First, Harmony Nails is under NEW management, and it is a wonderful nail salon. If you went here previously, you will see that it has had a makeover and the new owner, Lee, is wonderful. All of her staff are excellent and the salon is very efficient with good prices. The pedicure chairs are beautiful with jewel like basins to soak your feet in, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. They provide excellent quality, and everything is clean and neat. They also have an ATM, which I appreciate because I rarely carry cash, and it makes tipping easier for me. I came here consistently for a few months for pedicures and dip manicures. My pedicures were always AMAZING but my dip would always chip after 4-5 days. I found a new salon because it was just too expensive to have nails chipping in less than one week. They always offered to fix the chip, but, it is very time consuming to be in the salon every few days for a chip. read more

I only see Ken when I go here because he is truly a nail artist/sculptor. The other people do great pedicures but I only trust Ken with my nails. I get acrylics and they are perfect every single time. He's usually booked because he's so good so I'd highly recommend making an appointment. read more

I felt so PAMPERED at Harmony Nails at my recent visit for a mani-pedi. I arrived mid-day (walk-in) and was seated immediately by Lee for acrylic fills ($35); she does a great job. Lee took the time to check with me throughout the appt for my preferences on trimming, nail repair, shape, etc. She remembered my previous polish and nail requests, then finished up with an amazingly relaxing hand/arm massage. Jenny did a terrific pedicure ($30), taking time for my specific needs (toe). She spoiled me with warm towels, wonderful leg/foot massages, then let me stay seated in the pedi chair for an awesome rolling massage while my nails dried. Ahh, heaven! The worst experience ever! I wanted the girl that was doing my nails to stop so she told the owner or manager whatever she was. They insisted on me to stay and finish so I did. I felt that she was rushing through my pedicure and my chair was rocking back and forth while she was massaging me. After I was done the owner had the audacity to tell me to not be saying that the girl was rushing because her customers would not come back. Vibe- very rushed! If you get the basic pedi, you are in and out. Nail polish every where around nails after getting basic mani. Workmanship- poor. And then she puts this quick nail dryer nail polish- and she says all good now. So getting in the car and notice nail messed up. Customer service- not very friendly. I'd rather go to a place who does an "ok" job but has great customer service. At least you know your hard earned money goes to someone who is so kind and caring about their customers. Attention to detail was slightly lacking too, as she only seemed to cut the front of each nail, not trim the sides, so they are rough on the sides. This place is all about making a quick buck. We got there as they opened so they weren't busy but they hovered over us while we chose our polish and the whole pedicure experience was rushed and not done well. From walking in the door to getting out of the chair was 20 minutes max! Dry skin around my nails not addressed at all. I honestly could have saved my $27 and done better myself at home. Disappointing. You can't put a tip on your credit card here and I don't carry cash. They told me I could go and get cash out of a nearby atm! Won't return. Not only did I not get what I wanted, there was glue and nail polish ans glitter left all over my fingertips. I have been going to Harmony nails for as long as I can remember. So the other day I went to get a full SNS dip and it was beautiful but the following day one of them came off. So I went back to the salon seeing what they can do "no refunds" but they will fix it. And it was absolutely awful the lady filled my finger haphazardly, put on the wrong type of polish (which I tried to tell her about) persisted to catch an attitude with me when she finally realized. And when she finally fixed it IT WAS THE WRONG COLOR. But I had somewhere I had to be and couldn't sit around another 20 minutes for her to fix it. The pedicure basic was only $25. V did my cuticles, callouses, cut my nails, and massaged my legs. The space is quite serene with soft lighting, relaxing music, and animal sounds (birds chirping). I could actually close my eyes and relax. No women gossiping, no loud patrons, just quiet serenity. I only had to tell her once what I wanted-she didn't constantly try to sell me more. V had a conversation with me not the other employees next to her-just me. She did exactly as I asked. For my manicure I tried the SNS dipping. V told me it helps some people with growing their nails. I checked the hours of this nail salon prior to going and saw they didn't close until 8pm. I got there at 715pm and was told they close at 730 and was asked to come back another day. I went back another day and got there at 640pm and was told they close at 700pm (and then another lady chimed in and said No we close at 730) and requested me to come back another day. I called for a same day appointment and when I showed up, they were ready for me. My tech was Emmy. She was polite and attentive and did an outstanding job. She answered all of my questions about her technique and took her time to ensure my nails (natural) looked their best, which the DO! I am so happy with her service. I love this place!! It's a must visit!! I have been going for almost two years and in the 15-20 years I've been doing pedicure, manicures and pink and white nails, I've never found a place more relaxing and peaceful. I love my nails and ken is always ready to do any design I through at him and sometimes I just let him pick and I'm never disappointed!! My pedicures regularly take at least an hour and the massage part is not just lotion, if you know what I mean, it's a massage that leaves you wanting them to do the rest of your body. My mother, sister, and I went in the middle of the day on a Friday with appointments for pedicures and manicures. Things started off poorly when my mom was trying to ask questions about the difference between sns powder and gel. The woman at the front desk seemed very annoyed and was just trying to hurry us along to pick our colors. My mom ended up getting pushed into the sns powder which she was disappointed by. The people doing our pedicures were polite but they did not speak English well and deferred to the front desk woman when we asked them questions. My mom got tips with the sns powder and they didn't come out looking that great from the start. She tried to point out to the woman that one of the nails didn't seem to be attached on the edge but she said it was fine. They said the nails would likely last 2 weeks but could last up to 3 weeks...1 week later and two nails had already come off. I'm giving them two stars instead of 1 because I also got my eyebrows waxed and while the lady was fairly rude and dismissive my eyebrows look good. read more
