My favorite place for a pedicure and salon is clean. For the most part they have relaxing music in the background. Kathy is my go to for pedicures and goes above and beyond! She doesn't rush through her work and makes sure her work is done correctly. Never had an issue with her work and only person I trust. Her tools are cleaned when she uses them. Mi also does great on manicures. Been coming here for a long time now. They are closed Sundays, Mondays, and sometimes Tuesdays. I recommend calling in for appointments. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I read the bad reviews and still came to give them a chance considering the few 5stars reviews they had. Absolutely no reason a pedicure should be 2hours!! The lady spent over 50 minutes on just cutting off all my cuticles and using her hand to block me from seeing what she's doing! Never gave me a list of pedicure options or PRICES. No massage or any type of sugar scrub that most places offer just rubbed cuticle oil on my legs LOL.... Just 1 hour of cutting cuticles and then painted them. Ridiculous!! Wanted to get my nails done since now being pregnant, it's hard to reach to do my own toes :( so decided to find a nail place near by home that's not gonna charge me an arm and a leg. Came to this place, found them on Yelp and saw their price listings, that sold me! Just did a walk in with my friend, and was told that it was gonna be a 20 min wait for a pedicure, not a problem since I wasn't in a huge rush anywhere. I will say, that it was so nice just to get pampered for once while getting a little foot massage and arm massage while getting the nails done! And they did a pretty good job over all with getting some basic nail polish done! I didn't wanna do gel cuz that's another thing I didn't wanna worry about doing later as with regular polish it was easier to deal with on my own. They also take credit cards! So double win! Very reasonably priced! I was a walk in because I had a broken nail that I needed fixed ASAP! The woman said it's be about a half hour since there were only 2 techs. I decided to wait and only waited at most 5-10 min and she began helping me. I appreciated that she tried to perfectly match the acrylic base of my nails and managed to come very close. I showed her the color that I liked which was an iridescent color and she left them looking beautiful. I will say that they're a bit thicker than what I'm use to but they look beautiful. It's somewhat new and clean. I appreciate that they seem to sterilize their tools. Came for a gel mani. I got the only guy that was working there. He was nice but I wasn't a fan of his work. He wasn't thorough and kept missing things. I had to keep coaching him to really clean my cuticles and my worse pet peeve about getting a mani is keeping the paint uniform and clean throughout. I have been coming here since they opened. Mainly because the location is extremely close to my house... but the nails are good quality and always last the way they are supposed to. The wait time is usually 3x as long as what they say, because they want to keep you in the door. So if they say 10 minutes, know it means 30. And if they say 20 minutes, know you should get a snack from somewhere around because you will be there for a while. I do wish they had a stamp card, or some incentive to keep coming back. read more

One word: meticulous I was SO impressed by this place! The music playing was soothing but not annoying, the nail technician asked questions and delivered on exactly what I asked for. She even took the time to ask about the style and color I chose and why (I wanted something different but not too different so that my manicure still matched what I wore to all of my holiday festivities regardless of what that is) and she asked in a genuine way, not in a judgmental way. The attention to detail and the care that goes in to each and every nail is superb! I didn't dislike my old nail place but there have been more than a couple times when I had to ask them to even out a nail because it was filed a bit crookedly. Also, my other nail place felt very "fake" like everyone was friendly but it was friendly because they wanted to create customer loyalty, not because they actually were friendly. LV nails felt VERY genuine. Even when the girls started chatting amongst themselves at one point the gal doing my nails stopped and explained to me what they were talking about and asked for my input. Beyond the gorgeous job they did on my nails the whole experience was a pleasant surprise. The whole place feels clean and welcoming and the people working there really impressed me. Use come here all the time to get my nails done since 2018, and this place has really taken a dump. Asked the owner serval times to cut my nails, never cut them during my manicure, burned me god knows how many times with her stupid electric filer. Bad experience ever!!!!! I was a walked in customer month ago with my mom for 2 pedi because this place is close to my house so i decided to come and try. They sat me and my mom on spa chair for 15 mins waiting and started to work on my mom. Meanwhile, people was coming in and they started working on them right away. They told me those people are having appointment with them. Who cares? I came before their appointment. You take me in before them so you think you can do for me if not you can turn me away. I really enjoy coming to LV Nails. It has become my go to home base nail salon. The prices are fair, the salon is very well kept and the products they use are great. Responding to the 1 Star review commenting on taking appointments before walk ins. That's how it works...appointments are priority. I hate giving this place a good review so it doesn't become even more popular because yes it can get busy and there seems to be a lot of appointment especially on the weekends which is expected. Even as a walk in which is majority of my visits they always find time for me. Other 1 Star review reacting to "wild children". I've never experienced it and it wouldn't bother me. Being a mother I know things come up and all the ladies working here are very attentive to their work, hustling and friendly.
