DO NOT COME HERE! We came for 3 gel pedi and 1 gel mani. I think all the technicians are new. It's one thing for them to be new and do things slower but it's another thing when the lady cuts the skin on your toe badly but also then does the same thing for the manicure. My daughter was in tears that we didn't even bother getting the full manicure done. I paid and we left. On top of that there's some really weird odor and no I'm not imagining it because even the workers were talking about it amongst themselves.

First time getting gel x nails and i love them! Tracy did my nails and she was so sweet and took her time to do the design I showed her. Very clean atmosphere and they had the tv on for entertainment. I dont know if it is supposed to burn when they glue on the nail as I have never gotten gel x nails before but it burned a lot and i didn't like that feeling :/ 4 stars for that reason 5 stars for tracy

Amazing service as always, the staff is always so great. The hit the mark each time. Most recently got immediately helped and the did a perfect job. Without the help of Tracy experience would not be the same.

Monica did an excellent job. She was friendly and courteous. Did not push anything on me. I hadn't gotten a pedicure in over a year so she took the time and didn't excellent job. Pedicure was $20 plus 25 callus removal plus tip. Not expensive at all. Salon and chairs are clean and new looking. The complex isn't the greatest but this place is. Highly recommend it and definitely will come back

Came in 8/29 for a gel french manicure then they kept insisting on trying hard gel, which is more expensive and my nails are already strong, so I gave in to trying hard gel just because I was annoyed on the persistence even though I went for a manicure to feel relaxed as 99% of the time I do my own nails. First, I already knew she was filing my natural nail down by the cuticle too deep so this is why I'm posting three weeks after to show the crevices of my nail. Also the white part wasnt wiped off correctly as it left cloudiness on the natural color part of my nails. As for the topcoat, I asked for the edges to be sealed, and she stated if she goes close to the edge it will go over the skin, but she went close to the cuticle with top coat so all that needed to be done was wipe with acetone for the excess material as I noticed the shiny and dull parts that were missed. She left my hands and arm with hard gel that hurt to remove! All she needed to do was change gloves to avoid this mess! What was supposed to be a relaxing time ended up being more stress especially for my manicure being done before our family members funeral the next day. I will never come here again.

My bf took me there for the nail service and Tracy did such a great job for me! It was more than what I expected. She used her advanced skills to do my design and the outcome turned out very beautiful with affordable price, compared to other shops. The staff were very nice and friendly, they gave us water while waiting. I would highly recommend this place. No regrets coming here. I was super happy with the result. read more

Support small businesses! I've heard this place has been under quite a few management changes. I've been coming monthly since January 2025. Usually Dung does my toes and Kenny my nails. They never rushed me when I'm here mani pedi combo with gel nails always takes over an hour. They make sure you don't feel like it's a fast turnover. Good prices! I live very close by and love to support local businesses when I can! Tracy, the latest owner is sweet. Make sure you get a stamp card! read more

I only go here for my toes because a nail tech does my hands. I asked for a gel pedicure. I get ingrown toenails so I usually do them at home. I had done them home 2 weeks before and I wasn't in any pain. The women who helped me was so incredibly kind to me but she shared that I didn't get all of the ingrown so she did both sides of my big toe which I felt I did not need and the next 2 days I was having difficulty walking. My toes were pulsing and red, thank God they didn't get infected but I was planning a trip to snowboard and was not able to do that - I spent my trip I was preparing for limping. It's been a week now and one still hurts, the other has healed. read more

First time coming here and it didn't disappoint. I called 30 minutes before to ask if they accepted walk ins and the lady that answered was super nice. I didn't get a pedicure myself, but my mom had a good experience. Mary took her time and made my mom feel comfortable. It also wasn't super busy which made it even better. Only leaving the 3rd star for my pedicure because it was the only service that was decent... I fully remember why I do not come back to this nail salon. I had taken the time to grow out my nails for 2 months so I did not have to go back to acrylic powder or gel-x and move on to builder gel to preserve my natural nails... and the nail lady said "yes I do builder gel" so I trusted her. Turns out she did not. I had to ask her 3 times to file the application down because they were so thick... my nail shape was so awful... I just couldn't believe it. It was so not worth the effort to argue and attempt another service there. Especially when another customer was cut twice in the SAME SERVICE, right next to me. I understand times are tough but there are better salons out there. So now I have to start all over... money wasted.. If you're a loyal customer I wish I had the same experience as yours but I will not be returning. read more

