Andy was awesome! He did my gel nails and my sister's dip powder ombre nails. Rates were pretty cheap, $20 for my gel and $40 for my sister's powder ombre. The color is very pretty and they had so many selections! Many nail salons either don't have a lot of the cool polishes like cat eye, ombre, holographic on display, or they overcharge. Andy was very accommodating to what we asked such as making the powder thinner, fixing the shape, etc. Only drawback is that my sister's dip powder ended up pretty thick. I'm not sure if it's because she already had short nails, but looking from the side, her nails looked kind of chunky. Probably won't be getting dip there, but will be back for their options and pricing! read more

A nice job on a drop-in visit for a manicure and pedicure. They seemed to have a lot of regulars that came in who they knew by name. I had to ask to make sure they were using sterilized tools (I'd seen a jar of tools sitting by the sink). This was my first experience at this nail salon. The staff is super friendly and nice, and their prices are great. I got the deluxe pedicure and they did a beautiful job, that was with Amy. Then I had my nails done with Andy. Andy did a tapered/coffin style for me. I had never had my nails done that way before and he did a FANTASTIC job. I have never had my nails done so perfectly before. Even though they were super busy, each staff memeber took their time with whoever they were treating, and I honestly felt like I was getting what I paid for. NO!!! THIS IS A FAIL SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO IT YOURSELF. 1. They pressured me to get a more expensive pedicure even after I told them I don't want or like massage. Then she promptly CUT ME!!! I was bleeding and she was leaving chemicals on it. I told her I was bleeding and she ignored me. So after my toes we're relieved from bloody masicure and sideways cuts. I wanted to RUN. The guy that did my nails acted like he had never removed shellac and made me soak my entire hand in acetone rather than wrapping the nail. Then he cut them totally cricked he didn't cap the ends and I had to clean the extra stuff under my nails when I got home. He never had me wash my hands the Polish feels and looks like sand paper is under. This place only exists because the customer they have come back and dont know what a real nail salon is supposed to make your nails look like. The guy that did my nails spent lots of time talking about other salons but in all honesty I would rather go anywhere but here again. NOT even if it was free. They have an unsupervised kid running around bugging clients I saw her step on someones pedicure so they had to fix it. NOT A DAYCARE!! Clients should not be required to entertain their kids we come to relax. This entire place is a.hot mess. Unless you like bloody cuts and uneven nails. FAIL read more

Let me preface this by saying that the employees here are super nice. They are friendly and remember regulars. However I wasn't satisfied with their service. The foot spa and massage chair are pretty standard fare. I didn't realize it until later that my toes were all janky. I got a french pedicure and the tips were all crooked and of differing widths. One of my big toes had a squiggly white tip. I asked them to fix it and they were nice enough to oblige. She used the brush to remove part of the white tips, but she neglected to put clear coat over it. read more

I'm only giving two star because she did what I asked and they look good but she was so incredibly rude. Make sure you check each nail for the shape you want because if you ask for it to be changed or fixed, we couldn't decide on the correct terminology, you'll be spoken to in a rudely . She argued with me! I finally told her that she was being very rude and it was really bad for business. She continued to file; not speaking to me. Finally she asked "how do you want them", we again discussed terminology and what I need to ask for when I come in, again rudely. I wasn't going to have her paint them and just do them at home but I had to pay the same price either way. I won't be back and I don't recommend going there. read more

I have been going to Nails Tek and Thomas is my go to person. I usually call ahead a few days to get an appt. without issue. I highly recommend this salon. They have been closed for 2 months and I will need a full acrylic nail job. It really makes me appreciate Thomas. I also get the shellac nail color which stays on perfectly until the next appt. All the people that work there are very personable and professional. Excellent hygene is followed and I have never had a negative outcome. Their prices are reasonable....please tip them well--15-20%. read more

I have been here several times a year and I would return for the pedicures. The price is better than most, most of the staff are very friendly and I notice that they make good efforts to call people by their first name as they walk in the door. My toenails are always nice and its worth the time to relax in the massage chair and watch part of a random movie. I got my first shellac a week ago and, unfortunately, the polish fell off over the first few days. How they responded determined whether I would ever go back. At first phone call, the guy was a bit dismissive. He said I could come in for a re-do, but when I expressed that I did not have time for that and wanted a refund, he said he would have the owner call me. I decided to stop by in person to show them what was happening, and I'm glad I did. The guy I talked to on the phone was still rather dismissive, but the lady who had done my shellac was caring, and said she would ask the owner about a refund...Note: any employee should be able to handle a legitimate refund without waiting for the owner. They can do better at that! After I walked over to DP Starbucks, another lady from the salon walked into Sbux and kindly asked me to come get my refund! THAT was the saving grace. She was apologetic, explained that (rarely) some people's cuticle beds reject shellac. I walked in, they handed me $20 cash (yes it only cost $20), and they were very kind. I'll go back for pedicures: the price is right! Added: They added a pedicure chart with varying prices, times, and details. It's nice to have the options. The prices ranges from $20 to $40. I recently tried the $40 VIP package and it was amazing. They truly did everything they advertised. The mint mud mask and paraffin wax were spectacular. The massage depends who you get and what you prefer, but it is always pleasant. So thankful for the time spent in those massage chairs and the very friendly staff! read more

Maybe a one Star!!! The people that work there seemed nice enough. However the salon was dirty and they didnt file the rough edges of my fingernails for the Mani. Pedi was mediocre and I had to ask for another coat twice. If I had not asked my nails would have been gray even thought the polish was black. It's too bad because it is a good location.. read more

I have had my pedicure done here twice and both times I was not pleased. The employees are friendly; however, I was not impressed with the service. There were at least 4 people getting their pedicure. A couple, another lady and of course me. The couple sat before me but I was in and out in 15 min. Then the man who did my pedicure moved on to the next customer. And the couple were still getting massages. The moral of the story is, treat all your customers equally and give the service every customer deserves. We all pay the same price. The tip depends on your service. This is my least favorite nail salon. Sadly, you lost a customer. read more

Due to going here, I have just had all 5 toenails removed due to fungus from 2014. I had gone here several times and not had a problem. Brought a friend here, and she wasn't very satisfied and I noticed after a few weeks a issue with a toenail. The past 3 years I have been trying to get rid of this fungus disaster from hell. All 5 nails got a fungus!! I have NEVER had any type of issue like this before! Can I prove it was from here, no, will I ever return to here or EVER have a pedicure....No Way!!! I would recommend that no one goes here and instead makes sure and go to a place that uses DISPOSABLE instruments and not ones that are so called "sanitized". Trust me, this is the most painful thing I have ever gone through and tried everything to avoid having this damn procedure. read more

Disappointing. Asked for a Deluxe pedicure and paid for that, but really got a basic pedicure. There was no leg massage and the description clearly said 15 minute massage - slathering a sugar scrub on my legs and wiping it off is not what I call a massage. My legs were still sticky from the scrub, so I had to use the towel and finish cleaning it off myself. And a hot stone slid up my shin and down my calf was a let down. They didn't apply lotion at all. Once I got home I realized that my heels are still flaking and dry, which is why I went for a pedicure in the first place. Waste of money. read more
