I've been getting gel manicures for 20+ years and when the nail tech cuts your cuticles , sometimes, not often , there can be a small amount of blood. This particular nail tech cut too deep and my finger was bleeding profusely. Initially the tech didn't apologize and she attempted to continue to polish with WET blood dripping down my nail an all over my finger the dip the brush back in the polish. Very unsanitary. I had to literally stop the service myself multiple times. The pictures attached is after I applied pressure for 10 minutes and cleaned it a bit but as you can see it's STILL bleeding. My nails look horrible. The owner was friendly but I will never come here again.

Cam & her…read morestaff have been so kind, but last time I got acrylics they weren't sealed well so after only 1.5 weeks I had to get a fill and multiple of my nails turned green due to bacteria/ fungus from water getting in between my nail and the acrylic. I figured it was a one time thing and trusted after this fill it wouldn't happen again. However, after only 1.5 weeks after that fill, more of my nailed started turning green. I went in today to have my acrylics removed and was charged $15 for the removal and this is what was underneath. It's going to take months to grow out and I'm super disappointed because I was looking forward to having a new nail place so close to me with friendly staff. Again, Cam and her staff are so nice and welcoming, but after this happening twice I won't be returning.

The owner (I think, glasses, small build, older) did mine and this was the worst manicure I've ever gotten. Clipped 2 of my nail beds until they bled (did not apologize and applied ethanol which stung/ I was wincing the whole time). I didn't speak up because she seemed a bit scary (exchanged zero pleasantries, others seemed cordial). Another woman did my pedicure and she was great (but the older lady came around and told her stop taking so long). My partner's nail tech was very good. Good massage, mani pedi, no issues (he didn't get any polish though). Stay away from the owner and you should be fine it seems. Everyone else in the salon looked pretty happy with their nail tech.

In all fairness to the customer, Employee should remind each customer who gets a polish that the nail polish is "guaranteed for only three days". And remind the customer to check the policy as they wait to be serviced. This will give the customer an option to say, yes or no, if they agree with them. By the way, I checked your website and there is no policy on the website. Please know if I had polished any of your nails and they look like this in three days you would be disappointed too.
