Elina did my manicure, and while she may have been having an off day, she was not very welcoming and barely smiled or spoke during the service. More concerning was how aggressively she used the e-file to remove the gel polish. At one point I actually flinched because it hurt. I left feeling disappointed because I was really hoping to find a good salon close to my new workplace. I had read many positive reviews before visiting, which made the experience even more surprising. Three days later, one of my nails broke vertically. The following week another nail chipped, and today yet another nail broke. This has never happened to me in the many years I've been getting manicures. Today's break was the point where I decided to finally write a review--something I rarely do, and I have never written a negative review for a business before. It's really hard to rate the experience because there was good parts but the breaking of three nails is unacceptable. I do want to mention that the manager, Steve, was extremely nice and attentive.
