I'm also glad they didn't pull out the cheese grater looking tool or chop up my cuticles. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because, she pulled off one of the nails because it didn't fit to her liking, and while I'm glad she wanted to make sure the outcome looked how she wanted, I am nervous that my nail might be damaged once this comes off. It was quite a tug and the nail bed didn't look great to me after. I'm nervous in general because of the filing. I don't typically get my nails done because they usually peel, no matter what method we use to soak them off.. but I'll wait and give it a fair shot to see how my nails respond after this set. QUALITY (5/5): I got a regular pedicure (not gel) which the lowest pedicure cost $37 which I found fairly steep but I'm new to this area so I'm not sure if that's the average rate. I also got a gel builder manicure which cost me about $83 for a solid color and simple dot design. Everything took less than an hour which amazed me! I've never been in and out so quickly and it seemed like they took their time, we're very carful not to hurt or cut me and did an excellent job! OVERALL (4/5): HIGHLY would recommend this place! They have a wide variety of nail polish and the polish will typically last for a few weeks with no chipping. Prices are reasonable for the service you receive. All technicians have provided excellent service and are detailed and complete quality work. There is also a coffee shop next door so arrive to your appointments a few minutes early to get your Favorite beverage.
