This used to be my fav place to get my nails done,but lately every time I go I feel like an inconvenience to them...I always get this nail tech who doesn't even do her job...the last time I was there I had to ask her to clean between the toe nail bed and the skin..that seems like it's pretty basic but if I have to ask you to do your job then you don't deserve my money...even Olivia isn't the same....its a shame because I really did look forward to going here...the location is beautiful...downtown Montrose. read more

Came in to treat to my wife. We both got our toes done, she got both hands and feet as well. Staff is super friendly. Place is relaxing with soft music playing. However, we both noticed the technicians got a little too close on the side of our nails, causing pain and discomfort. Also, she wanted the same red color for her hands and feet, but they used a different shade of red for her hands for some reason. read more

Cute nail salon in old Montrose. They have always had availability each time I've called and I appreciate that. They definitely get the job done, but I do feel like it's very rushed and not as good as others I've tried in the area. Each pedicure I've gotten has been just OK. Don't really feel like my nails were prepped as well before the polish went on. Friendly service, though. Also they are cash only, but thankfully there are several ATMs across the street/within walking distance. read more

Came in for a regular gel manicure and had one of the most frustrating salon experiences I've ever had. The person who helped me (I believe the owner) kept leaving in the middle of doing my nails--at least 8-10 times--to handle other clients or payments. She would buff two nails, then disappear for several minutes, come back distracted, constantly looking at her watch, and completely lose track of what she had done. Because she wasn't paying attention, she ended up repeating the same steps over and over--buffing the same nails multiple times, trimming and pushing back the same cuticles 3-4 times. I even had to remind her which nails she hadn't done yet. Instead of being relaxing, the whole service was stressful and unprofessional. Then, when I went to pay, I was told it was cash only. When I asked why, I was told "because of the pandemic." The pandemic was 5 years ago -- can't you come up with a better excuse for being cash only? It's obvious that this excuse needs to be updated!!! Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I won't be returning and wont recommend this salon. read more

Okay service, but finding a parking spot is an issue. I called the store and lady booked me a last minute appointment. The worker told me to park in the back (not many people know theres parking in the back lot), because I ran out of coins to put money in meter. Nail service consisting of two ladies; front store worker who did my manicure. She was nice to take me in last minute, but after i got my pedicure done by the other worker, she just kind of left me stranded. I saw on the menu that gel manicure was $30 but she charged me $45! also instead of soaking my nails after taking polish she asked to get up and go to the bathroom to wash my hands. What was that? I have been going to this place ever since before it was Olivia. I forgot what it's called. I walked in today, and they were able to squeeze me in. Anyway, Inhee is great. She does meticulous work. My pedis last so long! They have long-time customers (like me). Of course, I love the French music in the background, and the massage chairs are great too. read more

Disappointed by the service and the price for what I got. I made an appointment and they wouldn't even seat me even though there were two unoccupied chairs. And when it came time for my service they just lazily filed by nails, put some lotion on my legs, painted my nails, and moved onto the next customer. The service in all took 15 mins -- I think I waited for longer than the service actually took. I have been multiple times in the past, but service has deteriorated. I truly could've done the same service that I got this time around. read more

Clean nail salon. Came in for gel removal and regular manicure pedicure. Ladies were meticulous and did an excellent job. Pedicure tub had a liner (good sanitary practice) and water includes an orange alice and fresh herbs. That was a nice touch. Couldn't be happier. Cash only but there's 2 banks right across the street (Chase & BoA). They may also accept Venmo? Metered street parking available but beware meter takes coins. Ladies were sweet enough to provide coins which I later paid back after the service. Definitely would come again. read more

Needed to get a mani/pedi so looked at the reviews on this place & decided to go. It's pretty nice inside- looks clean; nice color but nothing fancy. I came in around 12:45 (Had called ahead to make an appointment) and the place only had one other person. This was on a Thursday so maybe that's why I, but it was nice that it wasn't so crowded. I got just a regular Manny and petty, no gel because I'm trying to save my nails. Everything seemed pretty average, but again this could be because I got just a basic manicure pedicure. They were very clean, and did the job that needed to be done. I had someone working on my toes and my hands at the same time. I'm not the hugest fan of that but if you need to get in and get out, that's a huge plus. A week later and my regular mani polish has lasted- no chips, nada. My only gripe is that I came in wanting a design, which I let them know ahead of time, and when I showed who I assumed to be Olivia, she said that they couldn't do ombré , but said some thing about it being acrylic nails. I don't think the nails need to be acrylic for an ombré look so that was a little annoying/disappointing. It was basically a french tip but blended into the pink- i'm not a technician so I don't know the complexity of it. But the video I saw they were using regular nail polish. Oh well. If you need something basic & quick, this isn't a bad place to go! read more

I feel so lucky to have such an awesome nail salon so close and convenient to my home. Olivia Nail Lounge is my go-to for my pedicures, and they always do a consistently amazing job. I like my pedicures and manicures simple, yet good quality, and this salon always delivers (as opposed to other joints that overdo it on presentation and fall utterly short in delivery). I've gotten both regular and gel manicures here in the past as well, and I've always been very happy with their work. I wanted to try a local salon. I called for an appt and they gladly took me shortly after the call. The place was clean. I introduced myself and the aesthetician just smiled at me. I picked a color and sat down. The entire pedicure was 17 minutes. Hardly any work was done on my tootsies. The highlight was the chair massage. Was $30.00.
