This place used to be great. They used to pamper you, offer you free coffee, clean your rings, and call you by name. Now they don't smile, the Polish is old and bubbly and they just get you in and out. The price is good. . But there is not much special treatment going on. read more

I don't usually get my nails done, but I had to test out a french mani somewhere so I would have a place to go to when my wedding comes around. So I got a french mani and pedi, and the work was great. Everyone there was very polite, and the shop was very well kept and comfortable. And the price is affordable enough for me to come back! Absolutely the best pedicure I have ever had! I am 8 months pregnant with twins and have been unable to reach my feet for some time now...they were not pretty. This pedicure was such a relief for my achy feet! The scrub was excellent, and the hot stone massage was a wonderful surprise. It helped the swelling in my feet go way down and made me feel much more comfortable. The polish was done incredibly well and has held up. I'm super happy with it. All the girls do wonderful job. The salon is clean, no foreign language is spoken unlike in all other Asian nail salons. Wow! I have never left a salon so humiliated. I am new to chicago and used yelp to find a highly rated nail salon for a bit of love after a 17 drive from NY over the weekend. Let me just say I have become accustomed to rude people after 4 years in NY but my nail technician today takes the cake. I called to make an appointment for a soak off and gel dip manicure alone with a regular pedicure. They took my appointment and from the moment I walked in I realized I had made a bad mistake. There were not a lot of clients and my smiling face was met by a stony glare of a woman who half assed the entire job and kept barking at me and slapping my hands and feet around. She clearly did NOT want to be helping me. She would smile at her friend seated next to me and great a few regular customers, I kept saying please and thank you and tried to connect like I did with my last nail lady and eventually after being treated like crap for nearly and hour I just gave up and stared into the abyss. I cannot understand why this place has such high reviews, they are not that cheap and the attitude of this woman is particular is awful : i also can't understand why a brand new client would treated like this. It's just terrible and you should be ashamed of yourself treating someone you don't even know like that. read more

I was here two wks ago last Friday to get a no-chip and if my nails hadn't grown out they'd be good for another week. I was going to my gf house in BG for dinner, needed them redone and had extra time. I found this place on Yelp. I don't know the manicurist's name but she was a slim girl w long straight hair, she did a great job. Surprisingly several coats of polish and top coats, they still look great. I went there this Thursday due to the positive reviews on yelp. I wanted to treat my mom to a nice pedicure. The whole pedicure took no more than 10 min. My cuticles were not cut and the nail polish I had previously had on was not even completely removed. My moms feet were horribly pained as well. We walked out paying 44 dollars for nothing. I honestly think this was the worst nail job I have ever had done. I don't think all the girls working there would do such a disappointing job but having two bad pedicures in a row requires a bad review. I had to come home and redo my nails myself as the cuticles weren't even pushed back! read more

THE BEST PEDI I'VE EVER HAD BY FAR!!!! I've had many pedicures and this one was by far the best!!! They ended the pedi with a nice exfoliate, hot towel compress and then hot stone massage!!! They do a good job. There are times that they should be paying more attention to me rather than their co workers, but they do a good job on my nails! Make sure you find the person to do your nails because there was a time where the lady I was with tried to hurry me up because there was a party that was waiting for them to take care, which I was very upset about. Do not ever go here, one of the worst nail salons! They do not sanitize their nail tools, they only have 1-2 sets and take it to the sink and rinse it! They don't even use soap! This is by far the best nail salon that I have ever been to. I have been going to Nicole for 2 years and she has done my nails perfectly every time. She is phenomenal! I have never had to wait provided that I made an appointment in advance and everyone is super friendly that works there. The salon is always clean and they have tons of regular polishes as well as no chip colors. The prices are great too ($49 for no chip and spa pedicure with massage and hot stones!) In the past, I would have given this place at least 4 stars, but after my experience today, I will not be coming back. I scheduled a 9:30am appt and I was called at home at 9:10am by the salon manager asking if I was still coming. I explained that my appt was at 9:30 and she argued that it was at 9 am and could I come in right away. Well, I was there in 5 minutes to be greeted by frowns all around. My pedicure was not pleasant and done way too quickly. For the manicure, I was seated right next to a lady having her acrylic nail color sanded off. There was a nasty smell and powder from the sanding floating right in my face. I asked if we could please move to another area and, again with the nasty looks! I'm still looking for the perfect salon for a pedicure. This is NOT it. I called on a Saturday @5:30pm (they close at 7pm) to see if I could get in that night. The owner said they were busy right then but she could see me at 6:30pm. I arrived at 6:25pm and waited 5 minutes to be taken to one of their chairs. So far, so good. It was the owner's husband who did my pedicure. He was trying to be friendly by talking but he talked quietly while techno-dance music was loudly playing in the background. This is not the type of music I'm used to hearing at a nail salon and it didn't make my experience relaxing in any way. He did a horrible job. My nails were clipped and filed unevenly which was accented by the so-so paint job. I left around 7:20pm which is the normal time (around 50 minutes) most salons allow for a pedicure. I was glad they didn't riush me out the door right at 7pm, their closing time, but upset that he did a terrible job. I only gave them 2 stars because of not being rushed and because they are friendly. read more

My daughter and I had pedicures today. The service lasted a total of 15 minutes. After the pedicures, we sat at the drying station. No one came up front by us to check on our nails, spray them, etc. In fact, after we stood with our coats on, I had to track someone down to pay. Oh, and the 2 big toes look awful. read more

Horrible customer service. I was late only 5 minutes and the lady rushed through my no chip. Her next regular customer came in early and sat next to me and as she did my nails, she would talk to the other customer. She even stopped doing my nails then went to the other customer and then went back to me. The nails turned out fine but I was so irritated with her rudeness.
