This is a nice looking nail salon overall, with reasonable prices. Unfortunately my experience was…read morea bit iffy. The quality of my pedicure was good. Unfortunately the gel nails I got didn't even last a week before they started lifting. I would suggest not paying extra for gel, this was my first time getting them and I thought they'd last at least two weeks. I question the sanitary aspect of the salon, the foot scrubber she used on my calluses was placed on top of the other foot scrubbers. So do they just reuse them, or was it not paying attention this one time? I didn't end up with athletes foot or anything luckily.

When we sat down, there was another lady that was supposed to do my pedicure but she said in Vietnamese "why are their legs so big?" Shortly after, she got up and had Tony do my pedicure instead. Linh and Lee, who did my friends' pedicures, gave decent massages and spent a lot more time on their legs than Tony did mine. I did not get any massage other than rubbing my legs and he just wiggled my feet a little bit. Not only was my massage terrible but one of the steam machines didn't work so they cut my steam short to move it to my friend, so I barely had any steam (which was $15 more). All of our paint jobs were bad and Lily ended up taking over once they got busy, but messed up my friend's big toe and my big toe, so she re-did them without putting on base coat again.

Now this is what you call quality service! This is my new favorite pedicure spot and I highly…read morerecommend everyone come check it out. I have been searching for a pedicure place since recently moving back to Washington and wasn't blown away by any other place I've been to until now. This place is under new ownership and still in their grand opening stage, but their professionalism is top tier. Penny, the owner and her partner Nini are so hospitable and remodeled this place into such a beautiful spot. The ambiance is warm and welcoming: the kind that makes you feel instantly comfortable. I stumbled upon this place through Yelp looking to pamper my mother and I during our girls day. We called the same day and they made an appointment for us 30 minutes later. This location is located in a highway 99 plaza and there is a free parking lot in the front, but also parking in the back behind the building should you need more. Upon walking in, Penny checked us in with a smile and let us choose our colors while waiting. It took about 10 minutes to be serviced, but she offered us sprite, water, Vietnamese coffee, or tea and brought us fresh fruit as well; all complimentary :) The store has an open floor plan with manicure station to the right and the pedicures are against the wall with bathrooms and the wax room to the left. There are a lot of windows of natural light and it's decorated with chandeliers which looks very classy alongside the gold and black furniture. They were playing calm music at a low volume, so you can have a quiet service if you're more shy like my mom or if your a yapper like me, the employees are also super genuine and get to know you by name. I chose to do the classic set plus shellac pedicure. The service took a little over 1.5 hours for the whole thing. You start off by soaking your feet in warm water and they really take the time to push back and your cuticles which many shops skip. Hannah was my tech today and she cut my square shape, double checking with me that I liked the shaped before applying the polish. I appreciated how she asked for my approval on each step and her application of each coat was seamless. I hate when I can see that multiple coats have been applied or if it's uneven/shear, but she did a good job making sure this wasn't the case. After the top coat has been applied and set, they message your feet, lotion it, place it in wax, and then hot stone message while steaming it. You can tell they care about making you feel pampered. My mother got serviced by Penny and couldn't stop raving about it. Each tech only works on one client here, so it feels very intentional. My favorite aspect was how clean they are here. Each tech has their own nail cart with their supplies and opens a new nail pack in front of you before they start working on you. As a germaphobe and knowing many shops do reuse equipment, this was key. If you want a manicure at the same time, they can do it at your pedicure station which is what my mom did. Every came out to around $200 with 25% tip. Right now they are offering 30% off services during their grand opening stage and always have a 1 week warranty where if anything happens to your nails, you can come back and they'll fix it for free. Though even without the grand opening discount, the prices are quite affordable compared to the average rate around town and well worth the quality/service provided. My mother is the hardest person to please and she is very picky about getting serviced, but even she is recommending this place. Got to try pamperyourself; you won't regret it!

You can really tell they love what they do and care about making clients feel comfortable. They're very detailed with their cleaning -- no rush, no shortcuts. Love it! And the bonus? FREE mimosa + fresh fruit while getting pampered. I mean... who does that?! It felt like a mini spa day and a treat-yourself moment in one. Overall: Great service Super clean and aesthetic place Skilled staff Relaxing experience Sweet little perks (hello, mimosa!) Definitely my new go-to nail salon. Would recommend 100%.

I had made an appointment yesterday for 4:30pm today because my cousins and I to take our mothers there. Everyone was very excited and planned our day around this. We usually enjoy our nails and experience for the most part. However, today I called at 3pm to ask to push our appointment back to 5pm because I was driving up from Issaquah and knew there was a chance we would be late. The lady who picked up the phone assured me it was no problem and we still had our reservation. I was driving over an hour in traffic when my cousin got a call at 4:59pm MIND YOU saying that we weren't there at 5pm, so they cancelled our appointment and took someone else. It wasn't even our appointment time yet! Most nail salons have a grace period of at least 10 minutes, nonetheless a few minutes. My cousin told them we were almost there literally only 2 minutes at the stop light. The lady on the phone said "too late, we already took someone else. Can you come tomorrow?" What is the point of making a reservation if they're just going to take walk ins anyways and not honor it? The majority of the time that we come with reservations, they still run 10-20+ minutes behind and we wait with no complaints. To be treated this way as loyal customers is appalling. This business has absolutely no respect for other people's time nor do they value their customers, so don't bother here.
