I went here with my sister-in-law. We both came in for mani pedis. When we were sat down in the chairs, the water in the football was very hot. We did ask the lady who set us up to add some cold water in. When she began doing my toes, I took a before picture. Just for the simple fact that my toes rough and I wanted to see the before and after that the shop could do. I don't know if that freaked her out or made her nervous but once I took the photo, she began redoing the details of my toes and cuticles. So much so that my sister that I came in with was done with her pedicure and I was still on filing. Now, while she was filing the file was scratching the side so now I had lifted skin on the actual toe. Also, when she was doing the cuticle snipping, I let her know that my side of the big toe was sensitive. And she just looked at me a little weird and Said I always do it gently. If it was gentle, I would not have had to warn her away from that area. So this experience did not relax me. It actually made me more anxious and nervous to be there. So with that in mind, I was looking at the work she was doing as she was doing it. When asked to even out the top nails, so it could be more square she kept Rebuttling me or negating when I was asking for . No mind you I haven't been to a nail salon in almost 5 years and I do have my own nail tech. But for this, I had an event in a couple days and my nail tech is out of town. So we thought a simple manicure pedicure would get us through the next week or two. So finally, after having to correct a number of different things, she was doing to my toes she must've gotten fed up with me. And said " I will just be doing the toes with clear and you can wait for your nail tech to come back in town." Yes that was what was said. I responded with that's fine because I was already getting irritated and more anxious and more nervous and more tight . I paid $35 for my botched pedicure. I would not recommend this nail salon. They are receiving a one star for the service provided. This is the first place that I would give a zero rating to, but as this is yelp, that is not possible. read more

I was immediately told by the male owner to pay before services. **UPDATE*** I came back to this establishment 7/5 for a pedicure . I was told one price over the phone and another when I got there the price changed. I felt it was a little over my budget for a gel pedicure of $55/$60 AND additional for French tip. I politely said,"Oh that's a little too much but thanks anyways". I honestly usually never know what to say or how to review nail salons. I'm pretty basic when it comes to getting my nails done. I don't do gel, or dips, or acrylic. I just want someone to cut my toe nails super short and my nails to be short and round. The other thing I care about is getting my eyebrows wax. So from that perspective I really like how Kim rounds my finger nails. I don't think it's that common to do I think square is more popular but I do so much work with my hands I want my nails out of my way. You'd be surprised how many people don't do round nails well, and again I've been happy each time. I also appreciate the salon is only run by the husband and wife, so kudos to them working so hard and providing great service. And the last thing is I love getting my eyebrows done here. Will definitely not come back. It's my first time here, only went because my friend's boyfriend asked me to help him make sure my friend's (his gf) nails are done for special occasion. I let my friend chose a place and she chose this place. When we got there, the lady was forcing both of us to do a full set. My friend did but I didn't. All I wanted was a manicure. She was rude about it and gave me attitude. She stated that she could have more customer. She was even in rushed, didn't give me enough time to choose the color that I wanted. While she was doing my nails, she didn't even talk to me at all. She did mine in less than 30 mins. My nails are not even at all. Right after she's done with me another customer showed up. They were doing pedicure. This time I sat down next to my friend who was getting manicure already. I saw and heard the lady having conversation with the new customer by asking her questions which she didn't do to me. Even the guy who was going my friend's nails was not talking. I decided to start the conversations by asking him questions, so it wasn't that awkward just sitting there. They are couple who owns the place. Nobody else work for them just the two of them. The owners are nice, they are the only ones who work there so if they have another appointment they will rush on what they are doing to you. It was $70 for a delux pedi with gel and it was way overpriced for what I got. I came here because the reviews were good but definitely won't be coming back. He messed up on one of my toe nails, took some gel off and added new coat on top but since he did not remove the gel he had first placed, it looked bad, and is now chipped. I'll keep looking for other places around my area. Not the worse place I have been to but definitely can get a better job done somewhere else for that price. read more

