Kim is the microblade specialist I see and my experience with her has been amazing. I go for touch ups twice a year and each time I receive the same attention to detail and care. She listens and takes her time. By this point, she already knows the shape and color that best suits me and makes going in for touch ups very relaxing. I added a photo of the most recent touch up. Of course the first week is a little darker but in a couple weeks they will be perfection. The final product is always great; my brows were very sparse so this saves me so much time when getting ready and not having to fill in my brows. I just swap them with brow setting gel and that's it, out the door. In terms of pain, Kim always makes sure I am completely numb before she proceeds. I could not be happier with my experience at EverTrue.

I just moved to Chicago a few months ago and had been on the search for a lash…read morelift place, and very picky about who I go to since I have long lashes, and needed to go to someone who had multiple size rods for the lift and can customize to my length. I was worried the lashes would be too curled as I've seen it happen before, but felt very comfortable with her working on me. She was extremely accommodating as I had to reschedule my appointment and very easy to get in touch with through email and answer my questions. The lash lift is beautiful and her studio is very relaxing, I am definitely going back to her again when I need another lift. I highly recommend to anyone who's a little hesitant, as Yanna will make sure you're comfortable and make sure you get the lashes you want!
