Before we even left the salon, half of my daughter's toenail polish was already chipped or completely off. That should not be happening immediately after getting them painted. The clear polish is also all over my cuticles, which makes the manicure look messy and rushed. I also got gems put on four of my nails and one of them has already fallen off after just one day. While this was happening, my daughter needed to use the bathroom and I was trying to get the technician's attention, but she completely ignored me. I had also asked if they could wait to start my daughter's toes until I finished my nails so I could sit with her, but the technician insisted "it's fine, I got it" and started anyway. The shop wasn't crowded, so it was real personal, unlike other shops that usually have like 20 other people around you. BELIEVE THE HYPE LADIES!
