Got my feet and nails done french tip, they were nice and i was short 5 dollars and the worker let me slide, they have good service and do good nails! Definitely will be coming back. Only thing I can say is they are kinda expensive, 60 dollars for shorties.

Do not, do not, do not go here. Its never worth it. I've come here several times because I was in a pinch and needed to go somewhere quick and cheap. But it's never that cheap. The first time I came with a friend a few years ago I got a fill in my acrylic set. The nails quickly lifted and by my next fill somewhere else they found fungus growing. Has never happened to me in almost 10 yrs of regularly getting acrylics done. Since then Ive come a few times but their color selection is so limited and they get huffy with you about color selection. I once came in with a pic of a simple color/design I wanted and the color was so so off I told her I didn't even want the design. She got mad at me. My most recent visit.. the acrylics were a mess and unfinished at the bottoms. I've also noticed they grow out way too quickly (personally, I think they leave them shorter so you have to come back sooner). And no, my nails do not grow "faster than normal". In addition, I witnessed my second fight/outburst in the salon. On to the pedicures, I have to ask them specifically to stop cutting the sides of my nails. I asked for their medium package and I somehow ended up with the most expensive package. Whatever, I let it slide. But whenever I get a gel pedi here they never last.. one of my nails peeled in a week and they last 3-4 weeks elsewhere. In conclusion, not worth it.

Too expensive. When I asked the guy doing my nails how much at the beginning of the session . He totally ignored my questions. Kept on doing his thing . Long story short I ended up paying $85 just for medium acrylic nails . Like waaaahhhhhh they charged my sister $60 for some shorties . Their work is okay . Prices are ridiculous

Overall super sweet lady, Lyn did my nails. I asked for a soak off and everyone said yes but as soon as I sat in Lyns chair she started to rip my old acrylics off. I said ouch and she told me "no ouch it doesn't hurt only the tips" When I asked her if she can do a soak off She said "it takes too long this is faster I can do it" yet took almost 2 hours to finish my set. A part on the middle corner section of my nail on my thumb ripped off and bleed but she put a liquid to help stop the bleeding. Aside from that she did a decent job on the the acrylics and the French tip design. Paid 90 though which is pretty pricey. Also from my observations, beware of the lady in the front desk got hell of an attitude she was talking to some costumers like they had no option either sit down or leave. She is also not good at communicating to the employees. She says one thing they say another.

I have been coming here for 3 years and typically I have an ok experience. Today I came in and asked for Kevin, and he was busy so I said they have Alex do my nails. I showed him a picture and he was like I can't do that. Then I showed him a other picture and he was looking like he didn't know how to do that design either. Then the lady who did my pedicure rushed it and didn't even do it right. When I asked for Chrome on one of nails u can't even tell he added the chrome. Like wtf. Then when I went to Pay their machine was not working. I stood there for 15 mins while there were trying to figure it out. I told Steve that I literally lived around the corner and I could come back with cash. He said I had to leave my phone. I was like you want me to leave my $1000 phone over $67 nails I think not. At this point I am beyond irritated. I called my husband and he said he would come and bring me the cash. Then as my husband pulled up the or machine decides to finally work. After all this time he still wanted to charge me a service fee to use my debit card. Like really!!!! Well I have to say that they have lost a customer and all though it may not make a difference to them I will make sure to let my family and friends know who come here too not to go back. read more

I've been coming here since they opened and don't get me wrong, at first this was a great place to get your nails done. Staff was friendly and really care about their customers but as time went by and they got more popular their people skills decreased. These past two times that I've come here have been Awful! They've cut me and done such a horrible job. Never again will I come to this place and I recommend you guys don't come either. read more

Got the hot new clear jelly nail things, good service, timely. Only thing to keep in mind is they "tax" any tips you leave with your debit card by a dollar. $5 tip = $4 tip. Just be mindful of this when tipping! read more

So, I was a former fan...not anymore. The front guy, Steven, is a narcisstic little man. The services have been diluted and he charged me to shape my nails! I thought shaping your nails was part of the service. No one has ever charged me to shape my nails and I didn't get anything out of the norm. Needless to say, I'm no longer a customer. read more

I've had some good and bad experiences here. All depends who you get. They are good with designs. They usually try to get you in and out quick. Good amount of staff here. They do pay attention to detail and give good ideas. I've been struggling to find a good nail shop to stick to, so far this is the one but I like to stick to one of the girls that I've had a good experience with. read more

