Was having a wonderful day until I walked into this establishment. I was treated super poorly by the staff. I would proceed to ask the technician to fix a nail and she would give me looks as if I wasn't looking right at her face. The front desk lady was also super unfriendly. They treated me as if I didn't have money to pay or was too young and kept saying what I wanted wasn't apart of my service for some reason even though I made an appointment. This was the second time I scheduled online only to drive a half hour to get there to be told you don't have an appointment. I am starting a new job tomorrow and they were so NOT helpful told me they could t even fit me in. I will never give them my money again. I will not set foot into that place again. The front desk girl just looked at the computer shook her head saying no your not in here and we can't fit you in. I even asked her can she recommend another place you know since I drove a half hour to get there and again shook her head No. So UNPROFESSIONAL. If I could give zero stars I would. If I could give negative stars I would. Took my bridal party here for a good time and had a horrible experience. The staff is rude and the environment is hostile. I didn't know callus remover was not included in the pedicure and notice my extremely dry feet after I started my manicure. I asked if they could fix it and they refusing saying we came 15 minutes late when we only arrived 5 minutes late and that no one else was available to fix it. What salon would let a customer let alone the bride walk out of their salon like that let alone a bride going to her wedding. Avoid this place at all costs! read more

I just left a review abt 20 mins ago. After writing the review, I thought I would speak to the Manager. She told me that they can't please every customer that comes in for service. That was shocking. I would think that they would strive to please every customer. But I guess- they don't care. The services are rushed. You would just be going in for a soak. Don't waste your money....go somewhere else. Don't be fooled by the nice decor and ambience they are displaying. I initially asked for a regular pedicure, Manicure plus and eyebrow waxing. Instead I got a express pedicure. After the pedicure, I just didn't want to get anything else done. When I went to pay for it, she was still charging me for the regular Pedicure. Which I said I would not pay for bec it wasn't for 30 mins. It's only $7 difference but why should I pay for something that I did not receive. Don't waste your money here. I am so disappointed, and left the salon very angry. I tried to make an appointment the day before Thanksgiving which they mentioned they were really busy, I didn't mind getting it done after thanksgiving... I just wanted to see if they had room to take me, if not no problem, I was fine with getting it done the day after or even on the weekend. They decided to squeeze me in at 6:15pm, I wanted to do a pedi and a gel full set. They rushed EVERYTHING... knowing that nail sets take so long to do, and take time to do, they shouldn't have scheduled me at 6:15pm... knowing that they close at 8pm... one of my nails ended up crooked, and they didn't even wait for my nails to dry... I don't understand how the nail technician even painted my nails... I am beyond livid, I left that place so disappointed. Never again... I just wasted my money. read more

This place is my favorite nail salon. I usually get a dip manicure and every nail tech I've had does a beautiful job. It's very modern inside, the environment is very clean and they stay open later than most places. The dip manicure is a must here, mine stay looking perfect for 3 weeks and help grow out my nails while still staying healthy. One extra that sets this place above the others is that they even give you a quick little shoulder massage after each manicure! read more

This place is gorgeous & looks so clean but, that doesn't matter when the service sucks. I went with my mom today for pedicures. The employees didn't seem friendly at all & looked bothered that we were getting services done. Everything was rushed & sloppy. The girl doing my pedi cut three...yes THREE of my toes. I got a gel & by the time I got home all the toes that were cut were covered in dried blood. To make it worse a gel pedicure is $44. Which is insane for half a**ed work. I want to start by saying this place is gorgeous, clean, and the staff is great. I booked an appointment with Anna for an acrylic full set for 7pm to get my nails done for a wedding. I was one of two people in the salon at that time and i felt kind of rushed. The nail tech was a bit sloppy and cut my right thumb near the cuticle and also there's glue underneath all my nails where it's a bit messy looking. The nails themselves aren't smooth and you can feel the bumps of the acrylics. Length wise it was exactly what I wanted, so that's positive, but the shape isn't quite right/the same across the board. Also the nail tech put gel on without even asking, when i picked out a regular polish, so the shade was a bit different. I didn't even realize until we cured it the first time. I would recommend booking an earlier appointment, working with a different nail tech, and being clear whether or not you want gel. Tough to be out $45 and have to get them redone somewhere else. I would be open to trying this place out again with a different person, at a heavily subsidized cost to make up for this. read more

My two friends and I went here today for some spa pedicures and gel manicures. We each got the honey and milk spa pedicure which I was told on the phone when I booked it, it would be an hour long. Each one of our pedicures took only 45 minutes. The pedicure also is suppose to include a 15 minute foot massage which was only ten minutes long, I timed it on my Phone. The pedicure is also suppose to include a magnetic vibrating massage but this was not done, when I asked about it they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. Then for the gel manicure, the website states a manicure should include a scrub and massage, none of our manicures included this. Overall this in my opinion was a waste of money, spent 107 dollars a person and I have spent less and gotten better spa pedicures and manicures elsewhere. Only good thing about this spot is that it's nicely decorated inside and is clean but it's overpriced and even for the price they're ripping you off by not including everything their website states is included. If the pedicures included what was stated and I was given what I was paying for, I would be leaving a much better review. Will be going back to my old nail salon, thought I'd give this a try but was disappointed. read more

