Worst experience! 2 days later and 6 nails came off! I asked if they could try acrylic since there gel x just snapped off didn't even hurt when they came off. Owner said that I'm lucky she's even fixing it. This was a horrible experience! The gel on my toes is peeling off. My weekend photos were ruined because of my nails. To make things worse the lady had no remorse didn't even feel bad. I got them done Friday evening by Sunday evening six fell. They're not open Mondays and she barely had time to see me today Tuesday at 12:30. I even asked if I could have a pedicure for another day when I have time. I went there with my mom for Mother's Day and Anne was very nice but the other older woman doing my pedicure did a really bad job. She cut my toe nails round AND CROOKED which can cause in growns, didn't fully crib my feet and then charged me an extra 10 dollars when I asked to her to complete the service for my callus AND THEN IT WAS STILL COMPLETELY HARD I wish I could get my money back but they make you Zelle them so please do not go to this place. read more

This place used to be my go to place for Mani/Pedi. I am so disappointed with the "Price change" and "Quality". I totally get the price change, but what I'm disappointed about is how they rush and just do whatever. It's messy, uneven and pricey. See picture below. I paid $30 + tip for that. Also, with all the "Covid regulations" "Please put on mask signs", I don't get why one of your client saying her Mom has sore throat, and her nephew having covid even got to go to your salon without Mask on. I was looking for someplace I could get in quickly without an appointment so I had called ahead. I had a regular manicure and pedicure done. I had never been here before. Both girls that worked on me were very good. My big complaint is that they told me nothing about pricing for payment until I was done. When the girl did my manicure, she asked me if I wanted it buffed instead of clear polish. I wasn't told she was gonna charge me $10 extra for it. I did agree to pay extra to have more callous work done on my pedicure. I saw a sign that said tip is cash only, so the girl said I can Zelle her. I was not told or saw a sign before I had my services done that everything is cash only! I think I understand now why I was the only one in there. They should be letting people know upfront pricing, and that they do not take credit cards! read more

I wanted to like this place and thought that I finally found a salon that I could go to on a regular basis. I just spent $85 for a regular pedicure and a fill, which I didn't ask for and gel polish. Now, the nail tech did not give me a manicure or even bothered to cut my cuticles, and when she was done, didn't put any oil or lotion on my hands. I do not use acrylic nails, but the last time I had a manicure, I asked for just the acrylic powder because I had a broken nail. I did not want a fill this time, and I even told her, but she took it upon herself to do it anyway. What a rip off and over charge. Seriously $85 for a regular pedi and gel polish on the hands?!? If you're looking for a nail salon, look elsewhere unless you don't care about throwing your hard earned money away and not getting the proper manicure done. I got a full set acrylic and they came out pretty bad. They can do fancier designs but they screwed mine up. I had a reference photo they said they were able to copy. It came out get different. I wanted the white and tan stars and they gave me silver stars despite my request for white. I wouldn't be so upset about it if the acrylic had been applied evenly. My nails are filed uneven and the acrylic is wavy on the top. Some nails point up and others point down. (As you can see in one of the pictures.) pedicures come out well and so do gel manicures. I tried this place about 3 weeks ago and let me tell you, its the nastiest nail salon I've ever been to! Its so dirty that you they never cleaned this place! I had to wash my hands in the bathroom and it was really gross! They need to close the place and hire some professional cleaners!! I usually do dip powder on my nails but the lady suggested that i do gel instead! She said its healthier and the nails stay stronger and it stays longer! I listened to her! Nail salons finally reopened yesterday! This was my first nail salon visit since March, and my first time at this particular salon, and I wasn't sure what to expect with the new Covid rules for establishments, but this place was awesome! They had plastic shields up around each pedicure station and skipped every other seat, so there was a lot of space and I wasn't close to any other customer. They checked temperatures, required masks and had customers wait outside until it was time for your service to begin. I felt safe, the salon was clean and sanitary and I was still able to enjoy my pedicure experience. I would recommend this place, and I would also come back again. Thank you! read more

So I went here out of all the places because of the good reviews on Yelp and Google. Yeah...should have gone elsewhere. I've done my nails a lot, after a year of taking a break I decided to do my nails this one time. First of all, this is a hole in the wall place but I'm not one to judge a book by its cover, so I gave it a try. I asked for one color and they did another. I didn't say anything, because it was only a shade different. Second, their tools don't come in sanitary packets, but giving them the benefit of the doubt, I believed they were clean. Lastly, I'm a detailed person, and I don't feel they took their time on cleaning or applying the polish. For sure, not going there again. I'm better off doing my own nails. read more

I Love my nails!!! It's been a while since I've been in a actual salon. I have a nail tech that comes to the house or I go to hers and she pampers me. Well today is 4th of July and baby girl went to Vegas for the Holliday. The plan was to get pink & blue nails cuz I'm expecting and idk what to expect yet. With my nail tech out of town I had to drive around the city to find an open nail salon on the holiday. I stopped at 2 other shops before arriving at Terrific nails and both were unavailable to do my nails and offered that I make an appointment for tomorrow.
