Vicky did an amazing job on my dip powder nails. The staff is very friendly, warm and welcoming. Their pricing is also very reasonable compared to the other nail salons I have been to. I will definitely come back again.

The worst mani-pedi l've ever received. The girls are nice but technique is severely lacking. Crooked nails, globby polish, crooked lines. They cut down the length of my nails, why? Now I feel like l'll get in-growns. I could have done better myself at home and now I can't even take it off and redo it myself because it's gel. So disappointed I can't even look at my hands, l'm embarrassed!

I hope when you read this (unsolicited) review your takeaway is that you get how thrilled I am that I tried someone new to do my nails Pros- Vicki is pleasant, professional, good communicator, and really quite initiative as to what I wanted- the shape, thickness, length & color Her shop is very clean I did not have to wait to see her. I walked in and she started doing my nails immediately. I've been having my nails done for decades and have visited several different places over the years & boy am I happy to have found Vicki The fill from start to finish took 45 minutes. I would highly suggest that you give Vicki your business Cons- None

Book or walk in: even if you have to travel like I do to get here; it's worth it. Inexpensive for all the bells and whistles: CaT Eye, Design, Gel, Paraffin, ect. Yes, yes, and yes,. I booked an appt last month for gel mani, I had a design in mind and showed it to Vicky ahead of time. She was very helpful and accommodating. On the day of the appt she had everything out and ready. The facility is very clean, staff are friendly, you don't feel rushed. They take their time to provide the best service. Some nail salon has a very strong chemical odor, this nail salon did not and I was very pleased. I will be coming back every month.

will never come here again at First Lady was hesitate to do my nails she first began with telling me my nails were big and laughing it off after she was putting the tips on they didn't even fit and I mentioned to her but she said she wasn't done I gave her the benifit of the doubt and let her finish atp the nails were not even and some were slanted from her filling at an angle then she began to put acrylic she showed me different powders and I choose one and she told me she was going to use another one because most people use it so I just agreed she finishes acrylic and begin to file , drill and buff nails she was going to get started on color when i mentioned to her I didn't like how they looked after being filled which i thought it would've made a difference she said she wasn't done and to wait but she was already putting color which makes no sense to me . i will never be returning here

I found this nail salon at the spur of the moment. The price is just right and not so pricey. What I like the most is they give you a loyalty card. My go to nail lady is Nancy. She is really really good. She massaged my feet and I knocked out sleeping. She also re did my nails and I showed her how I wanted some kind of gold tip and she did just that.

Vicki is the only one I trust with my nails! I love coming back! Always a wonderful experience

Love this nail salon! It's so clean and welcoming. Vicki does my nails and she's the only nail technician I've ever stuck with in my history of getting my nails done. She is friendly, warm and skilled. Everyone else here is great too. I usually get builder gel on my nails and a pedi but I know they do everything else like regular manicures, dip powder and acrylics. They also do waxing as well! Parking is spacious and this location is easy to find. Call for an appointment if you come on weekends because I know they can get busy.

Don't come here. My mom came here to get her nails done and they gave her an infection. She never had something like this happen to her nails until she came to this salon. Apart from their work being poor quality, it's obvious it's very unsanitary as well. Please save your money and your nails and don't come here. Go to a different salon or to be more safe, do your own nails at home. read more

I absolutely love these ladies! Whatever you do, don't judge the book by its cover. The nail technicians are patient and take their time. I feel like most other places rush you, while they fully want you to enjoy the experience. They do offer drinks, which is always a nice touch! -- I come here to get Manicures and Pedicures, and one of the few places I trust with my feet (IYKYK). Truly can't thank the ladies enough for always getting me right! -- I do get my nails designed sometimes, and they tend to help each other out to make sure you get what you want! That's what's great about them. Teamwork! -- Highly recommend. read more

Called the nail salon before going to get my old gel x removed and get a new set of gel x . Was very specific when calling on what I needed. When arriving there the nail tech (Kim)started filling my old nails and told me that instead of taking off my old set of gel x she could fill it with hard gel nail, I kindly declined and told her I wanted a new set instead, she stated that she didn't have the glue to do a new set of gel x and said she could do acrylic, to this point my old set was already destroyed and i had no choice than to just ask her to take the whole nails off!! Very disappointed with the service and how they lied to me read more

The Service : | : I was greeted and informed that I would be waiting a bit for someone to become available (it was not slammed busy) this place is great because of precisely that. I prefer to be in less crowded establishments (always have been this way previous covid) I waited maybe a whole 4 minutes before I was again greeted by a Tammy. This gal has some sturdy hands because the minute(s) massage that's provided with pedi was just superb, I plan on coming back specifically to her because of this reason. Excellent place! I was a walk-in back in 2022 and wanted to get a multicolored French manicure. Vicky, did my gel /dip powder manicure, she is very personable and did a VERY nice job. I've been coming to Zoetry nails, since and I can say the quality of work is exceptional. Overall the staff are very friendly and work efficient. I will definitely continuing coming here. read more

Really like this place the 1st time that I went for the 1st set. I then went 3 1/2 weeks later for a full. They lady didn't even file down the 1st set like usualsince I picked a color that was almost the same as the 1st set. I waited longer for them than it took to do the fill. They didn't even last 2 weeks before they started popping off. Will never go back there. read more

