Recently I went back and it's been successful each time! The staff has been really nice. Diane did my toes last week in preparation for the Starfall Ball in CO. She provided a cute rhinestone detail that I got tones of compliments on. I went back today to have the gel and rhinestones removed in exchange for a regular polish. I typically get the deluxe package with a hot stone massage. My toes have been incredibly cute and the massages relaxing. The atmosphere is typical for a salon and can range from quiet and chill to chatty and lively. I've appreciated going back and am glad I have it a goner chance. And another and another!

I'm guessing they don't do that here. They did give a chilled bottle of water when I asked. On the way out, I saw a tray of cookies - none for me, i guess! Lol. Nail experience was OK.
