Just because we can't communicate in the same language doesn't mean you are uncapable of performing good service. But I have to say I've been here a couple times and I have found myself having to bite my tongue because I never feel like I wanna insult anybody, especially for something that they have been doing for a while. My issue was three things 1 miscommunication 2 which can be my own perspective but the giggles and laughs to my face when I'd as for an adjustment. And 3 applying something that'll damage more my nail. Long story short, I went to get a pedicure I have a chip on the side of my toe on both feet. I let her know as best as I could, and if she can reconstruct it, so it would look even and instead of trying to find a way to clearly understand what I was saying she proceeded on to giggle look down at my feet and curve my entire toenail making it worse. So it's shorter and Overly curved. Then she's about to apply gel polish on my nails, and I paused and told her excuse me can you please reconstruct those little corners by just applying a little bit of the acrylic on those corners before. she looks at me, giggles walks to her boss he comes and I assume that he's about to do what they have done for me in the past, and he place a little acrylic on the edge. But instead he does the whole acrylic powder all over my toe, which will now cause my entire toe to be damaged and sets me back so much more from where I was trying to recover from. At this point I'm conflicted I'm pissed and I want to tell him to stop and take it off completely but I just sit there trying so hard not to be that person to complain and look like a bad customer that I have to continuously say something for them to understand what I want I'm paying for the service especially tipping for it just to walk out unhappy. Lastly, when I'm about to pay, I no longer wanna speak. They didn't even file the acrylic down so now I have this fat acrylic that wasn't even cleaned up properly and down in the photos. You will see. I have lost my smile. I'm biting my tongue. I'm just trying to pay quickly. I was waiting for them to bring the device to me because they were not communicating with me that I had to reach over the desk to pay but I didn't reach over quick enough I guess and the man grabs my arm pulls me to pay, and I told him to let go of my arm that he does not need to grab me I pay I walk out immediately. I will never come back here again. I have tried to give this spot multiple chances and it's just clear to me that the barrier of language, respect and customer service lacks here completely and I will not recommend this spot.