Thank you for your interest in Zoetry Nails and Spa, opened since September of 2021, we have remodeled the entire salon to a more clean, spacious, modern and contemporary feel for our clients. Our Professional Team: Vicki, Nancy, Tammy and Cindy all have more than 15 years experience and will provide the utmost care for our clients. We are a local family owned business in Santa Ana and will strive to provide the most relaxing, best services and design the prettiest nails for you. Our manager Vicki has more than 25 years of expertise in Manicure and Pedicure services. She will provide the great care our customers need, with her knowledge and love for her clients. While the price is affordable, I will not come back due to sanitary issues & incorrect methods they use. We made appts for 12 pm and my nails were not started until 12:45 pm. My nail tech (Michelle) was very nice and she does nails well, however, she used the nail grinder tool to clean my cuticles. My cuticles HURT for hours after my nails were done and weeks after the appt, I still have cut up cuticles and scabbing from the blood (pictures attached). I wish I had known in the moment that this method is not okay; it should have been a cuticle cutter. Once I got to my car and quickly googled that I found: Grinders are made for shaping hard artificial or natural nail surfaces, not living skin. Using a high-speed rotating bit on the delicate cuticle and the nail bed can easily cause painful skin tears, deep friction burns, and severe infections. These aren't correct practices used by this salon; they are taking the easy route to get it done quickly. Would not recommend. I would give them 1 star but Yelp removes those reviews easily so that's why I'm putting 2-stars.

We were assured that wouldn't be a problem and were told another technician would be back from lunch shortly. That person never came back, so I ended up waiting until another technician finished someone else's pedicure before she could start mine, which defeated the purpose of booking both services at the same time. During my manicure, the owner (or manager) seemed to be rushing through the service. When I politely pointed out a few issues with the shape and some imperfections, she didn't seem happy about the feedback, which made the experience uncomfortable. As a paying customer, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect attention to detail, especially when getting acrylic tips, builder gel, and gel polish. To make matters worse, it's only been one week and one of my nails has already chipped. With the services I paid for, I expected my manicure to last much longer than that. Overall, I left disappointed with both the service and the quality of the work. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this nail salon.

Unfortunately, the nail technician excessively cut the skin around my nails--areas that should not be trimmed. As a licensed cosmetologist, I am aware of proper nail care practices and understand what should and should not be removed. I did communicate multiple times during the service that the cutting was too aggressive, but the issue continued. By the end of the appointment, it became clear just how much skin had been removed. I am now dealing with painful sensitivity and multiple hangnails on most of my fingers as a direct result. It's frustrating to have undone months of progress in one appointment. On top of that, my nail polish is already chipping on one of my nails, and the entire polish layer is lifting and will likely come off completely, which is disappointing so soon after the service. While I truly wanted to continue coming here, this experience has made me reconsider returning.

These aren't even square and she kept cutting the side of my toe nails and filing them back when they were too short and hurt. I've been coming. Here for a long time this is probably the worst shaping I've ever gotten here. I could have done my own shaping better than that at home. Just ridiculous *** it was around 5-7 weeks since my last pedicure so my toes were not "really short" besides the big toe that broke. I added another picture to show that she was filing into my toe nails after cutting them super short as short as she could get them and made half of them round and tiny. She also cut the sides of the nails which you aren't supposed to do due to infection and hang nails. I asked her not to do this. there was no reason for her to cut the sides of my nails on one foot and not the other leaving with me with uneven toes. I appreciate the response but I feel that there should be an attempt to fix the situation instead of making excuses or insinuating that I'm making this up.

They exfoliated my skin, did red light therapy, and several other treatments (I honestly had my eyes closed most of the time because I was so relaxed!). The facial, neck, and shoulder massage was amazing and made the whole experience even better. Nancy did an incredible job with the extractions and really took the time to remove a lot of my blackheads. My skin feels incredibly smooth, looks so much more even, and has such a healthy glow. I could see and feel the difference immediately. Since I was already there, I also decided to get my eyebrows waxed and my nails done, and I was happy with both services. It ended up being the perfect self-care day. Everyone was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I'll definitely be coming back to keep up with my skincare. I've been coming to this nail salon for a long time, and I honestly recommend them so much! I've had my nails done by multiple nail techs here, and every single one has done an amazing job. Everyone is always so friendly, welcoming, and professional. One of the things I love most is that they really listen to what you want and make sure your nails come out exactly how you envisioned them. I found this salon on Yelp, and happy that I did! This place is so new, clean, spacious and modern, so different than it's surroundings! They had a special promotion on yelp so we decided to try it out with my girlfriend. What surprised me was when I came in, there was NO smelly odor, which many other places have a strong nail salon smell. I just got a Pedicure from Cindy and she was very friendly and nice! I've been coming here since they opened their doors. These ladies are always super sweet. They all say hello to you when you walk in the door. Very clean and sanitized work areas. Hannah did my russian pedicure today, and i had an amazing experience with her. she was super detailed with both the cuticle cleaning and painting my nails. safe to say, i will be coming here again for my future russian pedicures :) as for environment, everyone was super nice and welcoming. the girl working at the front desk offered me drinks upon entering, and was super attentive throughout the experience. the overall atmosphere is bright and open, with relaxing music playing the background

I waited nearly 17 minutes after they told me to just sit down and they didn't tell me their was a wait when I called I asked if they had availability for me to come in now and she said yes either way I had to wait and wasn't told about it. When I sat she said it would be $25 and I told her whoever I spoke to on the phone said $15 which is why I am here and she said no that can't be even though she did tell me. I left. Honestly, was happy to try this place given its walking distance but disappointed in my experience!!! Would've loved to come for my nails next time but I'll go elsewhere cause of the miscommunication
