Tom has done both a manicure and pedicure for me and did such a fabulous job! Jenny did my pedicure today and was wonderful as well. They have every option of nails and designs you could think of and I loved that I got my mani and pedi done at the same time. I hate sitting for 2 hours to do each separately. I came at 5:30 which was my appointment time I sat in the chair for thirty mins no water for my feet no nothing honestly really upsetting you would expect okay maybe five mins late max ten but thirty minutes it's crazy that's the time of how long the service is! They had said "the appointment aren't forsure and that they take walk ins as priority" so why are appointments advertised? Appointments should be prioritized first then if the client doesn't show in five take the walk in! But I guess not wasted my time my gas they tried to say the tech was finally ready as I was leaving but honestly I rather not do business with a place that doesn't care about peoples time. It's sad because I would go this place frequently but honestly after today and how I was treated I will never be coming back!

LCS is a nice and comfortable salon with a lot of pedi stations against the walls and mani stations down the middle. As busy as they were that day, my pedi took one hour w/o interruption. The staff are super friendly and ask about your comfort level or if you want something to drink. If ever back in Frisco and in need of a pedi, LCS is who I will call for an appointment.

And…read moregel polish on my toes & one big toe had acrylic (it was previously broken shorter so that's why only one had the extension) I asked for the basic pedi and to do reg polish. Basic manicure with reg polish. Ended up being charged $88. Since when do we charge so much for things that used to and should be included in the service you're paying for. $15.00 to remove the dip powder? You mean soaking them in a bowl forever while they're all on their phones and then come over to use the grinder thing that they would be using regardless for the service I was getting? Then most do charge extra $5 for French. They charge $10.00 and let me tell you. I understand it's regular polish, but it still should not be sloppy with the white all different width on each finger and the base color has lots of streaks in it and still lots of leftover polish underneath the nail. Looked tolerable inside but when walked outside hideous . Went back in to tell the owner and she acted like she didn't see what I was clearly showing her. The other lady repeated it in their language and she said they'd redo it but I'm sorry I don't have another 2 hours today. I just moved to this area from Plano and it Def will not be my new go to spot close to home.