I really wanted to love this place. Moving here & finding a salon where I don't feel rushed has been a challenge. I thought today, with not a person in the salon, I would be in luck. A pedicure to me is supposed to be relaxing. The massage is always a part of that. My entire pedicure took less than 30 minutes. The massage consisted of her rubbing lotion on. Every product used was rubbed on barely 30 seconds. It was disappointing because there was no one else there! The other employee was watching TV. She asked me to move to the dryer chair, I said ok. Started putting my stuff away in my purse & she said move again because I wasn't going fast enough I guess. I feel $40 plus tip was not a good value here. So my search for a salon continues. Update: Dropping from 2 star to 1. After a long day I was finally able to sit and when I put my blanket on my lap it snagged on my toes. Why? Because they are rough. I felt the ends and they were not filed well at all. Confirming it was a rush job and not worth the price. I should have read the other reviews about the rush job work before I went. I guess they have enough regulars because they clearly are not trying to earn more. I have to seriously question the authenticity of any 5 star review here. read more

Extremely clean and nicely decorated with all new equipment which is a nice plus but what really sets it apart is the service. The deluxe pedicure is so relaxing I wish I could go every week. I always get gel French pedicure and nails and they seem to last forever. One of the worst nail experiences I ever had, in guessing because the prices are low. I made an appointment for 2:15 was there around 2:20 and still had to share my nail technician with three other girls while two technicians sat and watched Netflix. I didn't have my cellphone on me and when I asked to use the phone every technician ignored me. I asked for acrylic take off and they soaked my nails AND hands in acetone to get the nails off which took over an hour for no reason. They said they had to "to keep my natural nail" but it ended up drying out my hands completely. So over an hour at the salon for dry hands and no nails. I would only go here if I have endless patience and hours to spend waiting on outdated nail techniques. UPDATE: My nail literally split in half Bc of these people. When I came in with my mom and 2 year old daughter, they were extremely welcoming. My daughter loved talking to my nail tech. She made my daughter feel comfortable and entertained. Also, their playlist is point. My mom and I got gel manicures and we were both pleased with how gentle our nail techs were. Got a pedi here once. The nail techs here were SOO nice, but I couldn't help but feel disgusted due to no covers being put in the pedicure spa. The chairs/remote for massage weren't clean & neither was the foot spa...there were little dots of something in it. So when they didn't put a liner, I was really surpised and iffy to continue. Someone else came in & they didn't use a liner for hers either. That was the first time I encountered a spa that didn't use liners. Maybe some people don't notice or care, but I do. The pedicure itself was pretty good...The business just seemed grungy & dirty. If they work on that & the overall decor, I think their business would thrive more. I've only ever seen one male working there and I can't remember his name right now but he's my favorite. He's always very kind, but so are all of the staff. Used to be our go to place to get pedi's and our brows done. Since the last visit the place had been sold. We had an appointment @ 9:30 (2 of us heard) and I wrote down. Morning of the appt we walk in and they tell us we were supposed tp be there @ 9. Prices had been raised by $5.00 and our pedi was now 50.00! We Needed our feets done and brows badly so we stayed. Ordered the deluxe and there were only 2 peeps working. I get it...we were patient. But the woman was saying "their schedule was messed up because some people were late!?!" Our apointment was 930! They were new owners and were talking about all the upgrades they had made. True...nice. But when we're paying that much for pedi, I expect you to take some time! Dear New Owners: dont rush clients out the door to meet your scheduling needs. We are paying you for a service! Don't rush us out the door without giving us what we are expected to pay for! We won't be back! And we were scheduled for 2 brows...they never mentioned it! I'm not turning them loose on our brows when they can't even do our pedi's! And sanitary issues; dropping tools on the floor then throwing them back on the table. A brush used to get wax off my foot had wax from someone elses foot in the bristols! The parafin hadnt even dried yet and he was trying to pull it off my feet and there was a huge puddle in the corner of the bag...not on my foot. I am not in this area often, but had some time to kill and stopped in for a pedicure. I ended up getting a full set as well because the glitter acrylics were on special and I just couldn't resist. Sandy did my nails and toes, and she did a really great job. I am very picky about my nails, particularly the length and shape, and she made sure to give me exactly what I wanted. The pedicure was relaxing, the water was just right and she wasn't too rough on my toes. I just love those massage chairs too. The place was clean, staff was friendly and prices were right. For a pedi and a glitter full set, my total was $60. I am not in this area often, but I might just make the drive and make this my new nail place from now on. read more
