After thirty minutes, I had to leave. They apologized but yeah did not care that I had the appointment And that they took a walk in over me. read more

Wow! This place blew me away, I got a manicure and pedicure and was out in an hour! Tommy was amazing, will definitely be back!

Sam is, hands down, the best!! Friendly service, fast work, and super gentle. I got super long nails and he told me all about how to take care of them. Great experience! Only downside is that they are cash only. You have to pull the money from an ATM but they do refund you the fees so... that's not too bad. read more

This place is open on Sundays and takes walk in clients- the service was amazing and for my delux spa pedicure with a super long massage I only spent about $45! The staff is kind, talented and swift. I like the way they communicate their prices so there are no surprises. read more

Went here with my sister for pedicures. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. The actual pedicure seemed to be done quickly. We each paid for the standard pedicure ($25). I would return again if I happened to be in the area. One thing to add: they do not take debit/credit cards. They have an ATM right next to the register so they request that you get money from there and then they refund you the service fee in cash. Kinda weird read more

She said that my cell phone volume was too loud and that there were cameras in this place that her boss could hear and that the music coming from my cell phone would get her in trouble. What an idiot and a liar. Her name is "LyLy". She was wearing white pants, a long-sleeved black top, black boots and her hair in a ponytail. She raised her voice at me in front of other customers. I absolutely love getting my nails done here! I have been to multiple nail salons in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho, and this is the only place that meets my nail expectations. I get solar nails, and they last FOREVER. The staff is so nice and accommodating. Worth every penny. read more

Spent 25 mins waiting at a desk, The guy that I got was rude as hell. He made me pick from 3 colors to get a refill and he said no to each one and just said "i do clear." Hurt my fingers with the nail file and ended up spending $35 here for just a fill, no color lol. read more

I went to the cottonwood mall and saw this place so I tried it out. The staff are really friendly. This place have alot of gels polish and regular to pick from. This also have mood changing gel polish. I pick one mood gel polish that when I'm warm/hot or just touching hot thing such as water, it turns pink. And when I'm cold or touching something cold such as cold water, it turns purple. SO COOL RIGHT? YEAH!!! I just love it. I'm totally coming back. read more

Worse manicure ever! Cut nails to short, didn't round them like I asked, even after asking him to fix them, didn't file nails smoth, still have a lot of rough spots, cut me & made me bleed while trimming cuticles. Put polish on so think that an hour later it was still so wet that it rubbed off, glad it was on a paper napkin & not on my clothes. Don't ever get your nails done here, it just not worth it! read more

For being in a mall, they exceeded my expectations. Great pedicure, good customer service and wide range of colors to choose from. I was in and out, and they stayed with me the whole time instead of bouncing back and forth between customers. read more

I honestly wish I can give this place a zero star because it was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.. I came in for a gel manicure with French and they told me it would be $30 and I did the gel manicure and the lady was so rude and didn't even greet me or anything, I had a vibe the she didn't want to do the service cause I was only doing the manicure cause that's all I needed. She was mad after asking if I wanted a pedicure and wax as well and I said no. She didn't cut my cuticles at all and forgot to even pretend to cut the other hands cuticles, my French manicure looked like it was done by a 2 year old, the gel was on my cuticles and came off in 2 hours, I came back and told them and they yelled clearly in my face that I wasn't getting my money back when I didn't even ask them for my money back I just asked if I can come in another day to get them fixed and they told me no because I can only come back in 24 hours or they'd charge me. read more

First time here since I just happened to be at Cottonwood. My son and I each got decent pedicures but I put my shoes on about 45 minutes later and polish rubbed off on big toes. Stopped back by for a fix and the guy who painted my nails was rude and just painted over the messed up nails with a color that didn't even match the previous one. The polish was so thick it rubbed off again later. Total waste of money and not cheap at $35 each for a "deluxe" pedicure. Will never go back. read more

Not that much gel colors to choose from, I've been getting my nails done here forever then one day I couldn't get a good color. I am a Demi's Nails regular but I was short on time and this place is open Sundays. 5 extra for cutting my nails and making them even. 32 dollars for my daughters "chrome" nails that are cracking 4 days later. I was reluctant due to reviews. However, I had a great experience. Most of the staff was friendly (one lady was not, but really I am just there to get my nails done). The lady who did the pedicure was super nice and did a great job! She took her time every step of the way. The lady who did my manicure wasn't super friendly but my nails look great!
