I like to start with I love to give the benefit of the doubt regardless if we can't speak The same language. Just because we can't communicate in the same language doesn't mean you are uncapable of performing good service. But I have to say I've been here a couple times and I have found myself having to bite my tongue because I never feel like I wanna insult anybody, especially for something that they have been doing for a while. My issue was three things 1 miscommunication 2 which can be my own perspective but the giggles and laughs to my face when I'd as for an adjustment. And 3 applying something that'll damage more my nail. Long story short, I went to get a pedicure I have a chip on the side of my toe on both feet. I let her know as best as I could, and if she can reconstruct it, so it would look even and instead of trying to find a way to clearly understand what I was saying she proceeded on to giggle look down at my feet and curve my entire toenail making it worse. So it's shorter and Overly curved. Then she's about to apply gel polish on my nails, and I paused and told her excuse me can you please reconstruct those little corners by just applying a little bit of the acrylic on those corners before. she looks at me, giggles walks to her boss he comes and I assume that he's about to do what they have done for me in the past, and he place a little acrylic on the edge. But instead he does the whole acrylic powder all over my toe, which will now cause my entire toe to be damaged and sets me back so much more from where I was trying to recover from. At this point I'm conflicted I'm pissed and I want to tell him to stop and take it off completely but I just sit there trying so hard not to be that person to complain and look like a bad customer that I have to continuously say something for them to understand what I want I'm paying for the service especially tipping for it just to walk out unhappy. Lastly, when I'm about to pay, I no longer wanna speak. They didn't even file the acrylic down so now I have this fat acrylic that wasn't even cleaned up properly and down in the photos. You will see. I have lost my smile. I'm biting my tongue. I'm just trying to pay quickly. I was waiting for them to bring the device to me because they were not communicating with me that I had to reach over the desk to pay but I didn't reach over quick enough I guess and the man grabs my arm pulls me to pay, and I told him to let go of my arm that he does not need to grab me I pay I walk out immediately. I will never come back here again. I have tried to give this spot multiple chances and it's just clear to me that the barrier of language, respect and customer service lacks here completely and I will not recommend this spot. read more

Never have I ever had to tell them to change the base coat, the usually know and she tried using a really pink on me instead of something pale/neutral. Then I left just trying to get out of there because I had to tell her over and over again the French tip wasn't coming out good. I came here to get my nails done, acrylic nails. I've been here a few times, it's not top notch quality work but it normally isn't bad either. The women that do the pedicures are pretty good. I'm not sure if the man who did my nails knew what he was doing. These are the ugliest nails I've ever had and not to mention the painful process I went through to get it done. Ok... so it hurts me having to update my review.. for over 8 months, I've been getting the rudest treatment from Peter (owner). I don't know what it is or what happened. I understand he is busy, but always in a hurry which is a shame. He started redirecting me to his nephew which was good at first, but then began to do my nails crooked. I asked him one time if he can fix it, and he simply told me my finger was crooked!! Umm excuse me? How is my finger crooked?! Anyways.. I then began to see roaches in the waiting area as well as in the bathroom. One was by my purse with an egg hanging! Gross!! So VERY disappointed in their lack of customer service. My husband and I have been coming here for our pedis on a monthly basis for the last 3.5 years. We ensure we make our next month's appointments BEFORE leaving the salon. We came in at 8:57 am (the salon opens at 9 am) this morning only to see that my regular nail tech was already working on another customer's toes. A similar incident happened prior, but I let it go since I had only waited around 15 minutes, however, this time was different. It CLEARLY appeared that they had just started on her feet in addition to being short staffed - my husband's nail tech wasn't in and we were asked to sit in chairs by another tech who remained working on my husband's feet. After sitting on the chair with no water drawn for 23 minutes and hearing my conversation with my husband of the disregard of my time, his nail tech attempted to turn on my water. That is when I RESPECTFULLY declined seeing as my own nail tech didn't even make any attempts in either assuring me or apologize. I work full time and have 3 kids so it's tricky getting in some self care time. So in order to do so, I make APPOINTMENTS that should be honored. At the end of the day, I'm all about supporting small businesses and my community. It's such a shame that we will no longer support this salon. read more

