I live in the foothills and apparently many nail salons don't keep Sunday hours. ): Jenny was the best! I got a gel French manicure and it was beautiful. The time and attention paid to my manicure showed in the perfect execution by Jenny the expert nail tech. I don't get professional mani's and pedi's often, but when I do I plan to return to Nails Time.

Splotchy and uneven...looks like a 5 year old painted my nails.

As if waiting around for 2 hours for them to start my nails wasn't enough, the owner was rushing while doing my nails and look how they turned out...so uneven and unclean. I could've done a better job.

Nice prices here. I would recommend throw pillows, more comfortable foot rests and tv or music in the background. To put in context I'm 6'1, size 14 feet, 220 lbs. More petite statured customers probably feel fine without the above mentioned recommendations. read more

This nails salon has the best service and very reasonable prices. I love how Ms. Lee takes her time and takes care of my nails. She really knows her craft and does a great job with ingrown nails. The salon has a calm atmosphere and is very welcoming. I highly recommend this place !! read more

SO BAD. I hate to leave a bad review but it was terrible. The lady doing my pedicure poked me so hard i literally shrieked. Somethings up with their nail polish it didn't look shiny and just awful. The owner did gel on my hands and after a couple days they looked awful!!!!!! Just go somewhere else. read more

Lee and her staff are excellent in customer service- she does wonderful work and it's a very clean and sanitary place! Pedicure and fills are the best, she took time to make my nails look beautiful. LEE IS AMAZING. She is literally the best waxing artist I have ever gone to in my life. I have never shaved my legs (or any other body part) in my life - I have always stuck to waxing, and had a hard time finding a good waxing place in the hills. I saw Lee on Yelp and am SO happy I went to her. She does it ALL. Her space is very clean and hygienic and she takes her time and takes really good care of me. I even trust her with my waxing while I'm pregnant! Her prices are also VERY affordable and she's so nice!! Thank you so much Lee, I will be back again and again. My mom went there for her nails and oh boy what a horrible job the owner did. I mean for someone who has been in this industry for this many years it's pretty embarrassing the type of work she does. Who puts acrylics on before cleaning the cuticles!? When my mom asked her why she's not cleaning the cuticles she said that's a $15 charge. Also, she had no standard precautions in place, not sanitary at all. How can you charge Someone $35 and provide such horrible quality work!? Not sure how businesses like this stay in business. read more

Blink and you'll miss it but this hidden gem is my new favorite spot for a Mani/Pedi - Best I've gotten in a while! Lee is accommodating and fair and most importantly, seems to care about her customers. It was nice to be able to sit in the chair and realize she actually enjoys her job. She works by appointment only which means she's there because she wants to be and that makes all the difference! The only reason I didn't give her the 5th Star was because although I repeatedly inquired about the sterilization of the tools and she assured me they were, I didn't actually see it. That would be my only suggestion to her - put your sterilization equipment in plain sight to validate the claim. read more

Great experience here! Lee is wonderful and so talented. I got to paint my own fingernails to test colors before committing, and she kindly removed it afterward without charge. I've been grooming my own feet for a while due to COVID, so needless to say, they were pretty bad before Lee worked her magic! I feel so much better going barefoot now-no hangnails and my toes look gorgeous. Word to the wise: Bring cash! read more

Lee was really great, the service was nice and they took the time to stay open late. However, their nail polish selection is minimal and the gel polishes they have aren't the best. There is no shine on my nails and they look like I've had them done for a few weeks now they are dull. I think the issue is with the type of polish they are using for their gel nails. My toes have a regular polish and it came out great. I think if they update their gel polish range and get better polishes their gel nails would come out wonderful. read more

Took my daughter to Nails Time for the first time today. We got here early and the owner Lee, very nice Lady, took us right away. She has a great attitude and charges less than most places. My daughter is getting her first acrylics for Prom on Saturday. She is quick and the nails look awesome! Highly recommend coming here. read more