I loved this nail shop from the first time i came in! I felt like Steven did my nails perfectly every time and understood exactly how i wanted them done each time. I gave my first review right after i got them done for the first time almost a year ago and gave this place 5 stars. Now after 9 months of continuously attending the shop i started to notice a few things. I would make my appointment ahead of time just to arrive on time and still wait like everyone else. Then i would notice my nails start lifting after about a week and i don't even use my hands for work! The last time i went in a week ago, i had an appt for that day walked in only to wait and realize that Steven was working on not only one but two people at the same time. He did not acknowledge that i was there knowing i had an appt with him or even realized that i walked out knowing I've been a loyal customer for the last 9 months and not only that but i always gave a nice tip! I am really disappointed and am now looking for a new nail shop! read more

This was my 3rd time coming here and let me just say I won't be back. I came in on a Saturday morning with an appointment for full set and pedicure. They sat me down right away for my pedicure which was great but the lady did my toes within 10-15 mins. Other places I go to it's minimum 30 mins. After that I waited 10 mins to get my nails started. Since the start the lady who did my nails looked overwhelmed and was just trying to get it over with. My nails turned out extremely thin, and I asked for coffin shape which turns out some nails are thicker and some are more narrow. 2 weeks later I ended up at a different nail salon had them remove and redo my full set now I'm happy!! read more

The lady doing my nails little used the machine to remove the gel I had even though I told her it burned my nails were long and strong now they feel brittle. Too top if off didn't shape nails right and nail polish was bubbling and her answer was it will look better with top coat. I had the worse experience definitely was expecting more since o had seen some nice work on instagram but maybe they only take care of acrylic nails. Definitely never going back. read more

He took off my crappy set I had gotten somewhere else and made sure I was happy with my new set. Definitely recommend this place if you want a job well done. read more

had an appointment the lady called me 45 minutes ahead of my appointment told me to come now or never basically disregarding the appointment that we originally agreed upon, i arrive and she has given my appointment to someone else she basically tells me i should have came right then and right there when she called me to rush my appointment time , she started someone else nails and told me to wait very rude and nasty, the next day i went back with an open attitude the lady was very aggressive with my hands tugging me and attacking my hands and nails with her aggression on top of that she did my nails wrong so i got up and let the receptionist know and they took my nails off with much anger the whole shop of staff was mad , my hands were crusty , ashy and worn down as i left the shop with no successful service done this is wrong. read more

My sister recommended me to go here for my nails done. It was 30 minutes away from my house so i was lazy. But I went with her once and now i fall in love with the place. Everyone there was so talented and truly artists. The store wasn't fancy but their service can compares to five stars high ends nails salons. I wish I came here earlier. I can't say I had the best work or best person helping me. I asked for a gel set, they said ok. Then I found out their gel set consist of a gel overlay on acrylic. That's not a gel set. I had a full set of meduim length coffin style nails. The polish and nail design were good, but my nails were so thick around my nail bed. I went for a fill elsewhere and had to remove all the nails due to them all lifting. So disappointed. read more

I am really big on making sure my nails are always on "Fleek". As a fan of nail art, the gentlemen that worked on my nails did not disappoint me at all! I was very skeptical getting my nails done by someone other than my usual nail tech and in a different state!! I am from Chicago and was in California last weekend visiting family. But again, i am very VERY satisfied with how my nails came out looking. Like, i really don't want my nails to grow. If i had a jet plane, i would use it to travel to Compton anytime i need my nails done!! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME and the music playing throughout my visit was amazing! read more

Can't say enough good things about this place and Steven. One of my coworkers recommended this establishment and after coming here I haven't gone anywhere else. I drive every three weeks from Orange County to here to have my nails done because I have yet to find anyone with attention to detail and a great price point like nails on fleek and Steven. The nails are nice, but not once have I seen them disinfect anything? Has anyone? I had a pedicure done and they didn't put a base or a top coat either and I saw them just rinse the utensils, that's risk of infection to anyone. I won't be coming back, it's not that clean either. read more

Worst place to get your nails done. Over 2 fucken hours, but not of waiting. But because the 2 idiots that where helping me didnt know what they where doing. I should of waited to go to QUEEN NAILS on Wilmington and Rosecrans. Then after not knowing how to do my nails this stupid idiot almost cut me. After they where done they tried giving me a a black card for 10% discount. I laughed hard. People here are stupid... When going to Queen Nails ask for Terry. And the only guy who works there does the best pedicure. Fuck Nails on Shit.... read more

