DIP/SNS on my real nails and it's always a baby pink. Ty was kind upon arrival and was on time, but his salon is clearly dirty. It doesn't appear as though he washes his tools after each customer nor lines the pedicure bowl from previous pictures on here. My nail color is extremely uneven, my nails are poorly filed and shaped, and he didn't ask me what shape I wanted. One has already chipped. I just am so sad that I paid $60 for this. Especially in this economy. Please just make customers feel like they're important and that you value their patronage.

It turned out to be a sole proprietorship run by a gentleman named Ty, who gave me a wonderful pedicure earlier today. It was such a pleasant experience in so many ways. He asked me what type of music I enjoy and promptly found a station. He offered me something to drink. He made sure I was very comfortable and proceeded to give me an excellent pedicure. I've always tried to explain to other nail salons that I've wanted this natural-ish look with a sheer pink and it wouldn't end up quite right but BMT got it on the first try. I asked him what he did and he said mixed different colors to achieve EXACTLY what I wanted. I was so impressed that he didn't just settle for one color but got creative to achieve this. The technician repeatedly pushed for a full pedicure, and although I briefly agreed due to the pressure, I changed my mind before anything began. After that, the service felt rushed and the quality was poor. The polish was uneven, ran before curing, and ended up on my skin. When I pointed it out, it was wiped off with what appeared to be a used towel and redone, leaving debris in the finish. I mentioned my concerns at checkout and followed up with the salon afterward, but have not received a response. Overall, this was not a comfortable or professional experience.

It's VERY clean, and friendly from all staff whether they are slammed or you're the only guest in the store. I am a restaurant manager and I would not waste my time or money on a business that I didn't 100% believe in. Recently moving from Hendersonville to Whitehouse, I tell everyone who compliments my nails to go to Kayla's. Walk-ins are welcome, but keep in mind, it's not a secret that they are awesome. There was only one other client in there and I was grateful to get my manicure/ pedicure so close to closing time. I got an amazing foot scrub, and hand & arm massage, both done by male nail technicians. I loved the attention to detail and felt pampered and cared for. I walked out of there at 7pm and they both had a smile on their face. It was a bit more expensive than what I'm used to ( I pay half in NYC) but very compatible with the other places in the area. Super friendly from the minute I walked in - great appt. system - clean, lovely lobby- I was offered a beverage and checked on while I waited just a bit for my appointment (I was early) - The place is immaculate, great atmosphere- feels fun and feminine. Separate rooms- one for manicures, one for pedi's - I tried the VIP quiet room since it was my birthday. The massage chairs in there unbelievably comfortable! Brand spanking new and fantastic! They even have a place to slide your arms in for a forearm and hand massage ! All the treatments during my pedicure were individually packaged & smelled amazing! Kevin was my tech and was also AMAZING! Nice long massage work... V finished off with my polish which was picture perfect and she was SO meticulous as well as fun to chat with. Or My chin is breaking out what do I do!) She's always right there to help. She even does eyelash extensions! Y'ALL these are LIFE-CHANGING.
