There are different options of soaks, scrubs, lotions, etc. there are plenty of options that are included in the price but, be careful, there are lots that inch up the price slowly. The service was pretty typical. Soak, scrub the dead and ten layers of skin off your feet, massage your calves to the bone, and apply polish. So many colors to pick from. I'm a glitter girl so I was stoked when there were more than 10 sparkles to pick from. The only negatives for me were that they only offered gel polish on toes. I don't prefer gel on my toes. You can bring in your own but why would you want to? Also it was a bit $$$. I get the days of $20 pedis are long gone but $60??? I didn't get a mani but that menu looked more price appropriate. Sean is incredibly talented, he just finished a full ombré set for me. Talent must run in the family. Rachel has taken time off due to COVID so we don't get to see her pretty face for a long while. There was good cross ventilation so the place wasn't overpowering the customers with fumes (not sure how it would be on a hot day). The massage chairs worked. There were lots of polish colors to choose from. They applied a base coat, two color coats, and a shiny top coat. We did the deluxe pedicure - lots of scrubs, creams, hot towels, massage, etc. Loved the hot towel wrap! :-) We did not feel rushed. Felt like we could stay as long as we wanted, even though they were quite busy. Filled out a form with anniversary and birthday - said they send a special offer. The salon was busier than I expected for a Thursday morning. I feel like the work was good quality. I couldn't tell if they were trying to upsell services or were giving me solid advice for my situation. In the end, I feel that I chose the services that fit my needs and they listened really well and asked many questions to be sure we were all on the same page. I'll see how long the nails last, but the prices were about the same as the other salon. For now, I'm very happy with the experience and plan to return.

I got regular toe nail polish and I guess my nail tech did not wait for them to dry to put on the disposable flip flops because her fingerprint is literally on my big toe! I was charged for the $40 pamper me manicure but I got no neck and shoulder massage, paraffin treatment, or a hot neck wrap. Helen did my nails and I asked for a little heart on two of my fingernails and they turned out so misshapen and ugly, she told me she wouldn't charge for them but I just had her take it off. My nails were not cut evenly and my skin was bleeding when she used a drill tool. The salon is very nice inside but the prices are NOT worth what you get.
