I have been Wendy's client and friend for years, and she does amazing work EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. She…read moreis consistent with her work and has professional sanitary practices to ensure the hygiene of her tools are up to code. I get an overlay gel and love trying different looks. She has more colors and stencils, stickers, and tricks up her sleeve than you can imagine, so there will be no shortage on nail designs. She is also very educated in her field and keeps up to date on the latest practices. Cannot say enough good things, definitely a must try! Pictures are of the same nail design but in different lighting.

I never expected to get in in one day and never said that. You could have asked me when I was looking to come in and you could have explained that you are out of town. Not sure how you run a business this way. And yes, I can rate you simply based on the customer service you provided in your short message to me. Not sure why you care about your rating if you aren't accepting new clients! You seem to be ok with the ones you already have and aren't interested in new business! I believe your immature and unprofessional response below is all any new customer needs to know about doing business with you! You have sent me exactly six new updated messages in the last hour. Now I will be reporting YOU to Yelp for harassment. I never once used the word "rude" in my review about you. Also, I have never once had a problem getting a doctor's appointment with anyone. Not sure what kind of doctors she goes to, but I have never heard of any turning away business. Inquired about an appointment and received a message that she is not accepting new clients at this time. No word on when she will be available. Doesn't seem very accommodating or customer service friendly. I will definitely never follow up.

I absolutely loved how everything looked when I first left the salon--they did a beautiful job, and I was very happy with the results. Unfortunately, by the third day, the gems had already started falling off, and within a week, two of my Gel-X nails were lifting. For a brand-new set, I didn't expect to have issues so quickly. I went back expecting the problems to be corrected since the set was so new, but I was charged an additional $30 for the repairs. After spending $153 initially, I didn't think it was reasonable to have to pay extra to fix issues that occurred within the first week. I understand that normal wear and tear happens over time, but I expected better durability and customer service, especially considering the amount I paid. While I truly loved how my nails looked at first, I was disappointed by how quickly they began to come apart and by the additional charge to have them fixed.

RUDE. RUDE. RUDE…read more The only pleasant experience I've ever had at this salon was with a lady named Terry. Unfortunately, the gentleman who works there is consistently rude and unprofessional. I came in at 4:02 PM for a pedicure ... almost TWO HOURS before closing time !! There were absolutely no customers in the salon. When I asked if they were still taking pedicures, he never once looked up from his phone while sitting in a pedicure chair and simply said, "We're closed." Confused, I pointed to the sign showing closing time was 6 PM and asked why it said they closed at 6 if it was only 4:02. Again, without even looking up, he repeated, "We're closed." At that moment, I decided I would never return. Customer service costs nothing, and basic professionalism should not be too much to ask. This employee seriously needs business etiquette and customer service training. His attitude has always been unpleasant, but this experience was the final straw for me.

After the service received I am not sure this is even a *nail* place. There was no greeting,…read morepresentation of options or selections. Two young, beautiful ladies were in 5 Inch heels and tiny black outfits which is cute, but really weird in a professional setting. One of these ladies did my pedicure, which was fine. I do not get my nails done...ever. So my bar is low. When it was manicure time the established lady had the wrong color and the polish was so gunked up she couldn't brush it, but had to dab it on. I requested she shape my nails and she clipped them like a veterinarian. She didnt use a file to even out the shape. I sucked it up with the color, but man what i was left with was terrible. I went home and took off the polish as it looked like concrete on my nails. The photos are the same day, without polish as I had to remove it. There was no smell of acetone or artificial nails upon entering the salon which was nice --- but also a red flag that maybe nails weren't what they were doing. Cuz painting nails as well as my 14 year old at 100 bucks should get better than this. Suss