I just had a great pedicure with Lisa. The massage was amazing. I am a busy mom of 2 and I can't tell you how much this made my day. A thorough pedicure !! Cleaned up well and polish was perfect. Call to see if someone is available as they only had two ladies working today but it's worth it. They also do wax. The nail polish selection is all new, it's quiet and relaxing. My daughter and I went here for the first time today. Located right on Foothill but there's plenty of parking in the back. They were immediately ready for our appointment and they had a very large selection of colors to choose from. Both manicurist did a great job and even changed the color for my daughter when the color she chose was lighter than she expected. We will definitely go back. read more

It's hard to find a good nail salon in La Crescenta but I think I found one. It's a small nail salon but clean and bright. The owner is friendly and accomodating. I got an excellent mani-pedi at a reasonable price. They have a large selection of colors and provide facials and massages, which I plan on trying. I split my time in two different cities and this is the place I will go to when in La Crescenta. read more

I usually don't write reviews, but I have to share my experience with this nail salon…read more I called ahead before coming in because I wanted to make sure they could do acrylic. When I arrived, I was greeted up front and sat down for my pedicure. As soon as I put my feet in the water, it started burning. I told the lady it burns and asked if she could change the water. She tapped my foot and said no and told me to put it back in. After that, it became clear they didn't want to do the acrylic work, even though I called ahead. About five ladies surrounded my feet and kept repeating "gel" and "acrylic" for several minutes while talking to each other and laughing. The lady doing my toes then said they couldn't charge it as a fill and that it had to be a full set. I told her, "Wait, this is a full set." She mumbled and told me to ask the lady next to her, so I did, and that lady said, "Okay, just do a fill." Then I asked how much acrylic would be. They all started talking to each other and ignored me. After a few minutes I asked again, and one of the ladies looked at me and said, "We will not tell you right now. We will let you know." That made me feel like they were keeping the price vague so they could charge me more than what my fill actually should be. At that point I said never mind and walked out. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've had at a nail salon, and it made me extremely uncomfortable. I will never go back. I truly wish I could give this place 0 stars--they do not know how to treat people. Even some of the ladies in the salon told me I wasn't wrong for leaving.

I was getting my nails done by Kathy and my pedicures by Cindy. I went had my nails done paid $110 and the chrome was falling off so I sent Kathy a message and we reschedule rescheduled for her to fix. When I got there, she wanted to redo the same nail polish. I told her no showed her a different design, but she insisted on doing the same design. Kept saying she didn't have time I explained that I didn't have time to keep coming back and that I had a graduation that night. I didn't like it at the end. She got upset. It took a lot longer than she wanted. I explained to her that I did not want it in the first place she shouldn't have done it. I showed her what I wanted because I wasn't trusting that that design was gonna come off again. She got highly upset after she made the mistake as if it was my fault. I'm only writing this review because I really enjoyed going there and I really enjoyed getting my nails done with her one of the ladies there comes and tapped me on the shoulder and tells me that Kathy doesn't have time and I told her she's gonna do it because I paid her already. She explained that I will no longer be allowed to get my nails done there all of this because she made the mistake redid them twice not what I wanted, was late to her next appointment because she didn't listen to me in the first place. when I first got there at 9 AM and she didn't get there till 915 almost 920 to start my nails. I guess her being late was my fault too so even though I was kind, never rude did not yell kept my calm, I was told that I was not allowed to get my nails done there any longer that Kathy said she would no longer do my nails again because my designs take too long and it was to much for her. she made the mistakes and did not properly apply the polish, she admitted that to me. somehow I was to blame, so I'm giving them a one star for their customer service and for telling me not to come back to the shop because my nails take too long and it was to much for her to deal with my nails. I love getting designs and it is her fault that the polish was coming off. I had to get it off my chest. I was so upset I have never been told I could not go back to shop I've gotten designs by her that lasted four weeks never had an issue so all of this was very surprising to me after I was so kind to them. Great tips good laughs and they treat me this way. I guess that's how nail shops do it nowadays they don't like you or your designs are too much for them to deal with they ask you not to come back. Just left a bad taste and felt so humiliated. This polish literally started peeling the same day. I sent her the message and photos not to long after she did them. Horrible experience
