This is the best nail salon in Lufkin! I have never been disappointed. Sara does amazing acrylic ombre nails from a dark to light with metallic on top! Absolutely gorgeous! It was also my daughters 10rh birthday so another lady did her feet and nail and had my baby smiling for eat to ear! I'll never go anywhere else!

Leslie is bomb! Decided to try them after leaving the office and so glad I did. The staff is so friendly. They knew every one of their customers that came in. Even asked about their families, trips coming up, etc. Really relaxed cleaned environment. Non of the over the top stuff. Leslie continued to ask if I was happy with every phase of the process. I got an overlay and the acrylic was extremely moisturizing. Not like other products that dry your nail bed out. Leslie did not rush. She took her time and she nailed it! Happy customer!

Gel nail polish almost all chipped off after 6 days. Horrible!

I'd forgotten that I gave this place a try in 2012. I wish I checked because I would've passed & went somewhere else. I'm getting really tired of nail places that rush you through your appointment. I'm tired of sloppy work. And I'm pissed that I tipped 20% for gel nails that peeled 2 days later & my pedi did nothing to make my feet look pool ready on my recent trip to Vegas. My cuticles started to peel on my fingers telling me the cuticles were cut wrong. My feet look horrible. Hopefully I won't forget the reason why I never go here.

Book your pedi or mani with one of these two ladies! I love them!

I always come here for pedicures after work or school, I usually see Whitney for my nails she's on the far right. Pedicures I like them done by Vickie or the lady that sits next to her and with short hair. They both do a good job at pedicures and your little massage process in between. When you come in, just choose your nail color and then have a seat in the seating area. There's usually little candies close by hehe. Tracy is usually pretty busy, they take call by appointment also! I don't remember that lady with short hair so I took a picture! Weekends open at 9am!

Great basic pedicure experience. Very laid back, sweet staff, good price. Nothing fancy or extra but quick and easy.

Instead of providing the color I asked for, the technician repeatedly tried to substitute multiple different shades and insisted they were "clear pink" when they clearly were not. I even looked at the bottles myself and knew they were different colors. After several attempts to explain what I wanted, another employee came over to assist. They disappeared for a while and eventually returned with a bottle labeled "DND Clear Pink," but it looked completely different from the actual product I have used before. The bottle itself didn't even match the standard DND packaging, which raised even more concerns. What frustrated me most was feeling like my concerns were being dismissed. I knew exactly what color I wanted, yet I was repeatedly told I was wrong. Throughout the interaction, the employees continued speaking among themselves in their language and would occasionally say "clear pink," which made the entire situation feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. To make matters worse, after all of the confusion and after I decided not to proceed with gel polish, I was still charged an additional fee to remove the existing polish. So not only did I not receive the service I specifically requested, but I ended up paying extra as well. There are far too many nail salons with excellent customer service to deal with this kind of experience. If a client tells you exactly what they want, listen to them instead of trying to convince them they don't know the difference. Very disappointing experience.

I have been coming here for about a year and have always paid $70-$75 for frenchies which is reasonable. On Friday, I went in for the same service but its ridiculous that they charged me double for frenchies because I added an extra line of color. My total came out to be $93 for just a nail set. Im appalled because there was no other design. On top of that my appointment was at 1pm and I was already on my way and they wanted me to come in at 2pm, so I had to wait 35-40minutes to get seen. These nail salons are getting out of hand, I much rather support a small business.

She didn't really speak to me other than to ask about the color I wanted and to check if the French was to my liking. It was fine since I prefer to just relax and not have to socialize when getting my nails done. My only complaint is that everyone was being offered a drink, and neither her or the person who sat me asked me if i wanted a drink or water. Anyway, I did like how my nails came out. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and the outcome was similar to what I asked for. I think the price was fair, although there is a discrepancy in the prices on their website and the price on their in person menu. I'd definitely come back!

After looking for a new nail salon I tried this place because I frequent memorial city mall. I have…read morepretty much gone the gamut as far as nail service at this salon...acrylic and mainly dip. I get basic no frill pedicures. Didn't like acrylic nails because once that acrylic nail starts lifting it is very uncomfortable, almost painful, and unsanitary. I get different vibes from this place depending on who does my nails. Some are more attentive to detail than others. Some make you feel more relaxed and comfortable than others. Cathy appears to be a little older and more mature than most of the techs...she is great...and appears in high demand. There's one that walks around in outfits and short skirts that look too young for her, kind of flippant demeanor. I've detected what I considered 'dismissive' or 'patronizing' attitudes with some...which makes my 'racism' antenna start beeping. This is a no frills salon...no lotion and hand massages that make you feel 'finished' and beautiful when you leave. Same for pedi unless you get a special pedi...or the right tech. I tip every time but on one occasion I didn't have cash and the tech 'instructed' me to 'bring cash next time'. This salon is 'just okay'....Also note: yesterday 12/11/25 I got a dip manicure where the tech put my hands in a bowl and poured polish remover in it ...about three fourths of my fingers were immersed in the remover...to remove old polish. My fingers were very dry after completion of the manicure...I have been using Vaseline on my hands to alleviate the dryness since the manicure. My hands feel slightly less dry but the residual dryness from having my fingers in that polish remover is still there. I DON'T THINK THIS IS A HEALTHY PRACTICE AS MOST REMOVERS CONTAIN FORMALDEHYDE!!! I SHOULD NOT HAVE ALLOWED IT!!! IF A TECH TRIES IT...DO NOT LET THEM!!!
