This was my first time here and probably my last. They do not do hard gel here. When my husband made the appointment for me, he specifically asked for hard gel. The lady told me that he only said mani pedi, which isn't true because I was sitting next to him when he made the appointment, and I specifically told him to ask about hard gel, which he did. On top of that, I was asked to pay cash, which also wasn't mentioned when the appointment was made. There's a sign of the door that says they accept cards, but I guess not. I had to go to the store next door to take out cash. I decided to only get a pedi since I was already there, and she had set up, but I ended up going to my regular place for my mani. I just had the worst pedicure I have ever had in my life.I did come in with short, uneven nails,but I was told they could be filed. This is my cousin's regular place,and she sees Lena. I thought she was going to do us both,but her husband did mine. Fastest 20 min pedicure ever. I think my feet honestly look worse than when I came in. BUT the worst part was that I got shocked by the faucet that hangs over the basin, not once but twice!! My cousin said that happened to her a month ago when she sat in the same chair. Called in advance to make sure they were available and I was told to go in within the 7 minutes I promised them. I got there in five but was asked to wait. I waited for 40 minutes before I was moved to the working table, which was not cleaned after the client before me left. The guy that works here, Kevin, did a great job on my nails and they look perfect. I got a simple short acrylic white nail. He did not chop or file my natural nails before attaching the fake nail. I'm not used to that as my usual nail place will always work on my natural nails first, before adding the acrylics. This makes me a bit worried about how long the nails will last. read more

I booked an appointment with Kevin for a fill, and to fix three broken nails (from a different place) and he did such an amazing job, he took his time, was very gentle because I had damage from the three nails that broke off, it seemed like he definitely knew what he was doing and fixed the shape of my nails that required a fill. Came here for the first time about 3 weeks ago and my gel manicure still look good. The girls gave me a good service and the place seem clean. I did a regular pedicure and a gel manicure for 40$. I think it's a really good price so I'll probably be back again. I recommend to make an appointment because they can get busy. Not every technician is skilled and knows what they are doing I can't tell you how many times my nails have been way too thick, uneven, lifted, chipped, bulky or have an ugly shape!! She did 3 coats of color and they are still thin and natural. She took her time to shape the nails again after the color and filed them down to make aure they were thin and even. I came in for a full set and pedicure. My pedicure was done (Im talking massage, file, scrub) in 10min. The guy who did my pedicure put about 10 coats of nail polish on (switching from clear and the color I picked) he got up to indicate he was done but had not cleaned the nail polish, so it looked poorly done. I told them the nail polish wouldn't dry because there were too many coats put on (three hours later the nail polish was still not dry and mooshy). The guy who did my full set was super rude. He yelled at me and told me to come back the next day. I asked for the managers name and he said he didn't know, I asked for his name and said he didn't know. I've been looking for nail salons near me and decided to try this one out. It was a cute, fairly big place with multiple assortment of colors. I came in with no appointment and was greeted by a man who was already doing acrylics on another woman. Seems like he's the only acrylic artist in the salon. The wait was only about 10 minutes before I was assisted. One thing I wish he did was double check to see if the length I wanted for the acrylics was what I actually wanted. The nails still turned out beautiful but it was a little longer than I hoped for. Other than that they're sweet people and took care of me well. Just be careful and don't take things to heart as their lack of english could be misconceived as rudeness. For my first time it wasn't a bad experience so I would definitely come again now that I have prior knowledge of how the shop works. read more

My bf and I waited for about 10 min and then we were promptly taken care of. We got 2 pedicures, 1 manicure and I got my eyebrows & lip waxed. It came out to be $70 for the both of us. Never coming back! I've been coming here over a year & it's really because of Grace. But she's no longer working here... if anyone knows where she moved to, please share! My last experience was very poor. I get a gel mani, pedi every 2 weeks like clockwork. Never had issues. Tried this new girl, Trina, & after only 7 days, massive peeling & lifting of the gel. I came back for my usual 2 week appt & Trina did my pedi & cut way too short & even cut my skin. (Again! 2nd time.) Lina (owner) tried to remedy & painted my pedi polish & did my gel mani... but it seriously looked like a 5 year old painted my nails. The color was thin & was very patchy. Definitely didn't look like a professional did it. I told her I wasn't happy & she said that's how it is & tried to push me off & out the salon. Dissatisfied, I showed her husband Kevin (also owner) & he said he will have someone add another coat of polish. There's a new young guy that tried to help me. The color was better but now my nails are extremely thick, chunky, & lumpy. Seriously?!?? I've never been so embarrassed of my nails. As my nails were still drying under the gel hand dryer, Kevin rudely snatched the machine and said "it's dry!" Obviously wanting me to leave. I still paid for my terrible service & job. I WAS always a great customer, great tipper too! But I wont be giving them another cent! My nails can always be fixed, but their stank attitude & rudeness is character! read more

By far the worst experience I've ever had at the nail salon. This is my fifth or sixth I'm coming to this location I usually have Grace do my nails but she no longer works there. I go in for a pedicure and full set with acrylic with Chrome & design. pedicure went very well everything was fine until it was time to do my nails. Kevin was very kind until he was almost done with my design of my last 1/2 nails. Which was cheetah print with a splash of color to match the rest of my nails and toes. Also Paid prior to nail color being started after acrylic was applied. He got upset and complained, because I asked him to add the splash of color with the thin freshii used to draw the outside line of the cheetah print not the regular nail brush that comes with the nail polish. He asks other ladies to help me told me next time I come don't come to him. I questioned him why would he get angry and refuse service to me just because I asked for three dots inside of my cheetah print, which I already paid for. I came in as a walk in one random Sunday to get me a gel manicure & pedi. God I desperately needed me after spending some time at the hospital, I needed some Zen. I walked in and was greeted by a nail tech and seated right away. Granted it was a slow day, but in retrospect it's nice to be acknowledged when you walk into a place vs the awkward silence you get from most places. My nail tech's name was Grace and she was just a delight. She's very knowledgable and seems passionate about her work. My gel mani (& pedi) came out beautiful! Stop! This is a horrible place. I got a full set from Kevin. They charged me $50. I was being seen in between customers for two hours. (Only my hands mind you). The next day all my nails started lifting. The 2 day 2 nails came off in my hair. Then another. I called they said they will fix them. After 3 broken nails and all the acrylic came off except 2. I came back they told me wait 20 mins. Then 30 mins later another 30 min. Then it's an hour later. I told them I wanted my money back and they refused. They refused to show licensing. I will be filing complaints with board of barbers or whatever. He cussed me out and then said he will only do a new full set. I no longer wanted a full set due to him cutting me last time and making my nail soar. I asked if I can get a mani and pedi in exchange and Kevin became irate. And cussing me out in front of customers. Things got very heated and uncomfortable quick. I tried to get information on him but they refused. He's jumping up and down going crazy. The wife was trying to calm me down because now I was having an anxiety attack. She saying she will take care of me. I just wanted to leave. They have their kid in there screaming at me. No no please don't. Unbelievable. Be careful! You've been warned unfortunately all my natural nails broke off to the tips of my fingers. And I will no longer get acrylics after this horror.