If I can rate 0 stars I would. As I left I called another salon to make an appointment to remove them. The service was terrible. Everyone around me got treated like gold and I got the worst attitude from my nail tech. She couldn't care less about the shape I wanted and my nails came out so crooked. I asked her to fix it and whenever I did I got even more of an attitude I'll never come here again. Every customer around me got their backs massages as their nails dried while my tech sat on her phone and wouldn't even answer me when I spoke to her. After they dried she put lotion on my hand didn't rub it in then she put cuticle oil on my fingers (not even rubbing it in) and told me I was done. My hands felt disgustingly I washed them before I left. Call before coming to CONFIRM prices. I was told $35 on the phone and left paying $55. I've never been more disappointed with my nails and service in my life. I can't wait to go to another salon and remove these. So expensive for terrible service. No undercoat for gel colors, just one top shining coat. I can go on about how terrible my visit was from the moment I walked in till I left. And the manager can comment or reply whatever apology they want this place was ASS and rude. I can't believe everyone around me got treated perfectly and I got the worst nail tech in jersey. And the receptionist is terrible as well w/ a nasty attitude and adds on every single service for $5-$10 more. I even tried being calm and nice and thanking and apologizing to my nail tech because I asked her so many times to fix the shape and I never got a reply back I was completely ignored and handled roughly. Thanks for robbing me of $55 for something I didn't want. I work in the same shopping center and my customers always ask me about nails and beyond and now I'll know exactly what to tell them. Went here for a dip manicure and pedicure. Good average pedicure but for the dip powder, they dip your nails right into the jars instead of pouring into a separate cup. Sorta grossed me out considering if anyone is sick/bleeding those germs are in the same dip that your nails are going into... my nails look nice but probably will go somewhere where they don't "double dip" from now on. read more

Extremely disappointed & I do not recommend this nail salon. My mom & I have been loyal customers for over 2 years, & today was the icing on the cake. I picked out my 2 colors from the sticks in the sand, black & orange for Halloween, & Alvin informed me it would be "$1 extra". Ok, no problem. Turns out, it was a cats eye magnetic polish, which I've never heard of, & it was $10 EXTRA!!! I got it on 8 nails, so if Alvin MEANT $1 EXTRA EACH, he should've said that. That would've been $8 EXTRA, & I STILL wouldn't have splurged that much. I would've never gotten the polish on so many nails if I knew this either. 1 or 2 nails, OK. My mom treated me to my nails today, so I didn't know I was misled until after I left. My mom called the front desk assistant, Danielle, who asked the manager, & apparently "$10 extra is the correct price for this polish". There's a BIG difference between $1 extra & $10 extra. I should've been informed of the correct price right away or the price I was given should've been honored. That's how you run a business. We had future appointments made here, so they would've made a ton more money on us, but this was bad business, & absolutely NOT OK. It ruined my day, quite frankly. Additionally, May has cut me on 2 different occasions, & today she was VERY chatty in her native language. I get my nails done to relax & specifically avoid salons where they're constantly talking in Mandarin, Korean, etc. Lily & Justina are very nice. However, we will not be returning. Extremely disappointed, wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I came into today for a fill in missing two nails. The lady than proceeded to rip off all the rest of my tips along with my real nails underneath and told me I needed a full a set, when the rest of the tips were perfectly fine for a fill. She than also told me my nails were too long and that they shouldn't be long. When she put the new tips on she cut them shorter than I asked along with telling me again I couldn't have long nails having an attitude. I asked for coffin shape and my nails aren't even close to coffin shape or even the same length, the nails are bumpy and all different shapes and not buffed with the particles of the plastic tip hanging off my nail. To top it off it was 88$ for something I didn't even ask for. Paid so much for a gel manicure and the next day, my nails started chipping. The person who did my nails was clearly new and I didn't mind but she took my nails out of the light early and started using the nail polish remover, which caused my nails not to last. The staff is not accommodating at all. I went somewhere else and they did my nails (gel mani) for $25 and it already lasted longer than when I got my nails done here. This salon is very pretty and clean, but like another reviewer said, that does not mean much when the services are not good. Two weeks ago, I got a full hard gel set on clean, healthy nails. They looked pretty at the time, but within two weeks, 3 nails popped off like they were press on nails. I mentioned this to the woman at the front desk & the nail tech doing my nails. Both women agreed the girl (Cyndi) who did my first set had made them way too thin for long nails, which I feared when I initially got them done. Instead of offering to comp the broken nails, they charged me $12 extra to fix them. The woman who did my nails today (Susan) took 90 minutes and my nails are a MESS! The bases are lumpy & bumpy, the underside of my nails was messy from the gel & paint, done nails have streaky paint, and the tips of my nails are uneven. I went on my lunch break from work, so I didn't have time to sit there for another hour while she fixed it all. read more

Was referred to this salon by a friend who had visited. Thought that $17 for a regular manicure was a bit high compared to what I usually pay, but I've struggled to find a good nail place in the area so figured I'd give it a try. Came in Sunday morning for an appointment with Fanny and 5 days later my manicure is still PERFECT. Not a single chip -- which is unheard of for me. Normally my regular manicures chip within 1-2 days. The gloves they put on your hands with the lotion is a nice touch as well. Their color selection is also amazing. I knew what I wanted going in there ... but if I didn't it probably would have taken me 20 minutes to sort through it all. All in all I would say it's worth the money - especially with how clean the place is. Every tool they used on me came out of a sterile bag. Cleanliness in a nail salon is the #1 most important thing to me. Will definitely be back to try a pedicure! read more
