc... she just kept adding till she received her desired amount. Place was empty. The girls who didn't have any customers sat by the front (inside) with their mask off chatting. The state will be notified. This is why the place had no customers. I feel bad for the nice people that work there. All the salons I have ever been to have never charged $60 (and it took an hour and a half) for a new set. A few days late here... but Nicole NEVER disappoints. I'm from NY and was quickly made feel very welcomed and taken care of by Nicole. Not only does she perfect my nails anyway i ask, she has talent, and gets me in and out quickly before I head out to work. She gets me so many compliments on my nails! Do not recommend, went to get my nails done and before I even left the acrylic was coming off my nail. When I asked them to fix it they told me they would and then after I wait said they didn't have time and said it was because I didn't clip my nails down. I got the basic pedicure and she didn't cut the sides of my nails or use the tool to clean under them. She only clipped and filed the top. Then after she had cleaned up and left I had to ask for lotion because it was never applied which only got put onto the top half of my calf with nothing on the underneath of my legs. This place does a good job. It's also right off the main road in the area so it's not out of the way. I've gotten a few full sets done here before and this most recent one was right on point too. They get busy so it's best to call and make an appointment. I came in ten minutes after they opened and was out an hour later on Saturday. I got "white tips" but instead of the French manicure I painted the whole nail gold. On a previous visit I did three colors, pink, teal and blue for Thyroid Cancer. Those nails came out beautiful. It was $35 for this most recent set. Oh I got gel too this morning. That's not a bad price at all for gel. Gel is more money but lasts longer and in my opinion, looks better. The atmosphere and ambiance is fine. It's comfortable. There are plenty of workers in there, so it doesn't seem short staffed. Overall they were done in a speedy manner and did a good job. read more

i was going here for a while and Have noticed a big turnover of staff. I would call to make appt for a specific person and would be told they are not in that day or the next So when could I make an appt. told to call back tomorrow,Only to find out that they left the salon. I had also noticed that do the staff shortage they would tell walk ins 5 minutes and left them sitting there. If you do your nails regularly you know how long it takes. They are pleasant in the salon I just think they are not doing the right things by their customers. So sad... read more

Even though I had made an appointment, I had to wait 25 MINUTES when I arrived! My technician obviously did not want to be there, and she gave the worst mani/pedi I've ever had! My nails were a perfect length when I arrived and I told her that I just wanted them shaped--but she proceeded to file them down until they were ridiculously short and very uneven. Cuticle work was painfully AGGRESSIVE, foot/hand massages lasted about 2 minutes, and she "forgot" to put a second coat of polish on two nails. When I tried to say something, she just muttered "No speak English!" So I got home and had to clean up her sloppy work. First and last time for me at Nails & Co! Definitely a "get 'em in, get 'em out" kind of place with no concern for customer service! read more

Ever since I've moved here 3 years ago I've been looking for a nails place. A lot of the people I know used to recommend this place because that's where everyone went. The only person I would recommend making an appointment for is Tony. Tony does an amazing job and he knows what good customer service looks like. I don't trust anyone doing my acrylics but him. I went in to get a pedicure and not only were they rude but my nails look mediocre. The lady that did my nails rushed through them as quick as possible. It is very unorganized. It takes A LOT for me to leave a review. Terrible customer service pushed me over the edge. Sadly, unless I'm going to Tony, I don't think I'll come back. read more

T has helped me restore my nails after a long time of using acrylic on them. He does great work. My daughter sees Cat- shes gentle and does not use harsh abrasive removal techniques for gel polish. Favorite place for nails in Palm Coast!!! read more

my usual place was closed today that's the only reason I tried this place out and safe to say I will not be returning ever. This older lady did my pedicure and she rushed through the entire thing and barely Did anything besides put the gel polish on which is also messed up and sloppy might I add. Aren't pedicures supposed to be relaxing? She cut my cuticles so now every Toe on my right foot burns. seriously save your money don't go here. There are several other nail salons in the area with better customer service and technique. They say they accept walk-ins but more than likely you'll be passed around from person to person because you didn't have an appointment. Unpleasant experience on multiple occassions of trying to give this place a chance. Not worth it AT ALL! read more

Went here today and got a pedicure. Staff was nice enough and place was clean. They offered me red wine, which I gladly accepted, but it just tasted like grape juice with an extra gallon of sugar added. The pedicure lasted a long time, which is a great thing because I love the massage portion. But when the girl was finished, she just walked out to go home without even saying anything to me. Overall, average experience and will probably entertain other options next time. read more

I went for a gel manicure today. We walked in and it was busy but they were able to get us in in a reasonable amount of time. I had a male doing my nails. First, he sure was in a rush to get me out of there. Then he grabbed tools from the station next to his. I asked if they were clean and he said yes very quickly. When he turned one of them over, the one side was obviously very dirt and he had not used that side on my hands yet. I told him it was dirty and he ran to get a new one. At that point I just wanted to leave and didn't get any polish on my nails. The experience was anything but relaxing. The management should make sure that employees are cleaning their tools properly, even when in a rush. My mother had nice woman doing her nails next to me and she made sure to reassure her that she always cleaned her tools. I have no doubt that she does as she had all of her tools nicely laid out and opened the sanitizing pack thingy. read more

When I got there they were so rude Lisa the girl that ended up doing my nails was fighting with another girl about doing my nails. She wanted to wait for another appt. that was just made over me that had sch. a week before. After she was bullied into taking me she was so rude and quiet the whole appt. Not to mention to make things even worse the started fighting over tips. The place was dirty and my nails were all different lengths.Terrible read more

I guess the owner was not present because the lady that did my feet was talking all around with everyone, tried to Facetime, complained 1000 times how tired she was, and got a massage while giving me a leg massage!!! Didn't tell us that the parafine was not included in the regular pedicure anymore while the wall menu still said it did. Would never come back to this place. read more

Under new ownership, but the owner does not know how to schedule people. She does not give her technicians enough time to do the work and customers get backed up. The wait can be 30-45 minutes for a scheduled appointment. read more