I visited this place for the first time and it has packed. I spoke to a lady who had been waiting for almost two hours but they sat me right away to get my pedicure done. Not cool right. I had a pedicure and new set done. So they charged $30 for the newset with gel, $20 for the regular pedicure, and $50 for the design on my new set. the lady that did my set was ok but she barely even touched my cuticles and did a bad job on the gel. My nails ended up looking super think and i hated them. The coffin shape was lacking in coffin. The pedicure was the best thing of this place. The young lady who did my design was nice and did a good job but a couple of the little stones fell off the next day. It took 3 hours for everything to be done. read more

I absolutely love this nailshop!!! The staff here is so polite and talented! I always go to my boo "Phoenix"! She gets it right everytime! When I say my nails end up perfect when she's done they are perfect!!! She takes her time and make sure everything looks great as if they were her own nails. Love that my chrome nails are on 10! read more

They even offered me water during my appointment, which I appreciated. They also had a great variety of colors to choose from, making it easy to find exactly what I wanted. I ended up getting builder gel with cat-eye polish and paid $75, which I felt was reasonable for the service. The only downside was that the shape came out a little wonky on a few nails. Other than that, I really love how they turned out and was happy with my overall experience. I would definitely come back, especially for the builder gel and color selection.

When we arrived, the place was completely empty except for two workers. I was getting a pedicure and my sister was getting a builder gel set. I was seated first, and as soon as my sister was about to sit down, there was a literal ROACH crawling on the chair. She immediately pointed it out and said she couldn't sit there. The employee who was supposed to do my pedicure quickly picked it up and threw it away. Looking back, I honestly don't know why we didn't leave right then and there. We decided to stay, and they started working on my sister's nails while turning on the tub for my pedicure so my feet could soak. A few minutes later, another woman who I believe was the owner came in and started talking with the employee. They stood there chatting for about 15 minutes while I sat in the spa chair waiting. I kept looking over to see if someone was going to help me, but nobody did. Eventually I got fed up and stood up to leave. Only then did they finally acknowledge me and say they were ready to start. At that point, I was done waiting. Between finding a roach in the salon and being completely ignored while sitting there ready for service, this was a terrible experience. The cleanliness and customer service were both extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning.

They were able to accommodate me and my boyfriend for pedicure without my any appointments.. Place is very neat and clean. One word: Quality. You truly get what you pay for here. They aren't outrageously expensive, but each nail artist that I have sat with has wowed me with the quality of their work. I am hardly gently with my nails/hands, and my gel manicure always withstands the beating that I give it each time. I leave the manicure on for much longer than I should (3-4 weeks), but it always looks flawless (albeit grown out). The facility is clean and modern. The staff is very friendly, and there are a ton of options. All the nail artists are incredibly talented and can bring any design your heart desires to life. They are appointment only, which ensures that I get seated in a timely manner and also ensures that I'm not rushed out of there because there are a million people waiting. I think that business model contributes to the quality that these artists are able to deliver each time. This will definitely be my go-to nail spot from now on. I have no complaints. read more

I came in this weekend for the first time and had a great experience. I was nicely greeted and seated right away to get a fill and change of color on my full set with coffin shape. First off, so many gel colors to choose from. Secondly, she sharpened and shaped my nails better than what I had before! That's a plus in my book!! Staff will accommodate you as much as they can. You'll definitely feel comfortable and invited here. You truly get professional work done and feel free to bring in pics of designs and also they're already up to date with trends. My friend recommended that we check out this place out because of the stylish nails she saw on their Instagram . I got coffin shaped acrylics with gel hombre style and two designs, total came out to $48. The original was $51, but got $3 off. The person was very detailed and I've never seen someone work on my nails so quickly and yet so meticulously. Personally I'm not very fond of acrylics coming out thick. When he did it, the thickness was practically the feel of my nails and smooth, so I love it! I have not yet to find something I dislike about my nails. I think it's the best addition to any pedicure , especially if your on your feet all fay, the staff is positive and always on the best mood to accommodate your needs . This place is my nail spot! After taking time and looking for a nail salon to call my own, I finally did. Everyone is super nice, attentive, and prices are reasonable. Came on a Sunday at 1pm and it wasn't crowded at all. Was in and out in about an hour. Got my acrylics removed, previous gel color removed,filed nails/toes, gel mani/pedi all for under $60. I love this place! The pedicures are decent, but Phoenix is amazing!! I only come if she is here to do my nails/manicure. She is so sweet and patient, she LISTENS to me not like many other places who disregard what I want. I definitely recommend this place if you go with her.