After seeing all of the wonderful reviews on Yelp for Yvonne, I had to come and see her for my first set of acrylics ever for Valentine's Day! I called and made an appointment with her for the following day at 10:30 AM. It was very easy! When I walked in, the store was empty besides one client who she was helping. I didn't mind waiting at all so I got a pedicure in the meantime. She finished doing her client's nails at about the same time my pedicure was over. As soon as I told Yvonne that it was my first time getting a full set done, she didn't mind going into detail about what she was doing to my nails, what to expect when wearing them, and how to take care of them. She is very funny & easy to talk to! She isn't just focused on rushing through your nail experience. She truly wants to make sure her customers are as happy and content with their nails as much as they can be! She made my nails look as natural as possible. I had shown her a picture and she color matched and shaped them just how I wanted them. As everyone else has said, she DOES take her time and makes sure everything is done correctly. She checks the length and shape of each nail carefully to see if they are all even, which most nail techs unfortunately don't do very often! I appreciated the time I spent with her AND her amazing service. The prices are extremely fair for the service you recieve. I am very happy coming here & will definitely be coming back. I only found out about the management change after seeing the updates on Yelp. While they've kept the same name, Polished Nails, the business is completely independent from the previous management. I visited the other day for a gel-x soak-off after my three-week trip to Asia - I was long overdue for a clean-girl manicure and pedicure. I initially walked in without an appointment (rookie mistake!), so I definitely recommend making an appointment if you plan to visit. Steven was working on another customer when I arrived, but he kindly scheduled me to come back later that day - totally fair, given I hadn't called ahead. Steven and Hannah (new couple) completely remodeled the space, giving it a fresh, modern look. They've also expanded their selection with new polish colors and trendy design options, including textured effects like velvet (cat-eye), intricate 3D art, minimalist styles like micro French and nude diagonals, and bold finishes such as liquid-metal chrome and aura gradients. Steven and Hannah are offering 20% off for all services since they just had their grand re-opening. I requested a basic gel manicure ($35.00), organic basic gel pedicure ($42.00) and my gel-x soak-off ($10.00) - the total was $90.00 and with the 20% off, everything came out to be $72.00 (tipped separately). Though I only got a regular manicure without any designs, I was honestly so impressed by how meticulous and detailed Steven was. I change my nail color pretty often, and I've always wanted that perfect deep burgundy but for some reason, other salons/nail techs could never quite get the tone right. When I showed Steven the shade I had in mind, he did something unexpected: he mixed two different burgundy colors to create the exact tone I wanted. I've never had anyone do that before, and the result was spot on! Even with shaping, I usually have to "inspect" my nails afterward and request small fixes but not this time. Steven got it right on the first try, both in color and shape. It was practically perfect from the start, which says a lot! Regarding this specific Yelp page, it's important to note that it has been acquired by the new owners, Steven and Hannah. I recommend filtering the photos by "newest first" so you can see the updated nail designs and work done by them from August 2025 onward. Any older photos (prior to August) reflect the previous management - Cindy and her family, who no longer operate the salon. By doing this, you'll be able to see the difference in results and style between the previous management and the new one. Lastly, if you're someone who prefers a quiet, relaxing environment and wants to escape the loud, crowded nail salons in the area - while still getting quality nail art and care - I highly recommend coming here. It's peaceful, not overcrowded, and you can actually hear your own thoughts without feeling rushed.

I let them know we needed 4 pedicure then the manager yelled from across the room, you have appointment? I let her know we didn't but we also didn't mind waiting. She seemed to have been in a terrible mood, she looked at me and said no, we don't have time, you come back hmmm in 4 hours we do for you, I let her know we can't wait 4 hours that seemed excessive to me, she said leave come back in 4 hours. At that point I understood my business is not worth anything to this lady I felt bad inviting my friend and her mom there I said thank you and we walked out. We ended up walking across the street to royal nails and the ladies there actually treated us nice. I'm never going back to this place and definitely never recommending my friends or family there again. Hope the manager/owner knows one day she will wish she wouldn't have been mean to her nice clients, one day she will wish she had someone to service and I hope she changes her mood or you're going to lose all of your clients lady.

I was in the process of looking for a new nail salon when my sister in law recommended this place. I'm happy she did bc I had a great experience with Sofie. She was very patient and didn't rush me when I was choosing a gel polish. She did a great job with my cuticles. Every time I get them done I have hang nails after from a different place but with her I didn't have any.
