As of July 2026, they have 3 levels of manicures and pedicures. A - basic: cut and shape, cuticles, lotion, polish. B- mid: cut and shape, cuticles, callous removal, sugar scrub, hot lotion with 4 min massage, a hot towel, polish. C- highest end, all of B plus paraffin and 10 min massage. I opted for B as a pedicure only with regular polish. The callous removal was the standard pumice that most places include and they didn't use hot lotion. The list said it was $46. I also got French Tips, which are not on the list but they told me would be $10. I paid with cc and they charged me $60. I think they have a $2 processing fee and just didn't do math right on the other $2. The price list tells you that you get a complimentary drink with purchase and to tip generously (which I find tacky), but no drink was offered. They did a good job and were very friendly. They listened and corrected areas when asked, but overall didn't need a lot of direction (shape of nail, thickness and shape of French tip). The place was clean and calm. I think $60 for what I consider a basic pedicure is very high. I would definitely come back as the service was good, but will try other less costly places. Pedicure prices, regular paid A - $30, B- $46, C - $75. If I recall the manicures were about $5 less. These are all steep (C basically only includes 6 mins more of a massage and a paraffin dip for $30 more!) I think they should be closer to $25, $35, and $50 respectively. read more

Literally huge scammers. This was my second time going, it's next to my house so I tried to give them another shot. I just was charged $55 for a gel manicure because my nails had a builder gel on them and they had to do "a removal."Something in 20 years of getting my nails done I've never heard of. The last time I did my nails here they peeled off within a day and I had to go have them fix it. Absolutely officially the worst nail salon I have EVER visited. read more

Pedicure was requested, what I got was a sadly botched and unpleasant experience. Between the trash talking amongst the two workers (I had in my translator buds) and needless to say , these ladies dont realize that it's possible now to understand when you are making fun of your clients! Despite this issue, the service was so poorly done, nails were completely uneven and she neglected to clean the sides of the darker polish from my last pedicure! Until of course I brought it to her attention twice then and only then she cleaned it. I asked to please shorten nails and she just did a quick file and no cut so I asked again and then she cut. The entire time trying to upsell services and telling coworkers that these two only want the basics! I agreed to the callus scrub and she proceeded to put cellophane on my feet and Forgot the scrub!!! She thought I didn't notice! I've never had a pedicure that lasted 18 minutes and felt rushed because she had someone else waiting even though I made an appointment! She moved me from the station and proceeded to put my sandals on with wet nails! Of course they got damaged and even though she tried to fix still looked bad (see pictures ) . I asked to get an in-grow toe nail clipped and she didn't even know how to do that properly and it's still bothering me. This attendant did the least possible in the fastest time! Spent $90 for 2 pedicures for mom and I and we walked away with total disappointment! My mother's toes were not as bad as mine but she didn't even get a cuticle clean or decent foot soak and her nail polish also was damaged since they didn't even wait for them to dry! What a waste. The attendant seemed tired and totally inattentive. read more

The staff here is super kind and hardworking. I got a hard gel fill (instead of full removal like my old salon), and I actually preferred it...less drilling! My nails look good! The cuticle work could be more detailed, and the space itself could use a refresh. But they're fast -- what took 1.5 hrs elsewhere took 45 mins here. I come here pretty often. I'm black and change my hair so i don't think they recognize me all the time so I get different treatment each visit. most visits are pleasant but today I had a not so great experience all around. I came in and wasn't greeted at all until a customer looked at me. Then they tried to scare me away by saying an hour wait, I ended up wait 30 mins. I got a basic gel manicure and pedicure and my total was $84. the pedicure didn't have a massage or any special gel or any treatments added on. when I went to pay at the counter I was asked if I was paying cash or card. I replied card. The front desk lady who happened to not greet me asked if I had cash for tip.... pretty tacky. As I gathered my tip for each separate service provider, I handed it to the woman helping me at the counter who then directed me to just give it to the nail artist who were busy with other clients... like I was bothering her so much. Skeptical because of past reviews. First of all I was extra late and they were still accommodating. I don't like bring late to appointments but they were nice about it. The manicurist I got was very thorough and got my cuticles done and everything so cute. I just got a regular mani pedi. The one less star is because they charge two dollars extra for credit card and zelle, there's no parking, I had to ask to adjust water temperature, no one turned on my massage chair and ai had to ask about it. I went here because my friend goes there. Would I come back? I already have a go to place closer to me so most likely no. read more

Came here around 1 pm today (Monday) and Rachel gave me a reeeeeally nice pedicure. She's so nice and made me feel comfortable there (it was my first time going to this nail spa). I got a white color and made sure it was a gel pedi, and the total was $46. She gave me such a nice foot/leg massage that I didn't want to leave (haha!). I definitely plan on coming back again. I've been going to Lucky Nails since 2018 for gel and acrylic manicures, until recently only because I moved out of state. It didn't take long for them to get to know my name, my dog's name, my fiance's name, and things that were going on in my life. Even if I didn't need my nails done I would go in just to be around their staff as they are so friendly and genuinely care about their customers - you'll see it as so many people that walk in are greeted with a warm welcome and called by name as there are tons of regulars here (which is a great sign!) And of course - they always did a great job with nail shape, color consult, and I never had problems with nails falling off (and I usually go three weeks in between visits). My visit to lucky nails and spa left me walking out in tears. I was yelled at and threatened with a 911 call and video footage review. The dip manicure was sloppy and ended up chipping in 3 days. I payed for a regular pedicure and received no more than a polish change. No trim, no lotion, no nothing. The pedicure also chipped after about 2 days. As usual, I asked for my nails and toes to be the same color. As seen in the photos, the colors did not match . I mustered up the courage to bring these shortcomings to their attention and the owner raised her voice and told me that I was lying and the mistakes were my fault. I disputed the full price charge for the manicure and pedicure and the owner threatened to call the police and told me I could wait 2 hours for them to get the security footage. I was the only customer in the salon and was genuinely afraid. I ended up paying full price and the owner scoffed at me when I did not add a tip. Do not go to Lucky Nails Salon. read more