I went here for fill, I don't do fake tips, and my acrylic was lifting. She wanted to take the acrylic off n put tip but instead I told her to cut around it because I didn't want a fake tip. She cut around the lifted acrylic on my nails, put more acrylic and polish. Fill complete. Why are they charging me $10 for each nail that she would've had to cut off but cut around. The nail was never replaced, so what am I paying for? Extra $30 I paid. So instead off 28$ I pay 58$. Wow. I feel played but I didn't want to make a scene. They knew what they were doing. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I got my nails done last week. Paid full price of $45 for a full set. I take very good care of my nails and they always last 2-3 weeks no matter what length they are. These nails didn't even last 4 days. One of them broke in my sleep, and another one in the shower. Literally for no reason whatsoever. They broke so bad that they cracked 3 of my natural nails and even made one of them bleed. I called to make an appointment to fix them. From the start I asked how much they were going to charge me, and I didn't get a response. They started taking them off and I explained the situation to them many times, about how I had barely paid full price for their nails a week ago and they broke for no reason. at first they wanted me to go to the older guy that works there, (he had done my nails previously and obviously incorrectly.) I said I didn't want to go to him, and that I would wait for the main guy there that sits up front and answers the phone. He had a client and I waited 40 mins to see him, just for him to finish and send me to Henry. I was tired of waiting so I went with Henry, and AGAIN explained the situation and asked him how much he was going to charge me. he said that it would depend on how long they are, I told him I wanted them exactly how they were a week ago, because that's what I originally wanted. I showed him the pictures and everything and I still didn't know how much I was paying. He placed the tips and cut them to the length that I wanted, and was completely rude the entire time. He then told me it was going to be $45 FULL FUCKING PRICE AGAIN!!! I asked him why because I had literally just paid that amount A WEEK AGO!! and they should have not broken that easily. He started arguing with me and we were going back and forth, but he refused to listen. He called the main guy over, who was smoking outside and i started going back and forth with him too. I had showed him the pictures of my nails bleeding and how cracked they were since the beginning and I had asked him for the price since the start, I think I explained the situation a total of 10 times, that even the other people getting their nails done had heard everything by now. They started talking amongst themselves and I felt like I wasn't being heard. Their products are cheap and their customer service is even worse, I expect a lot better from a salon. I refused to pay the $45 because there was no reason for me to. I had also told them how it was my only day off work and had to reschedule a hair appointment just to fix my nails. It was already costing me a lot to be there. AGAIN I GOT MY NAILS DONE LAST WEEK!!! If they cared about their customers they would have taken what I said and either done my nails for free, or not charged me more than $10-$15 to get them fixed. Instead what they did was argue with me for everyone in the salon to hear and I was fed up. I told Henry to cut off my nails so I could leave. And it was very easy for him to do that part, I think that's the only time that they listened to me. They have a shitty attitude and have no idea how they are even standing, they should not be running a business. Let me start off by saying that I don't hand out 5 stars to just any nail salons. I really have to be WOWd. I've grown up passing by this salon for the last 10 years and never really gave it a shot. Today I decided I wanted to try some place new rather than me usual nail place. And honestly I was kinda skeptical but went for it. Tina did my nails and wow she transformed my feet. The way she cut, cleaned, and massaged my legs and feet was amazing. They cherry on top was the PRICE! $30 for pedicure (that includes amazing massage)+ gel nails + 2 designs! That's a KILLER DEAL! Also, I HAVE to mention Kim who did my sisters nail who equally did an AMAZING job! And she was SO sweet and constantly smiling at You have gained 2 new loyal customers. Thank you! Terrible job and when I asked to have a few of my French tips on my toe nails fixed the employee got visibly upset and shoved my hand away and told me to just "watch tv while he fixed it". After "fixing" my nails they looked just as bad if not worse. I was so over it I just left rather than have him get even more upset with me. Do not go here! The guy who did my nails seriously ruined them. I was in for a fill and to get one acrylic nail put on (right hand middle finger) and it turned out fatter than the others. My gel polish after 10 minutes of having it, started to bubble and break off. The only nails that were done right are the sparkly ones. I've never seen gel do this, and I think it's due to not curing the gel enough before putting on the topcoat. He was rushing and therefore rushes my nails. I do not recommend this place. read more
