I was initially very polite and spoke softly as I didn't want to make an issue as it seemed to be an easy fix. Instead she insisted it was my nail that grew out that way from the previous set ? Absolutely wrong because the previous set I had were perfect. She quickly and aggressively took my hand and started filing. But not before and all the while discussing it with her coworkers in a foreign language and with a very rude manner. Several of them 2/3 looked at me and started talking back and giggling. I know she was complaining about me who simply asked for her to fix a very crooked nail. She then held my hand up and rudely says ok fixed what do you want me to do now? I decided to not discuss the issue anymore and just said that's fine. She quickly walked away to do nothing but sit at the end of the counter with another coworker or freind. I should have left the minute I sat down when she left stacks of color books on my lap and didn't let me turn on the massage chair. The manager who is always amazing was not there. I will be calling her to discuss this horrible situation. This salon is convenient for me and I've had pleasant experiences but not this technician. She does not meet the standards or quality that I've come to expect from this salon.

However, my full set was completely finished before the pedicure even started, despite my nails being done on the spa side where the pedicure was taking place. From a distance, my nails look okay, but up close there are quite a few imperfections. The shape is inconsistent from nail to nail, some are noticeably thicker than others, and a few have a slightly bumpy appearance. The overall finish just wasn't as polished as I expected. On a positive note, the pedicure itself was excellent and I was very happy with that service. While I would consider returning for a pedicure, I will likely go elsewhere for acrylic nails in the future.

I wish I didn't :( my big toe hurts so bad! the lady said she pulled out a hang nail but I was never in pain before until after she did that. my toe is hurting, red and a little swollen. i also have rough feet and that's why I get pedicures she don't even scrub my feet very good. just a fast Brush over. it feels like I just got my toes painted and left with an injury. praying it doesn't get infected. won't be going back.

I made a mistake of not asking prior to getting a full set of acrylics in a solid color because last time I paid $35. The entire time the nail tech didn't ask me anything other than if I liked the shape, color, or how long I wanted my nails. I tipped my nail tech then went to pay. They both started talking in there language than said $55. I was confused because on the menu it said $35 and $50 most for gel acrylics. I didn't ask for gel just an ordinary acrylic set. I just paid than left. Be wary if you're not a regular customer and ASK how much it will be. I don't want others getting ripped off like I did. They do a great job and take there time, but making random prices for people is not cool .
