I was able to get in after a very brief wait. Christina did a great job on my pedicure. This salon is also more affordable than most in the area. Next appointment I'm getting glow in the dark polish! The salon is very clean and there are TV's to entertain you. They do not double book or overbook- if you have to wait for your appointment it either means the person before you was either late or asked for something extra ( like an extra detailed design). Also, and most important is I do not have acrylic nails and I only go every 4 weeks!! Talk about a money saver.

But yesterday it was "official". My buddy's wife made the appointment for me with Diane. The minute I walked in the place every woman's head swiveled in my direction with that Egad , it's a MAN entering a Woman's world look on their face. Suddenly I realized that I WAS the only man in the joint. Suddenly , everyone is giggling and speaking in Chinese. Hmmm talking about me maybe ‍. So , Diane motions me over to her chair and told me to sit down. I do as I'm told. Placing my bare feet into a caldron of HOT water. Silly me , I expected WARM water, not HOT. Too late. Diane seized control of my feet which now are in her hands. Next thing I know the chair I'm sitting in starts punching me in my back. What ?! Oh ! It's called a massage. A massage while having my feet attended to , how nice. Well I must say , Diane did a very thorough job and left my pampered feet cleaned and refreshed with nails trimmed and filed down. She included an Olive Oil treatment of my lower legs and removed calloused skin from the bottom of my feet. Diane did a tremendous job treating my feet and as I left I felt as if I was walking on a cloud. Why , I was so pampered I almost felt like a girl . Diane ordered me back in 6 weeks to maintain a health care regimen of my feet. So , I guess that means ... I'll be back. Oh yeah , and free parking in a private lot. Always a plus in my book.

I've been getting builder gel on my natural nails for a long time, and my nails normally last me up to 4 weeks. I've spent the past year growing my natural nails, so having one completely break was extremely upsetting. I went in person to the salon and spoke to kelly who did my nails to have the completely broken nail fixed, and I was told I would have to pay $8 because it had been more than 3 days. I understand having policies, but I don't feel this situation was fair. I paid $75 for my nails, and they didn't even last two weeks. I asked if they could at least fix ONE nail without charging me, but they still refused. This was my first time coming here, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I'm extremely disappointed with the quality and with how the situation was handled. I would not recommend this salon, especially for builder gel on natural nails. If i can give 0 stars i would.

But when I went back to have a couple of nails fixed aflyer a week the new owner was arguing with my saying it was 2 weeks and was so rude I wished I had just gotten up and left. Vivian took me away from him and re did my entire set! I started to cry and they were so wonderful. if you go ask for Vivian or Johnny they are wonderful and good! AVOID THIS MAN AT ALL COSTS!
