Microblading was performed 4 weeks after I had a brow lift and blephoroplasty done and my cosmetic surgeon cleared me for microblading. Krystal has a wonderful light touch, and still she was very aware that the area around my brows is still healing. I felt absolutely no discomfort, and I was completely comfortable the entire time the procedure was performed. She was incredibly conscientious and meticulous. Her suite is spotlessly clean, well organized and cheerfully appointed. Krystal is professional, polite, articulate, concise, and a lovely person to talk to. She never asked what kind of lashes I wanted? She just slapped some on, they did look good but I would have wanted them longer.. 3. The tape she used was so rough and kept scraping my eyes. 4. This is my go to spot since I moved to the area so when I first walked in and the woman doing my…read moreeyebrows was a little rude I didn't think much of it because pretty eyebrows will blind any red flag, so I waited for about 25 minutes as she told me to come back and shop around for a bit, when I did finally get in the chair she was very hostile/rushing and was hurting me when she told me to look in the mirror I noticed that part of my eyebrow was thinner than the other so I said okay no big deal and told her so, as I was looking I noticed she used the same stick over and over in her wax pot on my forehead and did not change it out right after she used the same wax on another customer than proceeded to wax more customers after me, I didn't say anything still she than got irritated and had another customer come over and tell me that it was just me and it was fine and I was "crazy" her and the other two customers started scolding me, she than told me to hurry up because she was busy and what did she want her to do, she threw my shoulder into the chair after getting irritated on her little tyrant and tried to start threading my eyebrows I told her no and gave her 10$ and left, when I went back to get my money after I composed myself and she ignored/refused to speak to me and hid behind a wall, I've included a picture for reference save your money and find a more hygienic/professional spot!

Anne Marie does an excellent job. I have extra sensitive eyes, so I appreciate that she uses medical tape and clear lash glue on me.
