B- mid: cut and shape, cuticles, callous removal, sugar scrub, hot lotion with 4 min massage, a hot towel, polish. C- highest end, all of B plus paraffin and 10 min massage. I opted for B as a pedicure only with regular polish. The callous removal was the standard pumice that most places include and they didn't use hot lotion. The list said it was $46. I also got French Tips, which are not on the list but they told me would be $10. I paid with cc and they charged me $60. I think they have a $2 processing fee and just didn't do math right on the other $2. The price list tells you that you get a complimentary drink with purchase and to tip generously (which I find tacky), but no drink was offered. They did a good job and were very friendly. They listened and corrected areas when asked, but overall didn't need a lot of direction (shape of nail, thickness and shape of French tip). The place was clean and calm. I think $60 for what I consider a basic pedicure is very high. I would definitely come back as the service was good, but will try other less costly places. Pedicure prices, regular paid A - $30, B- $46, C - $75. If I recall the manicures were about $5 less. These are all steep (C basically only includes 6 mins more of a massage and a paraffin dip for $30 more!) I think they should be closer to $25, $35, and $50 respectively.

I've been getting gel manicures for 20+ years and when the nail tech cuts your cuticles , sometimes, not often , there can be a small amount of blood. This particular nail tech cut too deep and my finger was bleeding profusely. Initially the tech didn't apologize and she attempted to continue to polish with WET blood dripping down my nail an all over my finger the dip the brush back in the polish. Very unsanitary. I had to literally stop the service myself multiple times. The pictures attached is after I applied pressure for 10 minutes and cleaned it a bit but as you can see it's STILL bleeding. My nails look horrible. The owner was friendly but I will never come here again.

I figured it was a one time thing and trusted after this fill it wouldn't happen again. However, after only 1.5 weeks after that fill, more of my nailed started turning green. I went in today to have my acrylics removed and was charged $15 for the removal and this is what was underneath. It's going to take months to grow out and I'm super disappointed because I was looking forward to having a new nail place so close to me with friendly staff. Again, Cam and her staff are so nice and welcoming, but after this happening twice I won't be returning.

There was no apology for the misunderstanding, no effort to assist, and no consideration for the fact that I had brought a 101-year-old client there. The lack of professionalism, customer service, and basic courtesy was shocking. Even if they were fully booked, a simple apology or polite explanation would have gone a long way. Instead, it was a complete waste of time and an unnecessarily frustrating experience. I would not recommend this business based on how we were treated.

My go-to's are DJ and Keira for mani/pedi, respectively. They are very friendly and also offer a beverage for your appointment (water, mimosa, etc...) The owner is so nice and welcoming! It is a great environment, and it thoroughly excites me to know I am supporting a black owned / woman owned business in the community! It's also great because my nail techs are also BGM!
